Once she found help for us, I asked if I could try a couple on too. I was told by the sales associate that only one person at a time can be helped. Fine. I waited for another 10 minutes for the other client to choose which glasses she would buy. The sales associate then told me she had to go help them at the register and needed to find the cases for the glasses too. Another 15 minutes went by. At that point I just left. But they also sell coats now, which are incredible - the Mercury jacket is heated and can be controlled by an app or by buttons within the jacket. The Great Auk is as warm as Canada Goose, with no down, and it's carbon neutral. They're also selling masks which are breathable and have filters.

The underlying issue was poor construction, not just temporary wrinkling. The most frustrating part was the return policy. By the time the delayed shipment arrived and I had a chance to assess the quality, the purchase was already outside their 30‑day return window, and customer service refused a return. In other words, the shipping delay effectively wiped out my ability to return a clearly unsatisfactory product. Given the combination of slow fulfillment, disappointing quality, and rigid handling of the return window, I would not purchase from Ministry of Supply again and would urge others to be very cautious about the quality and to watch the return timeline closely.
