The older employee near the front was still with a customer and multiple times I walked right by him but he never once acknowledged me or asked if I needed assistance, which I did. I found a pair of pants myself,let myself into the fitting room because no one else was around that seemed helpful or who cared. While in the fitting room another employee spoke to my wife outside and when I exited he spoke with me and was helpful. He helped me pay for the pants and was the only one who talked to us the 20-25 minutes we were in the store. I did like the selection of suits and would contemplate buying one from them but possibly at another location because 2 of the 3 employees didn't seem to care I was in the store ( with one other customer shopping at the time). Enough to get me into the store, which was their goal. The discount was for something like a flat amount off the total purchase, or maybe a percentage discount. Don't really remember but you get my drift I hope. After trying on a handful of shoes, I found three or four pairs that I was happy with and wanted to buy. I brought them to the front of the store, which was being staffed by a guy i had been chatting with my whole time there. He was very personable and friendly. Good guy. He rang up my order and went to use my coupon. Ladies and gentlemen, this is when the malarkey started to happen. I had naïvely assumed I would just be able to use the coupon on any shoes in the store. How stupid of me! DXL is a corporation, of course they'll be operating with predatory practices. There was more fine print on that stupid coupon than a contract with the devil. Not ONE of the shoes that I wanted to buy were eligible to be used under that coupon. After reading it, I realized that I had got sent a coupon for a discount for shoes in which probably half the stores inventory did not qualify for. Probably will not be returning to the store with business practices like that.

My session went a bit longer than the allotted hour, as Mike tried multiple alternative combinations of shafts and heads to hone in on the best set for my particular situation - even when he had already engineered a good result. We examined both distance, height of shot and dispersion on less than ideal swings. Fitting off a mat into a simulator is always a challenge and never really accurate in measuring real distance, so we added sample hits with my current clubs to at least show a comparison of results. I felt comfortable enough with the results to purchase the clubs. And Mike also reassured me that PXG would follow through with adjustments and tweaks if the performance suggested a need. Did you know that 80% of the people who wear bras wear the wrong size? The woman who helped me and sized me and found me the perfect size and style, Diana, is AMAZING! My tops looked instantly better, I got almost an inch of lift, and my posture was much better. It was a total game changer, and now I will be going every year to get sized and to purchase bras there.
