Surprised by the negative reviews. Went in to get my grips done. They did it same day. Couldn't be easier. Good clean store, well managed.

Nothing to complain about. Big store with a large selection. I purchased a few staff extensions.

Came here on Saturday for my first time golfing on a course that wasn't a pitch & putt. The people…read morewere kind and the course was nice. The duo we got grouped up with was so incredibly kind and really made the experience so great. The holes ranged in length which was great to switch it up. They had coolers throughout the course which was great for refilling bottles.

Extremely disappointing experience. We arrived about 10 minutes before our tee time after getting…read morestuck in traffic because of an accident. Despite arriving before our scheduled time, the cashier took roughly 10 minutes to process our payment, taking her sweet time, and then another couple minutes to get our clubs and everything into the cart. By the time we actually reached the tee, we were late -- largely because of the course's own slow check-in process. The starter then told us we had to skip the first hole because the couple we were paired with was finishing up. We politely asked if we could simply play the first hole, and instead of trying to understand the situation, the starter gave us an attitude and a lecture about how strict they are about arriving on time. Apparently that rule only applies to customers and not to the staff taking 15+ minutes to get us checked in and into a cart. The whole operation feels like it's being run by incompetent people who are completely disconnected from their customers. What made it even more ridiculous was that the couple we were paired with had their BABY with them in a stroller on a links-style course. They were genuinely nice people, so this isn't directed at them, but it's hard to understand how the course can accommodate that while refusing to show any understanding toward customers who were delayed by traffic and then further delayed by the course itself. This is a 9-hole course that costs around $45 with a cart, and there were open tee times even on a weekend. On top of that, while we were playing, there was nobody on the hole behind us or even two holes behind us. So clearly there was room on the course and no legitimate reason why we couldn't have played the first hole. For $45 for nine holes, I expect at least basic customer service and common sense. Instead, we got an unnecessarily hostile experience over a situation that the course itself contributed to. Absolutely would not recommend. Would give a 0/5 if I could... The course itself was alright, modern golf carts were cool but the starter absolutely ruined our round and left a bad taste in our mouth for the whole round.

I love this place! They run golf leagues throughout the season, and my husband and I have been…read moredoing them for about six months. It really helps keep your game sharp throughout the winter season, and they have great summer rates as well, to keep folks coming in. The technology is awesome- on the curved screen, you really feel part of the course! Great beer selection including some local breweries like Start Line, and they occasionally have women's events like group lessons and clinics. They have occasional scrambles as well. Love the pool tables and shuffleboard tables for a change of pace. Overall, love coming here weekly and definitely recommend it.

But as of lately it's gone downhill because:…read more1) The last two times I have been there, there have been 10+ teenagers standing around a single pool table, screaming and yelling in a different language. I'm not paying this much money to use a golf simulator to then listen to people scream 10 feet away from me the entire time I'm there. 2) it's always very understaffed. Now takes 10-15 mins of looking for someone to get help or get a beer. 3) it seems like they haven't put a ton of attention (or money) into upkeep over the years. The tee boxes are in very rough shape and it always feels like you're hitting out of a divot. Hopefully they make some changes... until then, me and my group won't be back.

Icons of the Revolution and Boston history (Red-coated soldiers, Faneuil Hall, Colonial Fife and Drummers, Paul Revere, and Colonial minutemen fighters) join other American history icons from Boston, New York, Philadelphia (Liberty Bell, Statue of Liberty, Bald Eagle, Horse and Buggy, a mining town) to populate the 18 holes of this very cool miniature golf course that does a good job of combining fun and a history lesson for the kiddies. Now look, Myrtle Beach Mini Golf this ain't. No state-of-the-art fancy-schmancy mini golf holes here.  No water hazards, no spinning windmill blades, no motion/movement hazards, no high altitude mountains or volcanos, no pirate ships, no dinosaurs, no jungle rain forests, no bells and whistles. This is a pretty basic design of a course that looks like it's been around a while Some of the greens showed signs of age. Quite a few of the greens were heavy with water, and on Hole #7, we had a few balls stuck on an underground ramp that required the attendant to hustle over and ream them out. But, a lot of those factors are evened out by the rock bottom pricing $8 for adults and $6 for kids under 12 you'll pay here for a few hours of fun.Our 4fur and six year old golfers couldn't care less about the lack of modern technology at the Village Green. They had a blast!
