I'm not a regular customer, this may have been the 2nd order in a decade but I scored a deal on a white blanket (which turned out to be off-white). Going to Framingham is not convenient at all, but I arrived shortly after they opened on a weekday to avoid what I assume is craziness on the weekends. The desk for returns is right at the front door, there was no line; Eleanor was very nice and had my return processed in no time. Don't sleep on Kohl's. This place is full of different departments (toys, shoes, kids, home, women's, men's, kitchenware, etc) and theres's even a Sephora inside too. This location also has a very efficient Amazon dropoff return area in the back right corner of the store. Seems like a lot of the foot traffic is people bopping in with Amazon returns. It feels like there's always some sale going on when I come here (not complaining) and there's plenty of parking outside which is a huge plus. Sometimes it can be hard trying to find a customer service rep if you need to ask a question/are looking for something in particular but other than that this location always looks tidy and clean! There used to be price checkers all throughout the store and it seems like they may have gotten rid of those. They have great food network pans, kitchenware, drink ware, and bathroom needs if you're ever looking for stuff. All in all Kohl's is still kickin! read more

be careful of pam and brittany -supposedly mgrs. who gang up on you when you try to return an item. brittany has this really loud super loud voice to let all the other customers know what your issue is- she and pam sound inept and seem so unprofessional it is sad they work at this store, but that is why framingham gets bad ratings due to their bad work ethics. read more

Sometimes there are these moments in life that really make me consider if humans are really the most "intelligent" species. One moment in particular took place in Kohl's. my mother and sister and I where shopping at Kohls when we decided to get a cart. in the cart PILES of HUMAN HAIR where filling the cart. I was disgusted and honestly disappointed in Kohl shoppers and employees as a whole. Also, it wasn't just a scattering of hair, there where piles of hair in that cart. to make matter worse, we had to use that cart because there where no other carts available, even though the store seemed quite roomy in terms of shopper population. I'm shocked this place is still in business and I'm never shopping here again. read more

It is your typical Kohls, nothing special about this store. Dressing rooms are absolutely filthy. Prices are expensive but with sales and kohls cash you can get some decent deals. The cashiers are not really friendly and push you to open a credit card even when you say no 3 times. The online order pick-up area is usually efficient and quick in comparison to the regular cash registers. read more

Customer service is awesome. As far as I'm concerned about this location. Being a veteran when I walked into the store with my wife, we agreed it very nicely by the manager. I said I'm a veteran she said thank you for serving then I asked her do you give the veterans discount she said yes, I said, do you require an ID what she said yes which is proper thing to do. There are only a few things that I don't like about the store number one it's way too pricey as far as I'm, it's not worth me going in there to spend money because I think they're way overpriced. Secondly, they don't have everything in the store that you're looking for. I will be honest with you. The only reason my wife and I went in there is because I wasn't sure what my pants size were, so I knew that they had a dressing room to try them on so we ended up spending $200 for a bunch of clothes. I still feel I can get that a lot cheaper at another store, or even through Amazon much cheaper than it came from them. My wife and I could not find all that we're looking for. I also heard another customer say the same thing so when I go in the store again, answer is no I wouldn't even my wife does not wanna go back to it, so I would say I do not recommend Kohl's whatsoever. The only thing I will say that we did like about them. They were very friendly and also very helpful in the store effect all the people, including the manager was very friendly to my wife and I and they treated us with the upmost respect because today as a veteran most Americans don't treat us right even in a lot businesses they do the same thing they treat us horrible, at least Kohl's honors the veterans. They had 30% off, but they also would not give you the veterans discount combination which I thought was wrong so they pushed you to come back into the store again which we won't do no way can't afford it if you're looking to spend money, don't spend it you can always get Levi's at a cheaper price,. My wife and I will not recommend this order. Better-than-average Framingham Kohl's store, located behind Shoppers World off Route 9 in Framingham. It's huge, has more than my local, and is so much cleaner, and a bit less crowded. Also, Heather, a cashier is super friendly, funny, kind, and happy. She will brighten up your day.... guaranteed. Returns desk is friendly, fast, and stress-free, unlike other Kohl's locations. Definitely the best location to return anything at. Ample parking lot and convenient access from either Route 9 or Route 30. Only annoying issue: other Kohl's (such as Milford & Walpole) have PRICE SCANNERS! They have 2 throughout the ENTIRE store. The Framingham location needs some more near the shoes department and in the home department. For that specific reason, I like the Milford location a bit better, but otherwise this is a close second! Update: 7/2/16 : They have brought back 5 price scanners, and finished the renovation. read more

The Kohl's in Framingham is one of the best I have been to in a while. The store itself was well organized and the shelves were well stocked. This store had a ton of great clearance items, and the staff was willing to help me find a shirt that I was looking for. The only critique was that they needed more staff members cashing people out. The line at this store on a typical Saturday looked as if it was a Black Friday line. Overall, this is a great Kohl's location. When I am in the area and am need of a new piece of clothing or home good, I will make it a point to stop in here at this store. read more

Went there tonight and couldn't believe how one of the managers was talking to her employee. She was very rude practically screaming at her from the front desk in front of all of the customers at the register not only is that unprofessional but the employee looked very embarrassed and upset . I don't blame her i would have quit right there. Then on top of that tried to act nice and sweet towards my mother and I on our way out of the store....we just looked at her and didnt say anything. I've been there twice, once being just before Christmas so I figured the store being ransacked was understandable. Was there yesterday....nope still a mess. There is not a Kohls out where I live so I came to this Kohls for a sale they were having on bakeware. EXCELLENT prices on all kitchen items and they have some great sales on Kitchen goods regularly. While in this store for the kitchen goods, I found some VanityFair panties that I can't live without (18-008 bright pink). Unfortunately VFC sold the intimate apparel sector to fruit-of-loom but I hope to find these again soon! The college dorm selection is quite well organized and priced to sell to students! Not a bad selection either. Sheet sets, towel sets and especially great deals on wide varieties of pillows. People (not just me) get a little lost at first time here because it is located between Route 9 and Route 30, in the Shoppers World area but more the ChiChi's side. Easier to see and get to from the Route 30 side but don't try to take a short cut into the parking lot. You may, as others have, find yourself in the wrong lot. If you see a clear path to the front door, you know you're in the correct lot. Good luck! read more

They wouldn't send me a ups label to return the item and I wasn't going to pay to return something that should have fit. This location is sort of hidden behind Shopper's World, in the old Bradlee's building. (Anyone remember Bradlee's?) Anyway, the store is always tidy, with everything neatly stacked. Always find great deals here, using my Kohl's Cash or coupons. Never have an issue with a return or exchange. Kohl's was founded by Polish immigrant Maxwell Kohl, who started with a just tiny grocery store in Milwaukee in the 1920's. Being the granddaughter of hard working Polish immigrants, is part of the reason I love Kohl's. TJX stores? Never... ever. Marshall's and Maxx sell garbaaage, and their stores are always a mess. I love shopping at kohls. They almost always seem to have some kind of good deal going on. Today they had the home stuff on sale for buy 1 get one for $1. The young man who rang us up was very polite and helpful. I was impressed. He did not even try to push the kohls card at us which drives us insane. The returns on the other hand were a pain. We were returning an unused pillow and had to wait in line for quite some time before it was our turn. The woman who took them back was annoying and kept questioning whether it had been used. She even asked if they sell them at kohls which is obvious since they had many left on the shelves. The employees are hit or miss but I think it's worth it for the great deals. read more

I have been to Kohl's before but at other locations and really enjoy shopping in them. This Kohl's needs to have a meeting with their employee's. I went shopping for shoes at quite a few different locations recently. Stopped in for a look and could not find my size 13 anywhere. None stocked, which is ok but when asking an older gentlemen with a mustache that worked their for some help, his English wasn't so great. Asked him if they had any size 13's in the back and he said "No, whats out is out". Although later I found out from another employee that they did have shoes in the back. Upon leaving I found a shirt I liked and got in line. This is where it got ridiculously confusing. So your in line and there are a few people in front of you. You would think there would be a few cash registers open at the checkouts. Well there was One at the checkout, one at the jewelry, and two at the exchange or return registers calling out to people from far far away. The one at the Regular register got a customer who was two places in front of me that insisted she was a discount on her phone but could not find it. She was there so long the woman behind me starting arguing with her understandably because we were standing in line already for 8-10 minutes waiting. The person in front of me went to the jewelry counter and was having issues there as well for whatever reason. While the return registers (one with a manager) were calling a few people to them. People just coming in the store went straight to the return/exchange registers by passing everyone else that had been waiting now for about 15 minutes and were getting service before the rest of us. Needless to say, everyone was getting pissed. Now you have people in line arguing with customers that are just coming in and the person STILL in the regular checkout. Took the manager forever to finally come over and deal with the regular register person. I finally get called to one of the checkouts at the return/exchange register and the woman that called me tries to stop me for a second to let a person that just came into the store do their exchange first, talking to the woman as if I had just cut her off "Sorry I did not see you there, Ill be done with him (in a rolling the eye voice) in just a minute. Seriously WTF. It took almost 20 minutes in line to pay for items that originally only started with THREE PEOPLE in line and four checkouts! We ended up having over 12-14 people in line PO'd and Management did nothing to remedy the situation. I know for a fact they could hear the people in line getting upset, swearing, saying this is unbelievable over and over again, etc. Obviously Kohl's needs a new daytime manager. Some tall skinny white guy on Monday the 4th of May if that helps if any District managers reading. It shows how much the employees care by how much the manager doesn't show any initiative or how he leads terribly by example. There are other Kohl's to go to, im staying away from this one. I had never been to a Kohl's until today. I bought some stuff from them online and one of the things I ordered looked weird on me, so I decided to bring it to the store to exchange. I felt like it was sort of somewhere in between a Target and Macy's. I actually wasn't all that impressed with their prices....I was expecting cheaper. But it was still clean and organized and the people working there were way nicer than at Target. I wouldn't go out of my way to go here, but it's not bad. AWFUL Customer service! The manager (s) that i spoke with are extremely rude and the opposite of helpful. I was put on hold about 5 times because everyone i spoke with was unsure. To return anything at this store is a complete joke and waste of time! No one wants to help you there so if you are looking for help look elsewhere. I will never buy from this store again. I think everyone including the "managers" need to go for a serious training on customer service. Both of my jobs are in customer service and i would never be so rude to a paying customer. Kohl's are great place to find the things you wouldn't get at other stores, one can find great deals on down pillows or flannel sheets. They have great sales and return policy. I've bought things from them that I wouldn't normally get in other stores like a wireless printer, though I wish they offered free insulation as the wireless printer is still sitting in its box 'cause its so complicated to assemble! read more
