    Target's standard of health, safety, and customer service; especially during a global pandemic. Superb.

    It was the merriest Christmas thanks to Target. Your store, Target Store Westborough, had a "brand new" Nespresso machine on the shelf. I was so excited to see it as my wife had been asking for one. To our disbelief, upon opening it, it smelled like coffee. We thought this was weird and after further investigation, I opened the unit to find ground coffee beans, coffee stains, and water with mold and ground beans inside the pod. Thank you for ruining this gift I was so excited to give! During normal times without a global pandemic this would've been inexcusable, but during today's context this is absolutely disgusting and a huge violation of health and safety standards. If you're considering buying any appliance at this Target, be aware it has likely been used, returned, and thrown back on the shelves. Merry Christmas!

    Walked in and was immediately offered a Mocha Coffee Latte. That was the extent of my contact with employees until I hit the checkout counter. The shelves were well stocked and clean. With the soggy weather yesterday, there weren't many customers roaming the aisles with us which made for a pleasant experience and quick checkout process.

They continued to tell other employees how we tried to take the trolley in some sort of disbelief as if they told us but they never did. Super rude and unclear about policies. A 15 pound table on a trolley won't kill anyone so don't yell at customers for trying to take it out when you didn't try to do it yourself in the first place.

There were only a few guests in front of me in line and the line grew behind me as there was only one cashier who was processing a credit card application. This poor cashier kept calling for backup and no one arrived for at least 20 mins. Meanwhile people in line put things down and left as they could no longer wait. Finally when cashiers did arrive the crowd erupted in cheers and the staff could have cared less. When I mentioned the wait was too long I was told by the nasty cashier "Well I'm here now". Not sure who owns the store but your "managers" need to be trained on how to properly run a store because they are horrible.

Everything arrived when expected and one piece even came in sooner. Kathleen's eye, knowledge and expertise really helped me choosing fabrics to complement things I already had. The store was light, airy and had a great mix of clean quality styles. The first sofa we saw was quality and comfort right before our eyes. We decided to walk around and low and behold we were only asked once if we wanted help. Once we checked everything out and decided to buy, we asked a nice woman if she could help us. She sent over an associate who listened and did not have the need to be on a full time sales pitch. We happy purchased two sofas, a leather recliner and a swivel recliner and are happy with the new friends we made. A different kind of store, with different kind of people. 5 stars is almost too few.

Unfortunately I am not the only one who has endured a bad experience with her. MH I warn anyone who will listen away from this unethical business and owner Robin Boyce. I had the misfortune to be her client and endure her careless, unprofessional, dishonest and ultimately abusive and vulgar treatment. My "custom kitchen" arrived without the custom elements and with a grossly oversized refrigerator. The kitchen designer blames someone else for a major kitchen error and refuses to fix it! (See photos) I had the exact same experience with the shutters and the custom stair-runner I ordered from her. They were both delivered with errors and missing parts, and Design West has done NOTHING to correct its errors. This is the worst experience I've ever had with another human being, period. I never received an apology on any mistake I swear to God. That's when I realized too late I had hired the wrong person. Robin Boyce/Design Center West scammed me by promising professional results and delivering dirt. Robin Boyce then turned verbally abusive when confronted with her easily disproved lies. (I have all documentation to prove my charges.) This last point deserves special mention. When I expressed my dismay at the errors, delays and lack of accountability, her demeanor shifted immediately from friendly to combative and borderline violent. It was a shock to learn the owner wasn't just a sleaze but mentally unhinged too. When I confronted her in her store after she ignored my contractor's emails and texts, she began screaming profanities at me while hurling insults about my appearance and character, which I presumed was an intimidation tactic. That felt sickening, but it worsened when she came at me with her arm pulled back as if to throw a punch, but thankfully she stopped herself before landing her fist in my face. I feel certain the only thing that stopped her was a possible assault charge. I would feel sorry for Ms Boyce if she wasn't a thief, and if her emotional instability didn't manifest in such an ugly manner. But no mental state excuses her dishonesty, mentally healthy or not. Not a word of this review is hyperbole. I lost thousands of dollars and was blindsided by a venomous verbal assault because I had the temerity to call out Robin Boyce on her mendacity and fraud. I could provide a colorful litany of her actions, but suffice it to say that it involved a lot of obscene finger, hip and hand gestures. Incidentally, her staff just sat there like dummies the entire time and let it all happen. Apparently they don't have an issue working for such a repulsive woman. Prior to my dealings with her, Robin was verbally abusive to my contractor on multiple occasions as well when he asked her about delayed deliverables. Following is an example of one the few correspondences between him and Robin that isn't littered with her F-bombs: "Shut up. Stop talking. Don't tell me what to do. Its not Maureen... its you. I'm surprised guys take your mouth, and the way you talk down to others; I suspect you've been punched a few times." This is the first---and I hope last--bad review I ever had to write. Let this brutally honest review serve as a public service announcement to warn others away from this troublemaker. Do not hire Design Center West. You will pay a premium for sloppy, mediocre results, and the owner will curse you when you express your dissatisfaction. This has been a yearlong nightmare that only ended after I hired someone else to fix all of her mistakes. Caveat emptor!

    Robin helped me from start to finish with my new house build. She has done everything from the…read morekitchen (appliances, cabinets) to the tile for all bathrooms, to the stone veneer for the patio. Even during the pandemic she has been on top of things and instructing me to get things ordered prior to shipment delays. She and her team have been responsible, proactive, and truly professional. They are communicating with my contractor and his team and his cabinet installer told me it was such a pleasure working with them he would like to do more jobs with them. Any mistakes (Fedex dropped a vanity and it cracked) were handled quickly and replaced at no cost to me. Her attention to detail is incredible. Additionally, she was very focused on saving me money and making sure I was not buying things I did not need. It has been a true pleasure working with Robin and her team again. I cannot say enough good things about them!

We did end up making a purchase but wished we had asked to deal with another associate. Liz was very rude and short with us. She had a terrible attitude. She seemed annoyed while she was processing our order and argued with us regarding a delivery fee that was quoted to us by another associate whom we first spoke with. We will definitely do business with one of the other associates there if we go back! The other associate whom we were first speaking with is Adam. Adam was friendly, helpful and professional. He is a great asset to your store and is a role model for how associates should treat their customers! The young woman who took our payment was also very kind and professional. Kudos to her as well for doing such a great job. I didn't get her name unfortunately as I was flustered by Liz.

    We bought a sectional sofa in January 2026 at the Westborough Ashley Furniture store and paid for…read moreit to be delivered into our home. The delivery service was horrible. The two men were unprofessional. They did not wrap or protect the furniture inside the truck or outside. One of the pieces was dropped in the truck when they were putting in on the lift. After they brought the 3 pieces into the house they left the cushions in a pile on the floor and did not assemble the sectional. When we put the sectional together we discovered a 4 inch tear on the sofa material and immediately called the store. The delivery people denied tearing the material and the store said that since the Westborough Ashley store uses a third party delivery service there is nothing the store could do to help us. You cannot reach anyone at the national level because these stores are franchises. You cannot get help at the Westborough store owner because they will not take responsibility for a hiring a cheap, unprofessional delivery company. And the delivery people are not kept accountable. DO NOT BUY FURNITURE AT THE WESTBOROUGH ASHLEY STORE.
