Boots are great and it is December in New England, but they don't work with a suit at work, a wedding, etc. Sure you can order from the website, but you may need to order 5-10 pairs to find just the right one (and then schlep them all back to the store for a return). However, I observed an older white woman walk in and then one of the older associates proceeded to say excuse me to me and then greet the lady and ask if she needed help. It was almost as if I didn't exist. My question is why work in customer service if you dislike interacting with different types of people? That makes no sense to me. I've reported this issue to customer service and hope they train their employees to be more culturally responsive and accepting.

They have a small men's section and cater to women, which I guess is ok, but there are too many women's places in Wellesley center, and not one for just men. Definitely larger than any of the mall locations I've been to in the past. And yesterday they were having an AMAZING sale. 40% off mostly everything in the store. WOW! That's a lot for a store like this, especially in Wellesley (off all places).
