Hands down the best customer service of any furniture store I have ever been to. I didn't once feel rushed, pressured to buy anything, or uncomfortably watched while shopping. Very friendly associate was working at the time and she showed me the best fabrics recommended for people with dogs and took the time to show me different designs that would suit my space. We got cocoa brown sactionals and love sacs and we've been really happy with our purchase. Putting them together out of the box takes some time but it is worth it. Each piece came in its own box and was well packaged. The clips, feet and plates were packed inside the base. We got the cocoa since it is the most durable and easy to clean. Each one can come off and go into the laundry for easy cleaning. I've never been one to fall asleep or feel comfy on the couch but I've really enjoyed curling up for a movie with a blanket this past winter. The cushions are comfy and soft while the sides are soft but firm enough to sit on. It has been really strong. When we have friends over and I am otherwise occupied the kids climb up and walk along the sides and launch off into the love sac. Of course this against our general house rules but kids do kid stuff. Each sactional comes a part and can be moved fairly easily (as I've watched Mr. G do this). We've have rearranged the living room a number of times depending on who is coming and why. Generally we have all the pieces in a pit and take it apart for a longer couch when guests come. We got the U drink holders for along the edges which have worked out great. The base and cushions also make a twin so we've put sheets on it and have made up beds for visitors. When my daughters friends stay over we take some of the cushions off and bring them upstairs to make a mattress in her room on the floor. You can buy pieces at a time to add on so get what works and go from there. I would highly recommend the sactionals for the versatility, comfort, and quality. read more

Have you ever had a problem of buying a couch and when the movers come to help move your new couch into the living room, you realize that it can't even go through the front door and the only way it can fit is if you remove your whole window??? YOU WILL DEFINITELY not have this problem with THIS store. The salesperson Eric is very friendly and helpful. He gave us a demo of how easy it is to detach and reattach as well as rearrange the furniture. The furniture comes in square/rectangular pieces and there is an easy attachment style. This store is fantastic! When you go in there, try the love seat and the lovesac. It is so comfortable as well as durable. Eric jumped up and down on the couch foundation to show how tough it was. I can't wait to have my own home so I can buy the furniture from here! I only took a star off because I actually didn't buy anything from there, but I can't wait too! read more

The sofa we had originally bought, the covers on it had totally fallen apart. Their Customer service was amazing. At first when we walked into the store the replacement amount that was given to us was super pricey. But after talking to the managers they ended up replacing all the covers for us. They understood what had happened with our covers wasn't normal. We are super happy with the replaced product. It's super comfy and looks amazing. It's not the exact same fabric as we had originally purchased but they did go out of their way to make sure we were satisfied with what we got. With this sort of service I highly recommend buying from the Natick store. read more

A very cool store. Modern home furniture. The store is set up great, you can test out the furniture. They have little magnetic blocks that you can play with and they let you "see" how the "sactionals" can be pieced together. The salesgirl, Ally, helped us out, and even demo-ed how the sactional is such an easy set up, yet very sturdy. She jumped up on the side and its rock solid. Yet it comes apart with just one bolt, no tools required! Great for moving and rearranging your living room! I've had friends with this furniture and they swear by it. We ordered a sactional and a pillow sac with rocker. They are a bit pricey, but they had a leap year sale going on, so we saved a bit on the covers. Also, the pillow sac rocker was on sale with a packaged deal, so we saved a ton on that. I don;t have the furniture in my home yet, but have used a little sac at another home, and I will tell you, it takes abuse well! The store tho has great sales people and I would highly recommend! 3 years later update: our dog peed on the pillow sac so may times we had to trash it. I am still upset about it. We had it for 2 years before that and LOVED it. The sactional we love. We change out living room around maybe 3-4 times a year, just because we can. The covers have a little bit of wear and tear issues, nothing terrible- the seams have pulled apart in a few spots, but other r than that it looks brand nrw. It doesn't have the distorted look when you always sit in the same spot dent ANYWHERE. Great quality in that aspect ! read more

This place is pretty amazing... At first there is going to be some stick shock. After you hear the story, quality and what they stand for my wife and I felt very comfortable making the purchase. We purchased the supersac's: we wanted to go big so this was they way to go for us, but we saw other's purchase other sizes. Amazing--from the product itself to the service. There was a long delay on my order and the sales reps at Natick were very responsive and helpful the entire way through. Once everything arrived, I was so amazed by the amount of thought that went into engineering *everything,* from the sactional pieces themselves, to the packaging (so very simple to breakdown for recycling), to the instructions that were clearly printed in logical areas of the packaging itself. I was so impressed that I pulled out my Robinhood app and bought LOVE stock. Lol. I very much hope this company is making a significant profit that keeps them in business a long time, because I am sure they will only continue introducing smart pieces that offer customers long term flexibility with their homes. The initial cost is comparable to other fine furniture but the difference is that if you get tired of the look of your sactional, you can (1) rearrange the pieces you own in so many ways, (2) buy new pieces to add on and create new looks, (3) buy different covers for it to change the color/texture, and if ever the padding begins to fail, you can easily replace the padding in the sections that need it. This should minimize long term cost and maximize long term happiness with the product. Even if the customer service had been terrible, this purchase would have been worth it. Love love love "Lovesac". I drove all the way out to Natick a few months back just to get one if these cushy bags. My friend had one at her house and after I watched a 2 hour movie on one of these baby's I knew I needed one. I knew my dogs would take over this soft comfy seat but lucky it is easy to clean or I would be in big trouble. I enjoyed talking to the salesperson, he was helpful and his advice was well received. I do recommend this product. It is a little expensive but considering the quality and comfort it seems to be worth the initial outlay of money. read more

Stats are purely customer service related, love the product; Stopped by the showroom in natick to look quickly while i was in the area. With current restrictions they only let 4 at a time. So I waited by the door for someone else to finish up. The employee saw me. An older couple walked right by me and went in regardless and sat and the employee began to help them. so I walked in and asked if they were allowing more than 4 because I read the sign and was waiting first he asked if I would come back in 30min instead even though I said i had been waiting before them. Not sure if he thought because I'm younger I probably wouldn't be spending money in the store versus the older couple. I've already spent thousands on sactionals and wanted to look at the materials for a super sac. Peter (I believe was his name last time I was in and bought my couch and covers and accessories) had been my consultant in the past and was awesome, wish he had been there! Next time I'll call for Peter first before coming. I get the restrictions but they should be conscious of who's coming in and who's waiting. Will probably go to another store or just online unless peter is there. read more

LovSac is where it's at!!! Seriously, after moving in with my fiance, now husband, I HATED his leather reclining sofas. They were cold and just plain BLAHHH!!! Then we decided to get cloth reclining sofas and after two attempts because they kept bleeding onto our clothes without explanation, found a set at another store. Problem was 1) he bought it without me and 2) the set was too short for us *both over 5'9"*. One day we were walking through Natick Mall and I asked him if we could stop in LoveSac because I had passed the store several times and really wanted to test out the giant "bean bag". The moment we walked in, we were greeted by Suzanne, the Store Manager, and Sharon. They were absolutely fantastic! I have worked retail before and they weren't pushy at all and let us peruse around. The ladies explained what the Sactionals were all about and I was sold the minute they started taking the 6 Series apart. We had just moved into our new home and had been contemplating buying new sofas because I couldn't stand sitting on too short furniture anymore. We told Suzanne & Sharon we were going to grab a bite to eat and would be back. Now, many retailers have heard that line before, but we were totally serious. My husband and I spent the next hour discussing the benefits of purchasing a Sactional and seriously could not find any negatives. We loved our 6 Series so much, we went back 3 months later and bought a 5 Series to replace our love seat sofa recliner. Our neighbors think we have several sofa sets because we keep changing the configuration for parties. We tell them, it's the same set and give a demonstration. Now, many people cringe at the price but we always ask them this: "How many sofa sets have you bought over the course of your life since college? How many times did you replace it because it was too big/small for the new space or the cushions flattened?? Now add up how much the set cost, plus delivery charges, & plus any extended warranty you might have added on. How much more have you spent in the last 10+ years? Yeah, the Sactional is cheaper in the long run. You'll NEVER have to buy another sofa set again nor try to figure out how it wil fit into your space if you ever move again." The look on their faces says it all. LoveSac is a great investment and they stand behind their product. Now I wish we had a bigger house so I can put more LoveSac products in it. LOL!! read more

My fiancée and I had been mulling the purchase of a Sactional for a while... In all honesty, it was her idea, as I was incredibly skeptical about the whole "modular" deal and their BBB profile didn't help, either. We browsed online quite a bit comparing other options and called for a quote once, which was markedly higher than the online price, but finally decided to go to the store when they went on sale for Easter. First, I'll admit that the furniture is much sturdier than I'd expected from something so easy to reconfigure. Second, the salesperson, Sharon, was absolutely outstanding: She was extremely patient while going over and quoting the various options we were contemplating for well over an hour. We ended up buying our set on the spot, and with pricing better than the web site. Kudos to this store and Sharon for making such a big purchase a delight. read more

Alright so I moseyed into the Lovesac store at Natick because the furniture was so appealing and boom right from the beginning the Lovesac guru Sharon Zelman greets me with a smile, takes interest in what I'm looking for and starts to explain what Lovesac had to offer. Not being familiar with the product - I had no idea that Sharon was about to change my life. Sharon kept me entertained for about what seemed like 2 hours. We went through the endless possibilities of Sactional modular combinations, the different fabrics, accessories, warranty, etc. I called my husband immediately, had all my friends over, pulled the lovesac videos up on the projector and let the magic unfold. Pure silence. The entire room was in awe. After weeks of going back and forth about what to purchase, what color, what type of fabric, obsessively surfing the lovesac site, Sharon gives me a quick call and friendly email to find out how I was doing. She answered some questions that I had and said she would check on me in a couple weeks to see how things were progressing. Like clockwork she called. Within a couple days, I made the decision and Sharon helped me finalize my purchase. We went with the 6 series 8 bottoms, 10 sides, a pillow sac, 2 tray tables and 2 cup holders. I am really glad that we went with more than we originally were planning on purchasing. I really think I would have regretted getting less. After moving a friend this weekend with traditional couches - I have no doubt in my mind that we will be lovesac-ers for life. That was painful. We got the evil eye at least twice during his moving ordeal (pulling a couch over a second floor patio) because of the "now don't you wish you had purchased sactionals?" comments from my husband. LOL Again, I cannot say enough nice things about Sharon. She presents exceptional service, she pays close attention to detail, she is very informative and she has great follow through. I would just like to say that Sharon Zelman of Lovesac Natick is the reason why we have chosen to furnish the rest of our home in Wayland with Lovesac as well as our new vacation home in FL. As we were in the process of decorating our new home in FL - I called the Natick Store as we had previously purchased a Supersac from there for our daughter 2 years ago. We had it shipped to Fl and wanted to change the cover to match our new place. Immediately - Sharon pointed us to the Camel Phur package that was on sale - included EVERYTHING - Sodasac, pillow, foot stool all for $299.00! She arranged for expedited shipping and there it was on our doorstep in Fl. The Camel Phur is amazing as Sharon told us it would be and is the envy of all of our neighbors who are now adamant on purchasing from Lovesac - closest one is Miami! So Sharon - thank you - you should get a raise form corporate as you created such a flurry amongst the new residents here at Paseo! I told them to call you if they have any questions. After the service we received from Sharon - we then decided to furnish our Loft in our new home in Wayland with all Lovesac as it was previously populated with Leather and I find Leather furniture to be very cold here in the Winter Months that we must endure here in NE. Because of Sharon's expertise with product - she was able to advise us on what we would need to make our Loft space a perfect space for our 10 year old daughter to entertain her friends. We ended up buying a complete sectional in Eskimo Phur complete with the Pillow Sac and Rocker. Keep in mind that we were hesitant at first as have a 100 lb chocolate lab, a 9 lb Chihuahua and 4 cats - all indoor. My husband was against the idea but Sharon talked to him via phone and email and reassured him about the Pet-Friendly nature of the Lovesac products. So it was a no- brainer at that point - he was sold. Due to my husband's hesitation - Sharon made it a point to go through many hoops and solve for complex ordering/delivery logistics - so that the furniture would be set up just in time for Father's Day! She sacrificed her valuable time to accompany the outstanding Lovesac Delivery/Set-up team on the White-Glove delivery - she cold have been wedding dress shopping but instead she chose to make sure everything was perfect for when my husband came home from a golf tournament. Sharon brought several books of material swatches with her so that my daughter could choose her pillow fabric. As a result of this - my daughter and I stumbled upon the Fox Phur sample and fell in love - not only did we purchase the pillows in Fox Phur but we also decided to purchase another Supersac in Fox Fur - inclusive of pillowsac, soda sac and ottoman! Sharon was able to order this on the spot and get us a sale price. She also ordered us the wooden drink holders for our sectional along with the wooden ottoman trays. The furniture in the loft was set up to a level of perfection that I never expected. Sharon and team instructed me on how to remove the covers for machine washing and also showed me how simple it was to remove the clamps and reconfigure the Party Lounger! My daughter had a sleepover last night and the group of 8 10 year olds had a blast and all fit on the party longer, super sac and pillow sac! My husband was in awe when he came home and needless to say - spent the night on the new party lounger! So - I just cannot say enough about Lovesac and Sharon Zelman of the Natick Store! We will furnish our great room with all Lovesac next and you can bet that we will be planning this with Sharon. Thank you so very much Sharon! What a fun store! I got a brushed "phur" blanket as a gift and love it. It's incredibly soft and so cozy. Of course, now I am eyeing the new purple Moroccan themed blanket! I love the variety of fabrics offered for the sactionals. I am thinking about getting a sac or kid's chair for my daughter's nursery and a floor cushion for my living room. The hardest part is deciding! The Natick store is always set up so nicely - gives great ideas for how to update your living space. And of course the staff is super friendly and knowledgeable. I recently moved and wanted some new, attractive and fun furniture. After wondering where to go I found myself in the Natick Lovesac and I couldn't be happier that I did. I ended up purchasing a 4 piece Sactional with brown microsuede coverings. I loved it so much after getting it set up I bought a Sac with the same covers. I love knowing that when I have guests over that no matter where they sit they are comfortable and Lovesac made it happen. The staff at this store, especially the Asst. Mgr. Ally, are so helpful without stressing out the customer and pushing their products. I love the way the pieces can be put together in so many different ways, and it is very comfortable to sit on, too! The store has recently been rearranged and looks twice as big. This review is for the store only since we just placed our order with them last night. I found a deal online with no expiration date (maybe I'm blind, but I couldn't locate one). I called the store yesterday to see if they had the same deal there since prices differ sometimes. The manager answered so she was able to tell me that they would honor the price, and emailed her asst. manager to let her know the situation since we would be in after the manager's hours. How nice is that?! My husband and I went to the store later and ended up deciding on a smaller sactional along with a citysac. The asst. mgr took such good care of us, and helped us get a really good deal for what we wanted. She was very friendly, knowledgeable and patient. I really hate when people don't give you space to take a step back to think about making large purchases, and LoveSac obviously understands that. We are so excited to get our purchases! read more
