Everything arrived when expected and one piece even came in sooner. Kathleen's eye, knowledge and expertise really helped me choosing fabrics to complement things I already had. Jordens can in first for annoying unrelenting sales people to the point I told one off, I left vowing never to come back. Skip to today when we visited Boston Interiors. The store was light, airy and had a great mix of clean quality styles. The first sofa we saw was quality and comfort right before our eyes. We decided to walk around and low and behold we were only asked once if we wanted help. Once we checked everything out and decided to buy, we asked a nice woman if she could help us. She sent over an associate who listened and did not have the need to be on a full time sales pitch. We happy purchased two sofas, a leather recliner and a swivel recliner and are happy with the new friends we made. A different kind of store, with different kind of people. 5 stars is almost too few.

The store is very clean, and they literally have everything and anything you could possibly need. It's basically a one-stop shop. I also love that it's connected to TJ Maxx, which makes the shopping experience even better. They have an amazing selection of clothing for both adults and kids, and the quality is really good. The prices are great, and they have some excellent clearance deals as well. The store is well organized considering how much merchandise they carry, and there's always something new to find. The location is also very convenient since it's in a large plaza with plenty of other stores and restaurants nearby. Overall, you really can't go wrong with this HomeGoods. Great selection, good quality, great prices, and a convenient location. Definitely worth stopping in!

I wish I could give them a thousand stars…read more Probably 40 years ago, my grandmother gave me a chair that had been in her home forever. I loved it, and had it in my apartment for years. My cats destroyed the fabric, and the chair moved to the basement, where it remained until we moved to a new house about a month ago. I almost threw the chair out, but couldn't bear the thought of parting with it. So I contacted Vinny at Miro Upholstery, and he couldn't have been nicer. I went to the store to pick out a fabric, and Vinny suggested that I take some fabric books home. He gave me several books, my husband and I went through them and selected one. Miro picked up the chair and the fabric books, and today, about a month later, the chair was delivered. It is more beautiful than I could have imagined. New foam, new fabric, they touched up the wood - it's an antique chair that looks brand new. I'm completely thrilled. This was an excellent experience, and I would highly recommend Miro Upholstery.

And kudos to his crew who moved that beast in and out without leaving a scratch!

When I moved…read moreinto a new apartment building, they gave me a list of all of the furniture that they had used to stage a model apartment. This was how I learned about the store and I fell in love with the furniture. Over the years I have bought most of the furniture that is in my home from BoConcept. It's beautiful furniture, modern, but at the same time inviting, comfortable and pretty. I think the last time I bought some thing at the store was about three years ago, and my furniture has always worn very well. I had a problem with one of the furniture pieces that I had purchased three years ago and I called the store to let them know. I think my experience with customer service is that it's not usually good when I called places, so I felt a little bit nervous calling. I can't even tell you how helpful Louis was, and how much better I felt after speaking with him. They are repairing the flaw to my furniture piece, and I could not be more impressed with the incredible customer service that I got. In an age of lacking Customer Service, BoConcept was the opposite. They were helpful, understanding and kind. I would highly recommend this company as well as the store. You will not be disappointed.

I waited months for a furniture purchase while delivery dates were missed multiple times, with delays disclosed only after I repeatedly chased the store for updates. There was zero proactive communication throughout the process. I've had the great misfortune and displeasure of having to deal with Anthony Goode, one of the proprietors. He needs to get a serious lesson in customer service and hospitality or get out of the retail business. After the second missed delivery, he was unapologetic, deflected responsibility, and refused to provide a guaranteed delivery date. When asked to put everything in writing--including delivery commitments or compensation--he insisted on phone calls only, an apparent attempt to avoid a written record. After extensive back-and-forth and continued refusal to provide basic accountability or a firm delivery date, I was forced to cancel the order. Despite this, the business has refused to issue a refund of my 50% deposit. This is an unscrupulous and deceptive business operation that avoids transparency and accountability at every turn. Save yourself the time, stress, and money--do not shop here. Buyer beware!!!
