On 4/14/23 I drove from RI to Zara at the Natick Mall. This was my first trip to Zara & I was searching for vacation clothes. After 45 minutes in the store & with approximately 12 items, I approached the fitting room. There I discovered it was closed on a Friday at 1:00 pm. I requested to speak with the store mgr. She told me that the fitting room was closed due to COVID. I was shocked as all the other stores in the mall had their fitting rooms opened. She said this was a corporate decision. When further pressed she said that she was short staffed. Many years ago, I was a store mgr. throughout the east coast & as a store mgr. I did whatever job needed to run a store both efficiently and professionally. I told her that she or an employee on the floor should be handling the fitting room. This store manager needs to be retrained in managing and operating a store. So if you're shopping at Zara at the Natick Mall don't assume that you'll be able to try on clothes. There use to be a saying in retail - "you never let the customer leave the store unhappy". I guess this doesn't apply to Zara.. I walked out empty handed. What a disappointing experience. read more

Very interesting concept for clothings... Great for 20 something women just started their jobs in cities like SF, NYC.. In house design... Throw away clothings... fashionable style... quick turns... relatively low price... no discount... great inventory strategy... I think they are the best "JIT" clothing company. We bought a pair of their jeans less than 30 days ago while traveling. The jeans broke within a couple of weeks. We live, like most people in the US, far from a store. They have their store in a tourist destination like Vegas. We return to our state, where there is not store, and if you purchase them in a store, they can only be returned to a store. The customer service hacks on the other end reiterate the same policy over and over without any thought or problem solving capacity. The CEO of this organization should be ashamed that they have this type of customer service. Any high quality store would say "sorry they broke after two weeks and two wears, since our stores and online do not communicate, let us help you ship the jeans back to the store you bought them to and either refund you or exhancge them." Zara DID NOT DO THAT...they just said "oh well they broke, cannot help you." read more

Drove an over an hour to shop there. The place was relatively tidy and had a good selection. The staff were nice and the wait to check out was maybe 10 minutes tops but the worst part was that the changing rooms were still closed. I bought clothes and went home to find it didn't work out but you can't return via mail or drop off if it was bought in a store, despite still having the receipt. As previous reviews have stated, Zara has a strategy. Covid was the perfect excuse for them to permanently close fitting rooms. Therefore forcing customers to just buy items blindly. Then when they need to return items, they are greeted with a line 50 deep that goes out the door and around the corner. Not exaggerating, just look at the pictures people have posted. Then you get frustrated and leave because who has 2 hours to devote to standing in line at Zara. Now Zara has made a profit off of you and the millions of other shoppers who did the same exact thing. That's their strategy and obviously it's working . Has anyone from management bothered to respond to anyones complaints? Nope. They do not care. I sincerely hope this store closes. And I'm not even going to get into the rude and miserable staff here. Establishments that literally bank on their customers frustrations and deliberatly plan to make shoppers experiences as inconvenient as humanly possible don't deserve to be in business. read more

Clearly no one writing these reviews understands how retail works. Not all employees can be on register and not all of them even know how to. Some people have to stay on the floor and clean up the horrible messes that CUSTOMERS make. They cannot help the fact that they are understaffed. If you don't like the line then don't wait in it. Shop online. No one is forcing you to wait. Have some patience and respect for the people who are just trying to do their job. read more

I feel incredibly bad for the staff here. There is a blonde woman who works here who appears to be the manager. I heard her talking about her employees in an incredibly disrespectful manner, while simultaneously making herself look like she was organizing clothes. I love this store but I am not sure I want to support it with a manager like this. It seemed as though she felt that talking poorly about her employees was more important than helping customers or actually doing her job. They have three stars for the clothing only! Customer service at this location is definitely not a priority, and when you're seeking it, the staff seems too stuck up or preoccupied to deal with you. It's a huge turn off for me because of its poor reflection on the brand and the vibe I get when I walk in the store. Unfortunately, this is the closest Zara to where I live, so I'm a slave to the beast. If you're fine shopping alone and aren't looking for anything too specific that might require assistance, you'll be just fine shopping here. Their clothes are exactly what I want and need when I'm searching for something that's unique, fashion-forward, and affordable. I can always count on Zara for that, including this location. The clothes here add an edge and dynamic to my wardrobe that no other brand can give me, and that's why my closet is constantly growing and filling with their apparel. If you're looking for something different, this is the place to go. Just be weary of the cold staff. To be frank - you might not even know they're there, that's how 'helpful' they are. read more

This Zara has to have the biggest menswear selection of any Zara, other than Yonkers, NY and the flagship, on 5th Ave in NYC. The selection is fabulous.Everyone workinf in the mens section was super friendly and helpful. Well organized. Some Zara's look like a tornado went through. This one was very organized. If i didn't live so far away I would come here often. Hmm maybe that's a good thing. I wouldn't be able to pay my bills and would be living in a van down by the river if this one were closer. read more

I love the new layout of the store. I needed to purchase a new linen suit and was confused about the sizes. Unfortunately they did have it in store, but the store associate Destiny helped me order it online. Destiny was extraordinary throughout the whole process. The website did not have the matching pants in my size. Destiny was kind enough to help me find another pair that matched the outfit. Being a sales manager I also coach my team to find alternative solutions to get the sale. Destiny did an amazing job at helping my find another solution. This was a great shopping experience and I will definitely be returning. read more

Once a nice store. This is now a horrible store. Avoid this store at all costs. Instead, enjoy the convenience and efficiency of the online store. I went there just to enjoy a day of shopping with my daughter and what a disaster. Other ratings are 100% accurate. The store is a mess (dirty and disorganized). The fitting room is full of boxes and closed, which I suspect is the reason for a high volume of returns and exchanges (long line!). The staff seem very unhappy and therefore act unprofessionally. I saw a customer waiting on the return and exchange line by mistake and when this woman arrived at the register after which I estimate 45 minutes of waiting, she was refused by the cashier. The cashier not only refused to process her merchandizes, but continued to argue with her, and there were children in the store who had to experience this unfortunate situation. The woman then asked for a manager who only resulted in more arguments. This was inconvenient for others like me who had to witness such a lack of professionalism. It's this kind of in-store experience that's turning consumers like me into online shopping, which will result in stores like this closing, and job loss for store staff-communities. I suggest that management take notice and implement changes. In addition to this review, I filed a complaint through Zara Customer Service. I don't think these reviews are being read by the store and their corporate office. read more

The worst customer service! I have been to a couple of Zara locations and I can say that Zara Natick is the worst. I haven't experienced this kind of service. The asian lady is too cocky. I had a bad experience returning items with them before. Also when I was waiting in line, one very upset customer is returning an item and made a comment of not going back to the store again. Soon as she turned her back, the manager and the cashier (asian lady) smiled at each other, did the high five and made a comment like, "oh good!". This people doesn't care at all! This place is like an H&M. The clothes are very inexpensive and trendy. They're not clothes that you can wear 10 years from now because of the quality and the trendiness of the clothes. Definitely the place to spend money for a few trendy pieces that you like, instead of designer items. The inventory changes on a weekly basis. This is one of the smaller Zara locations I've visited, but wowza, their sale section is huge and amazing! I love hunting for a great bargain here and rarely leave empty-handed. The sales girls are friendly, but definitely don't stalk you around the store. There's always a great selection of shoes and trendy piece, plus a bunch of staples like silky blouses, jeans, and blazers in every color imaginable. I really wish we had a location in Rhode Island, but for now, I'll continue to make the trek to Natick. read more

Zara is incredible! I have been to several of them most recently in Greenwich Ct where I picked up a gorgeous sweater and pencil skirt for about 40 dollars! The fashions are beautiful, incredible quality and the staff is helpful. Check out this way-cool fun clothing store at the new Natick Collection in the mall in Natick (obviously). This new part of the mall has mostly very expensive chain stores and we went to just check out the architecture & restaurants & scene. I had wanted to see Zara as I have friends from Spain who told me it is a chain store over there and this was one of the first here. I really liked it. Prices were great, compared to Newbury Street. Clothes were trendy but wearable and looked pretty well made. It is like a much better H&M!I bought a cute tee shirt for $20 and loved this gorgeous red coat for $90, but could not justify buying it now! I would definitely go back. The rest of the Mall is well, just a mall and not that exciting. read more

I was in the store a couple days ago and I had several different people walk by me and none of them greeted me, asked me if I needed help, or anything. One had to be a manager because they were giving directions on what to do. There was no other customer besides me in the store because when I walked out and looked in the woman side of the store, I just saw the same people. They seem to be more task driven rather customer service. At least the one on Newbury St greeted me, every time I enter that store. As a former Store Manager, this bothered me, I just walked out and not give them my business. I wish I can give them negative stars, but I can only gave them one star. I'm glad I didn't buy anything from this store. I hope someone from corporate or the District Manager see's my comment. read more

***Worst customer service ever**** I had purchased a suit from Zara and when I brought it home the suit had a distinct smoke smell. I do not smoke nor do i wish to wear clothes that do. I bring the suit back to explain this and that it seemed pre-worn. Tags still on the suit, everything. The Asian American manager calls me a liar and tells me that I must have worn it because no way any of her employees would have excepted this suit if smelling like smoke if someone had previously returned it before I bought it. This rating is for the Zara in the Natick Mall. I've been to other Zara locations worldwide that were worthy of a 5 star rating. This is not one of them. On my first visit, I picked out a pair of pants that I really liked. As I was heading to the fitting room, an employee ran past me and shouted, "the fitting room is closed!" I told her that I just needed to try the pants on to make sure they fit so that I could buy them. "The fitting room is closed!" she repeated without even stopping what she was doing and glaring at me like I was so obnoxious for actually wanting to buy the merchandise in her store. So be warned: while the store closes at 9, the fitting rooms apparently close at 8:45. And they aren't nice about it. In general, I like Zara's clothing, so yesterday, I went back with my boyfriend, who bought a pair of khaki shorts. The woman again seemed super annoyed that we were making her ring up the shorts. I kind of sympathized because she was the only cashier, the line was really long, and none of the other employees could be bothered to help. Anyway, we brought the shorts home, only to find they were ripped. I don't look forward to trying to exchange them. Stay tuned...I'll update accordingly. read more

There were five of us waiting to check out and there was no one there at the men's counter. There were two associates in our line of sight by the changing rooms laughing and chatting away but totally choosing to ignore us standing in line. Another associate came and spoke to them and the male associate evidently felt annoyed at having their fun conversation interrupted. The purchase - on reaching home I found out that one of the shirts had a button missing. I thought maybe it had fallen off, but no...it was sewn in further down, out of alignment with the button hole! So much for quality control. Really do not want to take a trip to the mall just to return the shirt, but will do so just on principle. read more

I adore Zara. Perhaps unjustifiably so. I discovered this chain while living in Paris and found, for a Mediterranean girl like me, that the Zara designers actually get my proportions. They get that I'm petite and that shortness doesn't negate the presence of T&A. The clothes are beautifully proportioned for the curvy European ladies--this is the only chain store where I've fit into so much of their collection. So I'm elated to see the Boston area finally has one of these shops, so I don't have to hold out for the soldes in Paris. This Zara is about the average size for most Zaras that I've been in, about comparable to the ones in NYC and Montparnasse. Staff was kind of off-putting, I get the feeling they are still new even though this location's been around for almost a year now, but it's Zara. I'll shop here no matter what. read more

The best thing about this store is you don't feel the sales pressure. Theres an older lady that work here thats very nice and helpful. I think their bottoms (pants, skirts) run bigger than many other Euro brands though. But they do have skinny leggings. I gave only 3 stars because the quality of their craftsmanship is poor. I've bought few coats from there and at least one button has fallen out within just 3 days of wearing them. I've also bought two pairs of their dressy pants where the zipper part broke the first time trying them on. These type of incidents has never happened with other brands before. But overall, their prices are reasonable and although they run big for Euro brand, they're still more fitting than the Gap or BananaRepublic. read more

I had a great time shopping at Zara today at the Natick Mall. The selection of pastels was excellent, everything was very reasonably priced.

I love Zara and this Zara is bigger and better than any I've been to. (I'm from NYC too so this is quite a Zara at Natick!) The items on sale are really nice and that's the section I generally head for first. You don't have to wait in line for the fitting room: you just go straight in! The graphic design and pop art they try to incorporate on shirts is a plus in my book. Its poppy and colorful enough not to scream artsy nor hipster, so it will look good on everyone that wears such clothes! Fabric is very soft and lasts very long. I feel good whenever I goto Zara.
