I walked towards the back and was trying to find a certain pair of pants and the younger employee was too busy writing something down and never once looked up and acknowledged my existence even though I was walking right by. I continued to wander around the store attempting to find the right set of pants but now the younger employee had disappeared in the back. The older employee near the front was still with a customer and multiple times I walked right by him but he never once acknowledged me or asked if I needed assistance, which I did. I found a pair of pants myself,let myself into the fitting room because no one else was around that seemed helpful or who cared. While in the fitting room another employee spoke to my wife outside and when I exited he spoke with me and was helpful. He helped me pay for the pants and was the only one who talked to us the 20-25 minutes we were in the store. I did like the selection of suits and would contemplate buying one from them but possibly at another location because 2 of the 3 employees didn't seem to care I was in the store ( with one other customer shopping at the time). To the one employee, thank you for your help. Other than that, I had a very disappointing visit.

Going to Framingham is not convenient at all, but I arrived shortly after they opened on a weekday to avoid what I assume is craziness on the weekends. The desk for returns is right at the front door, there was no line; Eleanor was very nice and had my return processed in no time. I scanned through a number of yelp reviews for tailors around the Boston vicinity and could not find anybody that completed the work in less than a week. Mr. Lachoo is courteous, friendly, easy to communicate with, and makes effort to understand his customer's needs. I did not shop around a lot, since I had a fixed price in mind which I was not going to surpass. What I have gathered is that with any suit alteration, the costs range from $85 -100+.
