I love Kohl's because I can almost always find clothing I like at a great price. I wait until I have 20-30% off coupons and sometimes $5 or $10 rewards. I have gotten great deals on the clearance racks along with the discounts. I find the store to be clean and the employees to be nice and helpful. I've bought jewelry with my Kohl's cash and ended up paying $0 to just a few dollars. Some of it is pretty cheap so if it falls apart after just a few months as a few pieces have, it doesn't upset me. What I can't stand about Kohl's in general is when you submit a review, they do not allow you to include details of the transaction (your overall experience), you may only review the product. I recently purchased two pairs of shoes on-line and ended up returning both. I received one pair in a few days, it took two weeks for the second pair to arrive. My review was not accepted twice because I mentioned the shipping time and the loss of the discount, even if I were to exchange for the same shoe in a different size. They tell you to call customer service about this kind of thing. That prevents potential customers from realizing the kinds of problems they may encounter when ordering on-line. read more

Lots of cute clothing options with plenty of items in stock. Store was very clean and neat. Cashier was very friendly too. Got some really nice workout leggings and a few cute tops. Some items aren't the best quality, so you do have to pick and choose. I also feel the "sale" prices are what the items should be priced, but overall, I like the variety of clothing. I did feel a bit uncomfortable with the unisex fitting rooms, as there were men going into the fitting rooms with their wives and some were just a bit taller than the fitting room door when they walked by. This store had a lot of great selections for clothes! Very clean & well organized. Lots of clothes on clearance & clearly marked & separated into each sizes. Love the fact that the store is open till 10pm during the week & 11pm on the weekend. Also found the dressing room free of unwanted clothes & a rack right outside to put the clothes that didn't fit. Store is well lite along with their parking lot. read more

I love shopping at Kohl's I just bought a bag full of clothing today but the one thing they always seem to forget are the security tags. Recently when I went there my pants had a security tag left on them and a stain underneath the tag. I'm not sure if the store will let me get a new pair but I hope they do because they're these nice white pants that I fell in love with. read more

Kohl's is one of the few stores that caters to all age groups without being dowdy. They don't always have what I want as they follow trends, which lately has included the ugly fashion fad, but they are a better bet than many other places. Separates are generally reasonable but dresses are expensive as are shoes. I love the $10 off a purchase of $10 or more coupons but haven't received any lately. The restrooms are clean and you can take as many items as you want into the changing room. This store seems understaffed. I never see anyone in the various departments available to help with questions. There is only one barcode scanner so if you are unsure of what an item costs you might have to walk aways to get to it depending on where you are in the store and sometimes there is a wait to use it. read more

I love kohls this store does not do kohls justice. The issue is space.. I think either the layout isn't right OR this building is just too small compared to other kohls. No matter what time /season you go in this kohls it seems busy and messy. I finally realized it's due to the stores layout everything is so crammed together. If you don't have patience and don't like scrolling through clothes racks you will become irritated in this store. However I have never experienced a negative customer service experience at this store. The staff has always been polite and helpful. Even when visiting the customer service desk or having to speak with a manager to use expired kohls cash lol they are always helpful . read more

I placed an order online but ordered the wrong size. While I was exploring the area, I decided to stop by and return the shoes inside the store instead of mailing them. There was no long wait and the rep was very nice. I don't think I even spent 5 minutes there this Saturday. read more

I only go to Kohl's if I absolutely have to. For starters, it's always cold there and the music is way too loud. Not to seem like an old lady, but it makes it unpleasant to shop there. The store is ALWAYS a huge mess - the clothing racks and the dressing rooms. There never seem to be any sales associates working... Where are they? My personal pet peeve is Kohl's Cash and how it screws up any returns you may have if you've used it to pay. When I get it, I immediately rip it up and toss it in the trash on the way to my car. Went in a week after x-mas. There was not enough shopping carts and the lines at the registers were long and slow moving, not really too much of a problem except my wife is temporarily handicapped. When we reached the end of our line the cashier announced that she was closing and would not take any more customers. We moved to another line and were promptly told the same thing. After I loudly asked if the store actually allowed customers to pay for their items the second cashier agreed to take us, but no one behind us. Simultaneously, the original cashier began taking more customers despite telling us she was closed. When confronted by my wife asking why she turned us away but took others behind us and if we should report her to management for being discriminatory towards the handicapped she became very apologetic but could not give a concrete answer to why, only that "customers keep coming," ya that's how successful retail works sweetheart. Meanwhile cashier 2 was very aggressive towards us, including not letting us use a coupon that was still valid but claiming it was expired despite that not being the case and slamming my store credit card down on the scanner so hard it cracked. I sarcastically told her I felt sorry for her having to be the first person to work extra on her shift in the history of forever. I can't say it was appreciated. She also was forced to take more customers after us. For the record we spend $300 their that day. read more

Place is a mess and the employees are so rude. No one is ever there to help and they are beyond over priced. I went in to buy a pair of shorts and the signs all around said 30 percent off. I made sure the tag matched what the sign said (FILA Sport) and when I went to the check out it rang up buy one get one 50 percent off. A manger ( who was super rude and made me feel stupid ) tried telling me that I grabbed them from some where else and I showed her multiple other shorts from the area where I grabbed them. Her response was people don't put things back in the right place despite there being multiple shorts in that section. She continued to try and find where the shorts were and she couldn't so she came and told me that I was wrong and they were still buy one get one 50 percent off. So un professional and the signs are never right. The poor cashier had to listen to this stupid lady that clearly has never worked in service department because I'm pretty sure the customer is supposed to be right and in this case I feel like I was. Will never be back because there managers are rude and can't read and make their customers feel stupid and worthless. Don't waste your time at this dump. read more

I used to live at Kohls but lately their store hasn't been the best place to shop. The dressing rooms were disgusting and full of clothes. There is never enough cashiers working so you're in line forever and they're very slow as well. Sometimes I can get some nice things but sometimes it's not worth the hassle of shopping here. read more
