Very helpful staff, even though i couldn't find my size. General manager was very thoughtful and attentive.

Love this Zara location! They are located inside the Natick Mall & have a great selection of men's, women's, & kids clothing. Although this location is much farther away from me (compared to the Newbury St), I enjoy coming here since they've got lots of parking here at the mall + less chaotic & indoors. I also love that they have self checkout here; definitely speeds up the checkout process + less wait time for lines. read more

Staff seemed nice when we needed to see if there was a size not on the floor. The lady loves this location! Located at the Natick mall and has plenty of parking. It was always a given we stopped in when we are at the mall. They have good pricing overall, nice fits to be had. Usually women have much bigger selection, the store is split, seemingly mainly women, children and some men clothing! They also have self checkout to the back of the store by the registers! So however you want to do it you have choice if there is a line for the cashiers. There's fitting rooms with much less of a line when we go compared to the Boston location on Newbury. read more

Terrible customer service. I tried to return a sweater today because it pilled all over after just one wear and the manager on duty refused to let me return the sweater because it was worn. I was asked by 3 employees whether it was ever washed. The sweater was never washed. The manager ended up walking away and refused to make any effort to resolve my issue. He was a tall man with very long dark hair. There was also a woman with very short yellow hair with a face drawn on the back of her head and she also was not helpful at all. I tried to explain to him that the sweater is defective because it should not pill like that after one wear and he said it could be the way it was worn. I contacted corporate and they agreed to give me a refund right away. read more

Disrespectful staff. Not welcoming very cold and rude idk why I need more words that's all I have to say I'm disappointed

I love Zara merchandise, but the employees at this store are terrible. Slow, rude, and can't handle the volume of customers. I used to work at H&M for a year, so I know retail, and how it's supposed to work. There is NO excuse for this! I waited in line for over 30 minutes just to purchase two items, because they only had ONE cashier working the register. I don't recommend this location. Order online!!! Don't torture yourself!!! read more

Zara - Long long line with ONE cashier, on a Wednesday morning right after they opened... ugh. - Women's Clothing Near Me - Natick, Massachusetts

The selection is hit or miss, but the dressing rooms are horrendous. I'm actually surprised these types of dressing rooms are even legal since it's practically impossible to close the curtain all the way and offers very little privacy. read more

A very rude woman staff just terrified my little daughter into tears just because she wanted to touch the blocks under mannequins. The rude woman said my daughter couldn't climb the "furniture", rolled her eyes and shook her stupid head. She behaved like we minorities don't know how to behave. I'm a long term Zara fan. I drove 45mins to come to the mall, mainly because of Zara. Now I will never come again nor shop in Zara again. read more

This Zara is the most unorganized and one of the most irritating stores to shop at. First off, once you walk in the racks and tables of clothes are messed up like you going dumpster diving. I was trying to find this top in my size and it took me 15 minutes just to find it, absolutely ridiculous. Then, I wanted to try my clothes in the fitting room, but yet it was closed for no reason. The worst thing is, that the line is extremely long. You would be thinking, "Are the clothes really worth the wait?" Unless you want to wait 30 minutes - 1 hour then sure!! By the time you get to the register, the staff is horrible with crappy attitudes, slow asf, and chit-chatting with one another. read more

if I could give a 0 I would, I tried to return something when a rude older lady came at me and told me that she knew how to due her job. I told multiple tones that there is no barcode to do my return but continue to disrespect me multiple times. This manager needs to learn how to control her employees from all of this horrible reviews, I moved to a different register and the lady here was very nice and helped me out. read more

Even before the pandemic, Zara in Natick mall constantly looks like it's having a garage sale. And post-pandemic, it's even worse; the lines are ALWAYS absurd regardless of what time a year or time a day it is. It's very frustrating as you are guaranteed to wait between 26-40minutes in line on a Monday @2pm. Their customer service in person or online is careless. Please be wary of their 30-day return policy; there isn't such a thing as a store credit; if you couldn't make it to wait in line for 40 minutes- it simply sucks to be you, and it's NOT their problem. ZARA has been going downhill with its quality of clothing for years, and the past few experiences make me perfectly content boycotting ZARA from here on out and shopping elsewhere. read more

This huge line is staying for returns and purchase. I asked a manager (male) at the store today 02/11/2022 why there is only one cashier and he said "How do you think? If you think that we have more than ONE cashier in a store, it's wrong". His answer was rude and careless. I said that this is ridiculous, and he said "I know ". I will not but any stuff from Zara anymore, it's waist of time, and the service is disgusting! read more

I just witnessed a costumer being yelled by a young, blonde man who was a cashier. He was the cashier that ended up being on my turn and I WAS EXTREMELY degraded by this employee. I checked in with the manager and informed her that this employee should not be working there and that it was very triggering to be watching him treat all of the costumers with such rudeness and entitlement. read more

I am never to complain but this store needs to learn to have their 5 employees who are on the floor just organizing clothes hop on a register to help ring people up. The wait time to get checked out is an hour with only two people on the registers. Having a line loop around the whole store does not help make the store look more "hyped" in any way. This is poor management and you are only losing more and more customers who can't bear the wait. read more

Typically do not complain about costumer service given you never know what other people could be going through. HOWEVER the staff at this zara location might possibly be the rudest, most unpleasant, and disappointing people I have ever encountered! Went in for a simple return and left feeling enraged and disrespected. The people behind the counter act as if you ruined their entire day by simply showing up to return something.. as if that is not their literal job. They also show no attempts in trying to hide how annoyed they are- it shows on their face and especially in their attitudes. I was planning on continuing my shopping in store after I made the returns but after the experience I had I not only felt uncomfortable being in the presence of the employees but also unwanted?? Riddle me that. Will not be returning read more

Terrible service. Asking for an exchange, done all of it as a return and giving an attitude. Later says I didn't remind her, and giving another attitude saying "so do you want to buy this as a separate order or what" read more

I stood in this line for 45 min just to get there and was told that I have to pick up my online order from the men's side. No one was at the register on men's and I had to track someone's down to come and give me my order. Tried it in the fitting room and it was too small. Had to stand in the same line for another 45 min. This store is always a chaos. I have been to many Zara stores and it is one of my favorite brands but will definitely never return to this store. Only 2 registers were working and there were at least 30 ppl in the line. The staff are extremely unfriendly and slow. read more

I have been to many Zara stores (international as well). This one is by FAR the WORST in terms of customer service. The line is ALWAYS over an hour wait-- regardless of the time you go in. They only have 2 cashiers and the line is usually out the door. The worse thing is that they don't care at all about customers. It has never been a good experience to come into this location. read more

The strategy for Zara is to have people shop online only and that's the reason they have this store! The bad experience would either force people to shop online or stop shopping at Zara.....they have long forming out of the store and one cashier and other folks just chilling around folding stuff taking their own time....associates are not helpful either, they have no idea where stuff is, last time I am shopping here read more

waited in line for over an hour. one employee working. he was mildly attractive but the slowest i've ever seen a homo-sapien move.

"SO WE DONT DO HOLDS ANYMORE" This place absolutely SUCKS! How do you no longer hold items for customers? ESPECIALLY when you guys have 3 stores and ALWAYS ONLY have one register open at a time! Never mind the fact that I was in the kids department for a while 15 minutes without any associate coming in or even asking if I needed any type of help Their line was half way through the store and only had one person on reg, THAT IS RIDICULOUS! I literally walked out and did not make a purchase because I had to go back to work and was told they no longer hold items. So I will NEVER SHOP THEIR AGAIN. read more

1 star for their selection only. People have been complaining for years about the long lines for check out, and they have yet to figure it out. I've worked retail in the past, and have never seen such slow cashiers. I left a shopping bag from urban outfitters in the store and tried calling multiple times to see if anyone returned it. No one has answered the phone after many attempts and I'm not driving another hr based on chance it's there. read more

I will never buy anything from this Natick store and Zara again! I bought a pair of black leggings, brought home washed them in cold water & low cycle and the threads under the zippers popped up already! I brought back to the store for return, the manager (employee # 372706) didn't take it back, he told me 'bring to tailor to fix it!' This is Zara customer service? I haven't worn once! $35.90 for a pair of pants is reasonable but it did not even last for the first wash??? I chat with customer service but they couldn't do anything! I will return my new order and never buy anything from Zara again! Bad quality! This is not the first time Zara pants threads pop up. I got same problem with a pair in summer as well! Din't waste money and time on their products! It's about the experience you get when you put your clothes on! They will not get my business again! read more

This store is horribly run. Don't give them your business. You can't even return something at this store without waiting in the cashier line for 30+ minutes. You also can't try on anything in store, so return volume is obviously high. Another reason for high returns is because their sizes are so inconsistent. This store is NOT worth your time or money. @Zara corporation should be ashamed of how their stores are run. read more

Very unorganized. The service is also EXTREMELY slow, waited 2 hrs just to be refused at checkout.

Just terrible. Do not shop here, and please for your own sanity never try to return anything. I tried to return a gift, and even had to email the gift giver to get the receipt (which is kind of humiliating to start) and only AFTER that and 2 trips through the forever-line, they refused to take anything back AND wouldn't let me swap items for similar item in a different size. WITH THE RECEIPT. The manager tried to help and they even had me call customer service - an hour later, I still have items that I cannot wear. The guy behind the register was really rude. I'm realizing - for clothes that look cute but last a grand total of 3 days, this is really not worth my time. read more

I was ready to walk by...yada yada another over-priced, trendy women's clothing store a the Natick Collection...but WAIT...there was a display in the window with great shoes and clothes WITH prices attached. Wouldn't you know the prices weren't all that bad. $39 for the sweater, even cheaper for the leggings. I'm intrigued...I walk in for a closer look. Lo and behold, fun & trendy clothing for not a lot of cash! I thought the shoes were really amazing and though they weren't Cole Haan they weren't Payless cheapos either. I noticed other Yelpers saying they made stuff for curvy women and while I can't verify that since I didn't try anything on....I was warned by the store clerk that the clothing runs small. Some jeans looked like they could fit on my pinkie finger. So I'd try stuff on for safety. read more

Zara is another darling of the business school set with in-house design and great point of purchase. Zara can theoretically outflank the more traditional retailers by beating them to the market with hip, trendy and cheap clothing faster. This is a successful if not dominant chain in Europe In theory. Maybe its just me and I am not hip nor trendy. Perhaps someone in their 20s can evaluate my wardrobe accordingly. I just thought the clothes were offbeat and just plain weird, which is trendy turned bad. This company, howver, is smart enough to figure the American market eventually....I will try again for a hip spring purchase read more
