Lost distance for accuracy. I can live with that but have used it 8/10 times out and can't keep the ball in the fairway. Would hit 10 out of 14 fairways with my older driver. Loft was also changed to 9.5 from 10.5. Waist of money and time. Better off just hitting a few yourself than having someone there fit you. Went back to the old club.

Then when he came back half an hour later he took the club out of my brothers hands and said he needed lessons before he comes back. That was very rude and insensitive . I went to Cool Clubs with the intention of getting a pretty expensive driver fitting. I went in…read moreknowing the data that spit out on your swing and all of the customizations that they can do to try and fit you for the right club. A little bit about myself: I'm not the best golfer. I shoot in the 100s and I know I have flaws in my golf game. Glen, the guy who runs Cool Clubs at Kohr Golf, is super knowledgeable about golf and club fitting. He took a look at my driver swing and immediately told me my money would be spent better elsewhere (a.k.a. you need to take lessons, dummy). He was really nice and diplomatic about it too! He didn't try to sell me anything. He gave me friendly pointers on my swing in general and also gave me little tips. It ended up being a short, impromptu lesson in my eyes. They use a Trackman so you can see all your swing statistics (club head speed, ball speed, attack angle, etc.) if you're into that thing. The facility is in-to-outdoor, meaning you can actually see your ball flight which makes a big difference. All of this ended up being a very positive experience and I highly recommend Glen and Cool Clubs. I'm going to be taking those lessons soon at Kohr Golf and I will be sure to visit again for that driver fitting with Glen.

Located across from the Natick Mall, it's one of my favorite stores to frequent. You can catch a bunch of sales on popular brands such as Nike, Patagonia, Adidas, etc. Sometimes you can find their shoes on sale; Hoka Bondi 8s are currently on sale by the way ;)) Had a great experience today here. I was looking for an item that the app had said was in stock at this location. A worker assisted us in searching for the size so was looking for. Unfortunately, they didn't have it/couldn't find it but it was nice that they tried. Parking: lots of parking available!

Extremely disappointing experience. We arrived about 10 minutes before our tee time after getting…read morestuck in traffic because of an accident. Despite arriving before our scheduled time, the cashier took roughly 10 minutes to process our payment, taking her sweet time, and then another couple minutes to get our clubs and everything into the cart. By the time we actually reached the tee, we were late -- largely because of the course's own slow check-in process. The starter then told us we had to skip the first hole because the couple we were paired with was finishing up. We politely asked if we could simply play the first hole, and instead of trying to understand the situation, the starter gave us an attitude and a lecture about how strict they are about arriving on time. Apparently that rule only applies to customers and not to the staff taking 15+ minutes to get us checked in and into a cart. The whole operation feels like it's being run by incompetent people who are completely disconnected from their customers. What made it even more ridiculous was that the couple we were paired with had their BABY with them in a stroller on a links-style course. They were genuinely nice people, so this isn't directed at them, but it's hard to understand how the course can accommodate that while refusing to show any understanding toward customers who were delayed by traffic and then further delayed by the course itself. This is a 9-hole course that costs around $45 with a cart, and there were open tee times even on a weekend. On top of that, while we were playing, there was nobody on the hole behind us or even two holes behind us. So clearly there was room on the course and no legitimate reason why we couldn't have played the first hole. For $45 for nine holes, I expect at least basic customer service and common sense. Instead, we got an unnecessarily hostile experience over a situation that the course itself contributed to. Absolutely would not recommend. Would give a 0/5 if I could... The course itself was alright, modern golf carts were cool but the starter absolutely ruined our round and left a bad taste in our mouth for the whole round.

The staff there was extremely courteous, and made my 6 year old daughter feel at home. They were so nice to here, and Oliver the dog is so sweet. They set my daughter up with a great package that's cute and cost effective. I came in a day later and love my set up. They also saved me from buying an overpriced set of goggles that fogs up! What really sticks out though, is when I came in to get my ski-boots refitted. I'm new to this all, but they took great care of me and now my boots fit like a comfortable glove. Ski Haus is awesome. Make an appointment and start an awesome adventure.

Well organized, stupid clean, very presentable with a rock climbing wall available during certain hours earlier in the day. Sorry i didn't take note of the hours. The staff were reorganizing, no one approached me when looking for sneakers but that's quite alright i didn't need help this night. They have plenty of bottle brands, camping gear, sports gear, athleisure brands. Def know who and what they are so will be back for necessities and deals!
