It was scheduled for delivery Sunday and nobody showed up, yet the delivery team lied and claimed they did. It was rescheduled for Wednesday. After waiting around a second time, the crew finally arrived only to bring the completely WRONG mattress. I took TWO days off of work for these deliveries. I have been forced to sleep on my couch for weeks and desperately needed this bed. Their pathetic attempt at a resolution was to offer me a couple of free pillows as if that makes up for a missing $1,500 bed and weeks of back pain. When I called the Natick store to get this disaster resolved, Store Manager Matt completely passed the buck. He told me there was nothing he could do because it is a third party delivery service. He didn't even bother to apologize for the extreme inconvenience and massive waste of my time. Instead of fixing their mistake, his only real solution was to just push a refund on me and walk away. Mattress Firm took my money, botched two deliveries, and Matt completely washed his hands of any responsibility. If you expect a company to actually honor its delivery dates or care about customer service, avoid Matt and this location at all costs. Shambolic operation.

Why I am giving a three star is because what upsets me the most is the fact he failed to tell us DO NOT remove the tags off the mattress if we decided to return them. Otherwise the warranty is no good. For a couple who just bought a house and pitching pennies, he did not tell us. And for Tyler the nerve to say he did, don't even. We would 100% remember a detail like that. Also if you read the tags, it doesn't have big fat red letters that tell you not to remove the tags. We will definitely do business with one of the other associates there if we go back! The other associate whom we were first speaking with is Adam. Adam was friendly, helpful and professional. We bought a sectional sofa in January 2026 at the Westborough Ashley Furniture store and paid for…read moreit to be delivered into our home. The delivery service was horrible. The two men were unprofessional. They did not wrap or protect the furniture inside the truck or outside. One of the pieces was dropped in the truck when they were putting in on the lift. After they brought the 3 pieces into the house they left the cushions in a pile on the floor and did not assemble the sectional. When we put the sectional together we discovered a 4 inch tear on the sofa material and immediately called the store. The delivery people denied tearing the material and the store said that since the Westborough Ashley store uses a third party delivery service there is nothing the store could do to help us. You cannot reach anyone at the national level because these stores are franchises. You cannot get help at the Westborough store owner because they will not take responsibility for a hiring a cheap, unprofessional delivery company. And the delivery people are not kept accountable. DO NOT BUY FURNITURE AT THE WESTBOROUGH ASHLEY STORE.
