Customer service beyond expectations. With all of the delays that had us waiting several months for our furniture to come in, I have never been happier with a furniture purchase. Everything arrived when expected and one piece even came in sooner. Kathleen's eye, knowledge and expertise really helped me choosing fabrics to complement things I already had. The delivery guys were right on time, polite and considerate of my home. This will be the only place I will shop for future furniture purchases! After spending the last weeks hitting up furniture stores I was ready to give up. Everything looked and felt the same for living room furniture and the attack of the sales people was horrific to say the least. Jordens can in first for annoying unrelenting sales people to the point I told one off, I left vowing never to come back. Skip to today when we visited Boston Interiors. The store was light, airy and had a great mix of clean quality styles. The first sofa we saw was quality and comfort right before our eyes. We decided to walk around and low and behold we were only asked once if we wanted help. Once we checked everything out and decided to buy, we asked a nice woman if she could help us. She sent over an associate who listened and did not have the need to be on a full time sales pitch. We happy purchased two sofas, a leather recliner and a swivel recliner and are happy with the new friends we made. A different kind of store, with different kind of people. 5 stars is almost too few. read more

I was in the area and stopped at Boston Interiors to look for a new dining room table set for my house. Mine is still in good condition from when I purchased it many years ago; nevertheless, it isn't fitting very well and sort of in an awkward location. Even while I spent a lot on it, it lasted ten years and now time for a replacement set. I stopped here as I've heard good things about Boston Interiors in general, and didn't find anything even relatively close to what I was looking for at Bob's Furniture. This store is located in the Bay State Commons, next to Art's Cleaners, and is new, bright and roomy. Even though it's somewhat small (much smaller than expected....), they use their space well to cover a broad spectrum of couches, tables, other furniture and a Design Center. Staff were rather helpful and friendly, but not the most knowledgable about the products they sold and has a very confusing way of describing delivery and other specifications. In general, the prices weren't outrageous but not too cheap. Either way, I don't mind spending more for something that will last a long, long time and the right fit. Didn't make a purchase this time, but do have intentions of making a purchase here in the future. Decent store that is worth checking out before finalizing your decision between Bob's or Jordan's or another chain / independent furniture store. 4 stars for Boston Interiors. read more

I would change this review to 5 stars once they stop selling Guardsman Furniture Care. It is an add on they sell to the great furniture and service the store offers, a scam, and a company that is associated, I can no longer do business with. Guardsman lies, cheats, and does nothing that is promised - except collect their money. read more

Save your money. Bought a sectional a few years back and it continuously loses feathers - they poke out and even stick into you. Very poor quality. Also found out that Boston Interiors knew this was a problem but they never reached out to us to offer a replacement. (A friend informed me that Boston interiors corrected the issue by using a new manufacturer) Will be going to Jordan's in the future. read more

We worked with Lisa at the Westborough store when we were updating our basement, and she was incredibly helpful. We have been to all of the major furniture stores in the area at various stages of home improvement, but this was by far our best experience. The home evaluation that they did was a huge help; we were extremely happy with the final product and would highly recommend this store. It will be our first stop for future projects. read more

So just wanted to write a review for this place since I had such a great experience. The customer service here is excellent. Sure their prices might be a little more than Jordan's or Rotmans but you get what you pay for. Apparently the store closes at 6 on Saturday, I had no idea but the manager was helping me out regardless and didn't tell me to get out that they were closing. I realized as we walked up to the cash register they were closing and I apologized and she said oh it's ok I know you didn't know we were closed. Kelly was very helpful and patient while I thought about my couch decisions. I never felt pressured. No problems or issues with delivery and my furniture looked great. It's worth the extra money, I had the worst experience with Rotmans, terrible quality furniture, I'll buy all my furniture from Boston interiors from now on! read more

I just love this store! It's bright and beautiful and the sales people are wonderful and helpful. We bought office furniture here and it's great and was reasonably priced compared to other places we looked. Only downfall was that it took a long time to come in. I like looking around at artwork, decorations, and just like the style and low pressure vibe here. It's also a lot smaller than other big box stores....which I'd a good thing! The store is manageable with a good layout that invites you in to look around! Sales and promotions are good! read more

Went in to purchase a sleeper sofa for our extra bedroom. Comfort was important to me so the saleswoman showed me the different couches they offer. We tried out both the foam mattress and box spring. The box spring was more comfortable so we agreed to that one. She then showed me the different fabric options that were available. I picked two that I thought would go well with our house. I paid $50 to take the fabric samples home to see if they were a match. She wrote down the couch and mattress selection and told me she would be there until 9 so we could complete the purchase. I went home and came back but she was not there when I returned. There was another saleswoman who was there and she assured me that everything was in the computer correctly. I completed the purchase since the fabric samples matched. I was told the time until delivery would be 4-6 weeks later. This is when things went horribly wrong. After I waiting 4 weeks they called to tell me that the fabric I chose was out of stock. It had been 4 weeks and they haven't even started making my sofa. It would be another 4-6 weeks before I could get the items I ordered. I told them I need the couch on time and agreed to change the color of the ottoman. The ended up getting the piece to me about 8 weeks after the date of purchase. The worse thing was is that the sent me the foam mattress which I did not want. SO now I have a couch delivered late, an ottoman in a fabric I did not want, and a mattress type I did not order. They don't stand by their word! They refused to exchange it or help me in any way. They were extremely rude on the phone saying I signed the paper. I would NEVER recommend anyone to shop at this furniture store!! read more

I went in after looking online for a new couch. When I went in I was still in my work clothes, and they are no indication of a big money sale walking through the door. Within about one minute someone came right over to help. I explained that I had spoken with someone on the phone and wanted to speak with that same person. She very politely obliged and informed me she was with another customer, but would be with me shortly. All of my questions were answered, I was by no means treated as though I was wasting their time even though I was in work clothes(and again regular service worker) and felt no pressure towards my purchase.The customer service/friendliness was very good. My delivery is scheduled for two days from now, so assuming that goes as anticipated, I would highly recommend Boston Interiors if you are looking for quality furniture and great customer service. P.S. I actually signed up for yelp specifically to write this review. After reading some of the reviews on here and having gone in there myself, I felt it that important to share my experience. read more

My wife and I have purchased from this company and are satisfied with our selections. So we decided to return to look for another piece. I guess something about us must have suggested we couldn't buy anything because even before we started looking, even before we got 20 feet away from the front door, the woman who approached us suggested we look in the clearance section next door. There's a strong possibility we will buy a piece soon, but it won't be at the Westborough location. It reminded me of that part of the movie Pretty Woman where the pretty woman was all but thrown out of a clothing store. Not a good move by the saleswoman. read more
