The extra 25% off clearance is a great deal. You have to watch the merchandise because they are now selling "refurbished" merchandise which isn't clearly marked. I noticed it when I was checking out. Person at checkout wasn't quite sure what it meant. So, I didn't buy the merchandise. If the Rack wants to sell refurbished items, they should have a section just for that merchandise or have it clearly marked on the merchandise like most retailers do. Very sleazy practice. read more

I wanted to write this review, due to being surprised. I had to go to the eye doctor today, and wifey went with me. She wanted to visit Forever 21 at the mall next to Reliant medical. So we separated, next thing I know my wife was sending me pics for clothes inside the store for men. I wrote back and said, what u sent me, looked great, but I was unaware that they sold men's clothes. Bottom line, she bought me and her some great items, at an unbelievable price, and made my day! I cannot wait to go back and make some more purchases. Maybe more men should know about their incredible sales and pretty cool styles. - quality of store items is very good compared to TJ maxx. Some of items are real luxury but the quantity is not persistent per stores. - most of the time are end of life products or defective products - price is extremely good with event 25% off or event 40% off on clearance items. -the reward point is not good compared to Macy reward cards. Now that I've came here and looked around, for a good amount of time, I would know most definitely choose Marshalls across the parking lot, or the enormous TJ Maxx / HomeGoods in Milford. PROS -- 1. Size: this place is large! Bigger than Marshalls or TJ Maxx, more like the size of Michaels next door. 2. Selection: Much better selection of products and product sizes to choose from than Marshalls or TJ Maxx 3. Brand names: If you care about brand names (which I don't), this is the place for you, lots of Nordstrom products, as well as other brand names in the sneakers and clothing. Most of the brand name products are well priced. ** Someone I know got a pair of sneakers at Kohls for $74.99, here same product for $62.99. Good to check here first. Same with bracelets, I bought one as a gift at Bloomingdale's for $32, there was one here just as good for $14.97! ** CONS -- 1. Prices: Higher than Marshalls or TJ Maxx. Probably because they compare themselves to actual Nordstroms (which doesn't do ANYTHING for me, Bloomingdale's all the way!) 2. Clearance: Really to be honest..... there isn't a specific Clearance section 3. Products: Not nearly as many homegoods, technology products, or anything in the kids category Overall, just OK. Since I live in Westwood, I probably won't return...... even if I come back here (because Shoppes @ Blackstone Valley is AMAZING!). I don't shop here often, but we got my daughter a dress for 8th grade graduation here. The dress was a white Sandra Darren adult size dress and it was only $30. She was well dressed for her eighth grade graduation. So worth it! Finding what you need may be hit or miss, but if you do find some thing it's going to be nice quality for a very reasonable price. read more

Holy crap. This place is DANGEROUS! I've been on the hunt for some staple "investment pieces" for my wardrobe and NR gave me that. This location is perfect since its coupled with other area factory outlet stores and its HUGE. I got a Michael Kors puffer jacket for $80, boots for $50, and multiple tees for a few bucks each. Seriously. Don't ever shop at a mall or standard store again. You'll get better stuff at a cheaper price here. read more

This Rack is heavy on casual workout clothes and inexpensive sweaters. There's no pretense of anything other than end-of-the-line discounts. A couple of small displays in front (Free People) and then racks of discount items arranged by type. No random designer sheath dresses or blazers, or much of anything professional. I've come to expect random buried treasure based on other Racks and so was disappointed. On the plus side, I was able to snag a couple of inexpensive casual items. And the staff was very helpful and friendly! read more

I was at the store last night around 6:40pm and had to return two dresses, both never worn, brand new and with tags. I purchased one of the dresses online and another in the store. In the past when I've gone to this store, I have not brought receipts or packing slips when making the very few returns that I've ever made. I spend thousands of dollars at Nordstrom rack. When I walked in to make returnS, the woman in the green shirt asked me to show her a packing slip. I told her I think typically they look it up by phone number based on the past, as this is linked to my Nordy account. She then stated something similar to, "No we don't do phone numbers. So I don't know where you've been then bc that is not how we do it in our store," rudely, and then proceeded to ask me about showing her a packing slip or email confirmation that I clearly didn't have with me. I could find an email on my phone, but due to my very frequent spending with Nordstrom Rack, I have so many emails to go through that it would take me a long time to locate. She offered me absolutely no alternatives, almost making me feel like she was not willing to assist me in making these returns if they were not done on her terms-- a sense of attempt of intimidation. I then told her to look up the purchases on my card, and she told me she could do this-- obviously I had to be the one to provide this solution as she was clearly unwilling to help me out voluntarily. I do not feel that this is appropriate customer service interaction, especially with a customer who spends literally thousands of dollars at Nordstrom rack and is a verbal advertisement for Nordstrom rack to all coworkers on a daily basis. I think there needs to be some more thorough training with employees and more appreciation of customers, as they are the ones who are actually keeping the business running. Came here with my sister and our daughters. I'm really disappointed on how unorganized the children's clothing section is especially the shoe section. Everything is all over the place. This is on a Monday when the store is almost empty. I feel the rack in Natick is the better choice, all the clothes here is the same from months ago. read more

I've been frequent this Nordstrom Rack store since it opened last year. I am into designer jewelry and apparel and they really have great deals. The employees are helpful and courteous. They also offer alteration if you have a Nordstrom card. read more

Be aware that the sales associates will stop at nothing to convince you to get a credit card. I was lied to by a sales associate so that I would sign up for a credit card. I was told I would get $40 off the purchase I was making at the time of signing up for the credit card. I even reconfirmed it when I saw the total was not reduced. She reassured me that I would receive a coupon in my email that I could later apply to my statement. This was a complete and utter lie. The coupon was only valid on future purchases. The manager went further to infer that I "probably just misunderstood the associate." I am not sure what ever happened to the customer is always right, but I can guarantee I was led astray. My friend was with me and corroborates my entire story. At the end of the day, even if this store was organized (which it is not), would you really want to shop somewhere where the associate is willing to lie to you to manipulate you into signing up for a credit card just to make a commission? read more

This was my first visit to this Nordstrom Rack location and I have to give special recognition to cashier Kenneth N. He was extremely friendly and helpful in trying to locate another size of jeans that they didn't have in the store. They didn't have them in stock in any other stores nearby either, so Kenneth helped me to order them and have them shipped to me directly from another store. I also wanted to apply for the Nordstrom Visa card, so Kenneth was able to take care of that as well. Despite me being up at the cash register for awhile because I had to put in my address for shipping the jeans, checking out with my other purchases, and signing up for the credit card, Kenneth was very friendly and professional throughout the entire process. This store has a nice layout, the racks are spaced out well so you can easily maneuver your cart through, all of the clothing and accessories were well organized and the store wasn't messy at all. read more
