Clothes fell apart less than two weeks of owning them. Worn once for a night out and the zipper popped when it was too large for me. Was told there was nothing they could do to compensate me. Obvious issues with quality. read more

The worst customer service I've ever experienced, 2 days in a row with different employees. I work in hospitality and understand that dealing with customers can be extremely difficult, but the girls there were flat out rude and unhelpful no matter how polite my friends and I tried to be. While trying to pick an outfit, we were told multiple times that the store was closing and to get in line, up to 25 minutes before the store actually closed. When I asked if I could buy the last of a dress in the store which was on a mannequin, I was told they couldn't do it while just 2 people were working and to come back in 2 hours when there were more employees on the floor. When I did come back, it was still just the 2 of them, and it only took a minute for one girl to get the dress down. The store wasn't busy either time, and it felt like they didn't want to do their jobs. Also, there's a ridiculous policy that certain "special occasion" items are non-returnable (they're marked with tags), which in normal times might make sense, but the dressing rooms are currently closed due to COVID (which also doesn't make sense scientifically, considering it's an airborne disease). The idea that anyone is supposed to drop $40-$80 on something they can't try on in the store, and then can't return if it doesn't look good on them (which is especially important if it is for a "special occasion") is absolutely absurd. This does not make any sense, and the employees not only lack understanding to how ridiculous it is, but are rude about it too. The girl at the register also told me that jewelry is non returnable, which it doesn't say anywhere in the store, and also does not make sense. I love the clothes here but these were 2 of the most stressful shopping experiences I've ever had. Fix the attitudes and ridiculous rules. read more

Clothes seem cute, but I wouldn't know how they look on. I was at the Natick Mall looking for a rehearsal dinner dress for my wedding coming up in July. It was shortly after 8pm on a Wednesday and I had been at the mall since about 6. I live and work in Worcester and drove straight to the mall after work. I had been to countless stores trying to find a cute white dress, but no luck. On my walk out, I passed by this Windsor store and it caught my eye - there were tons of cute clothes. I had never heard of the brand before, but decided to go in. I had been in the store for only two minutes and already had 3 different items in my hands to try on. At this point, an employee approached me, looked at the items in my hands, and said "just so you know, our fitting rooms close in 5 minutes." Mind you it was like 8:10/8:15pm at this point and the store itself doesn't close until 9. I looked back at the employee confused and said "what...? I wanted to try these on and I'm not done looking...Nevermind I guess?" The girl just shrugged me off and said "yeah, sorry." On top of "closing the fitting rooms" almost a whole hour before your store closes just being a flat out ridiculous policy and practice, there was just no attempt on the employees end to help me out. It really stinks because I was intrigued by the clothes. I didn't even get a third of the way through your store and already had 3 things ready to try on! Won't be shopping there again. I'll shop somewhere where they let me try on clothes when the store is open. read more

Staff was unpleasant, rude, and disgraceful. They require a mask but won't provide one for any one who doesn't have one but will of course sell you one. Ripping people off left and right, we had already been to multiple stores and no one else said a thing or treated us in such a manner compared to the staff here. Had to walk my daughter to the Apple store who also are requiring mask so they PROVIDE THEM for free. And sent her back to go shop. This store is a joke. read more

The cashier was unnecessarily rude to my mother who was just trying to get a dressing room for my little sister. "You're gonna have to wait a minute" should never be a response in retail. Try "I'm so sorry we'll be right over." We won't be back. read more

Was in a huge bind as i had to purchase all new bridesmaids dresses for my wedding. Latrina was so helpful and took the time to contact different locations as we scrambled to get the correct dress sizes. I am super appreciative of her help during the biggest moment of my life. read more

I have to give this store 5 stores. After a full day of shopping at Natick mall for a junior prom dress we stumbled upon this store. We must have tried on 30 dresses and the woman in the dressing room couldn't have been more helpful. She definitely wanted to see us get the right dress and her patience with us was extraordinary. read more
