One of my favorite stores. I received a bag of Christmas that I wasn't a total fan of so I came in to find another .. I called ahead to make sure they had a few I wanted to see.. Calvin was amazing to work with.. found exactly what I wanted- went out of his way to make sure I was happy. I ended up with two bags ‍ read more

Why advertise that you're open until a certain time when you clearly aren't?! We tried to stop by today (Saturday) at 730 and they were closed already! Seems like we weren't the only ones confused cause there were multiple people walking up to the door questioning why it was dark and doors were locked up! read more

I've been coming here for quite awhile now! But yesterday I came to pickup an ordered I placed the day before! When I logged into my LV account it stated that it was already there and waiting for me to pick up! So when I got there, I was the only person in line at the time! I told the lady that was standing there, whom stated she was the manager there and that i can't just show up whenever when I haven't received any emails or text messages to come pick it up! Mind you, there was no line! She said they do that to prevent what she clearly stated this type of chaos lmao when literally it wasn't a full lobby! What if I wanted to look at other stuff.. like wtf. She was unprofessional and rude af! Even my husband said she was rude! While she's still there, I'm no longer interested going to that certain place no longer! Rude, disrespectful and unprofessional! read more

Meh. Not the biggest fan of LV nowadays, for a couple reasons. One of the reasons being that the SAs aren't that nice. I have purchased from all the locations in MA; I have purchased from this location, Copley, & the one inside Sak's Fifth Ave at Prudential in the past. They all seem to have the same entitled attitude lol... but it confuses me & irks my soul because the products are not even top tier luxury brand, more so second/third tier. Have received MUCH better treatment at Chanel, Hermès, Delvaux, etc. I guess in my newly adult age now, I haven't had great experiences at any LV location, including Paris, other than in NYC. I think part of the reason for my terrible experiences is due to my young age; they never really expect me to purchase something, until I do decide I want to go home with an item... then they jump up and down like sardines lol. read more

LV, it's been awhile since I've personally stepped into a store. Back in the day they'd not look at you if they profiled a certain way. Now they have plenty of associates greeting you and seeing if you need help. Sometimes a bit over bearing. The store was clean, organized by product type and you could shop around. However each section you come to, there will be someone seeing if they can help or sell something. Not mad at that though, especially if you needed to be expedient. A lot of the prices for similar model items have at least doubled since last i looked but it's our world today haha. read more

Very disappointing experience with the Louis Vuitton store in Natick. From the beginning, the sunglasses I bought there never sat properly on my face and kept sliding down. When I went back to the store, the staff told me they were "afraid to adjust them in case they break," so they basically refused to help. I should mention I've never had this problem with any sunglasses before -- simply tilting my head down would make them fall off. Eventually one of the arms fell off completely. When I returned, the store told me many of this model have the same issue and the problem is the screw, but they didn't have the screw and said I would likely need to replace both arms for $145. Even though this clearly sounds like a design issue, they insisted it was due to use and said I either pay or they send the glasses back unrepaired. I asked them to escalate to a manager and was told the store would contact me within 3 business days it has now been over a week and no one has reached out. For a luxury brand, both the product quality and customer service were extremely disappointing. read more

I have been constantly checking the LV website since April to see if the Mini Pouchette Monogram became available but it hasn't. Unfortunately when you call the LV number you can't speak to a store associate to find out if that store has the purse you want. You only speak to the national number. I was traveling near Boston and decided to check out this store in case they had it. Fortunately they did! Kristine helped me out and she was great. I was looking at other bags as well and she was helpful and offered suggestions on bags that may fit my wants. read more

Had a great experience buying On The Beach there today. Angelica helped me in not pressuring me in any way and even brought out some different scents from the back for me to try. Bought my fragrance after she gave me some guidance in testing it and was extremely pleased. Gift wrapped to perfection and she even added a few samples of some other colognes. Cannot recommend enough. Thank you Angelica! read more

The dreadful customer service is exactly as presented by other reviewers. After driving over an hour to make an exchange, the service agent gave us no more than 5 minutes before determining we were "best served through the 800 number" which of course we had to look up ourselves and make the call from outside the store. It's clear the sales associates are focused on customers with whom they believe a quick and profitable sale can be made. For anyone else that may have questions or wish to spend some time assessing their options before making a few thousand dollar handbag purchase ... good luck. You will be either rushed or ignored. Take your pick. Summary - stay away from the Natick Louis Vuitton read more

Stopped in here looking for a specific pair of sunglasses I couldn't find anywhere.I was promptly and politely greeted by Kendall. She located the glasses I was looking for and had them shipped to my home. Revisied this store a week later.Kendall was with another customer so while I waited I was greeted by Nikkea. I mentioned I was looking for a T-shirt. She promptly went in the back and brought out several different styles. Kendall then joined us and helped complete my purchases. These two ladies are the epitome of world class service.I've shopped at many luxury stores and these two ladies provided me with the best shopping experience of any store I've ever visited. Louis Vuitton will now be the main luxury brand I purchase due to these two ladies Exceptional service. L.P read more

Absolutely horrible experience! My husband ordered me a bag, last Tuesday the 25th. The bag was delivered on the 28th, without the plastic covering on the brass buckle and it was scratched. We were told the Natick, Massachusetts store had it in stock. When we went in, they showed us a new one and said the only way they could do an exchange without charging Massachusetts state tax, is to mail it to us. This was Saturday the 29th. It's now Tuesday evening and store is closed. No bag, no tracking. We called multiple times and no answers as to where it is and why it hasn't shipped. We paid over $2500 for this and no one is giving us an answer. Client services keeps saying it's escalated and no calls back. This has been an absolute nightmare. Also, every time we call, because my husband bought it, they won't speak to me and he's spent countless hours calling and still nothing. For a luxury brand, their customer is as bad as it gets. Angelica M who completed the exchange, sucks, and my bag is now missing and no one has an answer. Do not go here and skip LV all together. read more

This experience was absolutely extraordinary. I arrived at the for my first time and was warmly greeted by Eva Frias. We went in completely new to the brand. Not really sure what I was looking for but was interested in looking. Eva was extremely patient and informative. She explained construction of the products, materials they use and even the history of Louis Vuitton. She gave the education I wanted and built value in the products without the pushy sales pitch. To be honest it was very enjoyable and even fun. Being in sales myself I appreciated her honesty and expertise. She even helped me pull of a surprise purchase without tipping it off. Well done Eva I will definitely be back to purchase more from you in the future and without hesitation recommend you to all. read more

Went in yesterday to look at getting a bigger wallet to go with my Artsy bag. Usually shop at the Copley Store in Boston. Walked into the store to be semi greeted by a woman who has already looked like she had a snobby look about her boy was I correct her and another woman made eye contact and the look I was given made me so uncomfortable. I have never walked into a store and felt so unwelcoming as this store yesterday. I get this is a high end store but you should never make a customer feel that you are better than them because you work there.. Horrible imagine for Louis Vuitton read more

Terrible service. Called the store and it went to customer service phone number who told me the store was open. Trekked out to the store and was told I needed to have an appointment in order to drop off a bag for repairs. Would have been helpful to actually talk to someone in the store when I called or if the person on the phone had told me to book this online. The waiting time to access the Natick store is unnecessary, especially when you are picking up a repair. They need to work on keeping their good customers happy vs those whose coming during tax free weekend. They need to have someone specifically available to help customers who's picking up their items. When I called to check the status of my repair I was met with the most rude and obscene language. I've never heard so much profanity in my life! Came in here looking for a new wardrobe. Was excited about spending some good money for very little clothing. Instead of a warm welcome I get a snobby sales women. I work construction so yes I didn't look like the preferred customer, I get it. I had to wonder around the store for 10 minutes before the snobby sales lady asked me if I needed help. A few minutes later a nice dressed man came in and was seen right away. Not only 1 but 2 sales rep came to his needs. Just because you work at LV doesn't mean you own LV. I didn't buy anything from the snob and ended up buying online. Never go here unless you want some mall worker to look down on you which is pretty funny. read more

Out of all LV stores this is the worst one. Customer service is so unprofessional and make you feel uncomfortable. They really need to take a look on who they employe, it really reflects bad on the company. read more

I really like the quality of the product, but I had an incident that really bothered me. I guess I was supposed to ask if all my items were in the bag that was handed to me before I left the store. Unfortunately a expensive keychain that I had paid for was not in my bag. I called the store and spoke to a customer service representative that was not even associated with that location. They told me they would have the sales rep contact me to fix the situation. She did that, offering to have the keychain overnighted to me. Since this required me to sign for the delivery - this was not an option. It took over 24 hours and 3 phone calls from me to get my credit card credited for their mistake. I expected better from such a luxury brand. read more

I personally don't like the service there. You can tell that the reps are scanning you the moment you walk in the door. I've been in there dozens of times. If I dress all branded up, I get better attention and better smile. If I dress with no advertised luxury brands, I just get the most basic greeting and a "you can't afford to buy anything in here" look. Yes, it's obvious that they are looking to see what purse you are using when you're in the store. This group of reps are probably the most snobby ones in the mall. I love LV, but the company's taste in choosing their reps are turning me away from this brand. They are probably from the Copley location which is also stuck up. Because of their nose so high in Copley, I refused to buy from them and did my LV shopping in Manhattan. The last few years, I did most of the shopping online after going in to look at the item in person. Last time I went in... I walked out and bought a purse from Burberry instead. read more

I walked into the LV store with the mindset of buying my dream purse the Trevi GM with the zippy wallet. I went to the mall relatively late because I knew what I wanted and didn't have to look around. The store had two employees at hand, one was busy with another customer and the second employee was twiddling her thumbs. My cousin and I walked in and got nothing not even an ugly stare. No one greeted us or asked us if they could help us with something. Keep in mind the store was practically empty, three customers, two employees. Do the math. We walked around the store looking for my purse and couldn't find it. I walked up to the employee who was doing nothing, but as soon as I walked up to her, she rolled her eyes and gave me a WTF stare. I still wanted to look beyond this because I really really wanted my purse. I told the employee I couldn't find the Trevi GM and if she could find it and show it to me. She had a real big attitude when she handed me the purse. I asked to see the zippy wallet in the matching print. At this request the employee seemed literally fed up with me. As much as I wanted, I couldn't look past her rudeness. I'm a DAMN paying customer and I shouldn't be treated like this anywhere especially when I'm going to drop some serious cash. I saw both of the items that I wanted and honestly I just wanted to give up and buy them. But at the same time I didn't want to reward horrible service. I told the employee I didn't appreciate her rude behavior and attitude towards me. And that her attitude lost a $2,685 sale. I came to Boston wanting to take advantage of their 6.25% sales tax and purchase the bag I've been itching to own. However after visiting this particular LV store, I would rather pay California sales tax for my items read more

Incredible team here. Everyone here is always concerned about your experience. Whether you are buying a fun belt, your first bag, or just perusing. I'll be honest I was very hesitant to visit this location. Saw so many bad reviews. However I am so glad I did! When I visited the store I actually had 2 returns! Yes 2! I walked in. There were only 3 associates at the time. All 3 were with a customer so of course I waited. Once one of the associates was finished, Lanaeya immediately greeted me and with a smile. She was super friendly and processed my returns with no problems. I was impressed with her service that I actually asked her to put me on a waiting list for a purse. On my second visit, I went to pick up my new purse! Unfortunately Lanaeya was not in but Joy greeted me right away and also with a smile. She was super friendly (as all of the other associates in there). LANAEYA & JOY are now my new Sales Associates. Honestly you will definitely be happy not only with your purchase but their outstanding service! So when you visit please do ask for them because you won't regret it! read more

The most rude security guard I have ever encountered. Before I walked in the door he yelled at me about having my phone out when I was using the front camera as a mirror to check my makeup. There's a difference between using your phone to take pics of the merchandise and having the phone an inch away from your face. Plus, I wasn't even inside the store. When I asked why he was yelling at me, he told me I was never allowed to take a picture of the LV window display that's in the mall corridor. The one with nothing from the store on it. It's literally just a picture of an elephant. I was like uhh don't worry about it dude, take a chill pill. The reps definitely size you up and give off a snob-and-a-half vibe. It's weird how people treat you like you're lower than dirt after making a thousand dollar purchase. I'm not saying big spenders deserve to have everyone kiss their ring, but when you go into a store and aren't just browsing and wasting the rep's time, you should at least be treated like a human being. read more

The ABSOLUTE WORSE Louis Vuitton store I ever stepped into. I walked into the store and was not once greeted nor approached while I patiently waited over 20 minutes to buy a few purses. My only experience with this store is for a bag repair. I was immediately greeted at the entrance and led directly to an associate who helped me with the repair. Since the entire zipper needed to be replaced, it had to be mailed out. However, the store agreed to mail the bag back to me after the repair so that I would not have to drive back in to Natick. The associate was very pleasant to work with during the process. I received several email updates when the repaired bag was sent back to the store and when the store shipped the bag to me via UPS. The repair looks high quality as well. The only downside was the expense of the repair - however that price is probably set by corporate LV so I can't blame the store. At least it's cheaper than buying a new bag! :) read more

This store has absolutely the WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE! Be very careful before you buy anything from this store, because they will deny your return or exchange even if it's within the time frame by the return policy and the manager will say that the item shows sign of wear and not in perfect resellable condition, even for an item that absolutely was not used! This store manager is absolutely abusing her power and pretending that she has the final judgement as to the "defects" and she is the WORCEST retail manager I have ever seen. She is a very negative asset to the LV company and especially this location in the Natick Mall. I guess this store will not remain open for long because of her irresponsible attitude and very poor customer service. LV should seriously consider picking another manager for this store.
