I ordered a case of 24 cans of cat food. The walmart box was on time but the cans were loose, dented and damaged and 3 cans shy of the 24. Cans salvageable but Walmart chat advised I contact manufacturer for the missing 3 cans. The manufacturer for a Walmart undercount? Not helpful, we're out 3 cans and no option because it's only 3 bucks? Probably because Walmart has it set up for exactly that. So far, smaller grocery stores are flawless on order, delivery and customer relations. The Walmart system is against the customer.

I explained that I use their delivery service because my mobility is limited. If they want the product returned, they need to pick it up. They declined. I got an email from loss prevention asking that I return the item to get the refund and suggested i use "the link below" if I needed more help. There was no "link below." This morning I spoke to a real person. She said she'd check the matter. Walmart will not refund the $4 for the milk, and expects me to spend money on an Uber to return the product to the store. They did, however, offer to waive the $6.99 delivery fee for an order under $35.

I appreciate that they have JC Penny here as it's a good store that you don't find now in all the malls. I was very happy to find it here. Then they have lots of other stores, some you don't see at regular malls. I have to say the prices at these other stores are not too pricy. So it's reasonable for a family to come to. That I liked very much. The food court is rather small. Not much restaurants to choose from but the ones I did go to were fine for a mall food court. They do have a place for kids to have fun right in the middle of the food court. A carousel to ride on. Lots of horses, ponies to sit on for a fun ride. Aw,to be young again. I would come to this mall if you have never been. It is part of the Simon malls and they are usually good to come to. Very pleasant and clean. A must if you are visiting Marlborough.

It's inexcusable and there's an incredibly over amount of heat in certain areas of your mouth in the summertime. The cashier was an…read moreolder woman and very sweet, she seemed to know the person checking out in front of me and made simple sweet small talk and remembered details about that customer from a prior experience(as someone who manages in customer service, I appreciate that). As I was checking out, she made the same genuine small talk, like she was trying to connect with each person she interacts with...then she stopped my transaction to acknowledge 3 children that had run up to her to say "hi", she greeted them and gave them some stickers. That honestly made my day, that woman is an absolute all star and you are very lucky to have her (I wish I got her name so she could get the proper recognition).

Oh my goodness ! It's the round bullseye of the Target !…read more While on vacation and in town for a convention we had to forget something. My goodness, let's find a Target . They have what we need. The phone cords don't work! Where is the brush ? No one knows? Let's use yelp, the Target is so many miles away and in the middle of the forest ! Yay new adventures await thee . What are we looking for as we walk in the door ? This Target is uniquely uniformed like those on the west coast . That makes it easy . Let's continue. The clothing in the women's department is different than what I'm used to. They actually sell trench coats here for ladies. The clothing line for this market is particularly great . Back to what we came in for. The electronics department is not what one would expect. It sort of small, but that's just the area perhaps. We were able to find the cords and cables that we needed. Every thing these days has to be connected and plugged in to enjoy life. After a couple laps around the store we found a "brush" finally we were on the way . The check out is not all automated here, it's an "actual" human that checks an individual out. What a concept, no robots yet here . The staff was warm and welcoming too . Everyone waved and it was genuine . They have a Starbucks inside the store for adventures in caffeine. Now it is time for us to get the day started as Target has fulfilled all our needs . Until the next time we meet.
