I am extremely disappointed with my experience with Jordan's Furniture! We purchased a sofa in…read moreMarch 2023 for $6,648. The salesperson spoke very highly of the quality and longevity of the couch and made us feel confident we were investing in furniture that would last our family for many years. By early August 2024, I had already contacted Jordan's about significant pilling we'd seen over the the last year of owning the couch. They sent me a Gleener, but it didn't help. I then purchased an electric fabric shaver myself, yet the pilling just got worse and more extensive. The couch also has significant sagging in one corner. Jordan's sent a technician who glued in extra foam. I immediately questioned the appearance and was assured the foam would flatten. It did not. I am now left with a large visible hump while the original corner is still dipping. Despite all of this, I have repeatedly been told the condition is "normal wear and tear." After escalating the issue as far as I could through customer service, Jordan's final offer was an $1,800 STORE CREDIT on a $6,648 purchase. That credit would require me to spend more money at Jordan's to replace the couch while I am still paying off the original purchase. I do not expect a couch to remain brand new forever, but I also do not believe extensive pilling beginning after less than a year, significant sagging, and a repair that created an additional problem should be considered reasonable deterioration for a $6,648 sofa. Jordan's talks about creating "raving fans" of its customers in it's mission statement. However, this experience has left me feeling quite the opposite. I strongly encourage anyone considering a large purchase here to ask exactly what Jordan's considers "normal wear and tear" and what recourse you will have if problems develop. I'd also be cautious of misleading salespeople in the Natick location!

I was in search of a very cool chair for our living room and found one of the best eames lounger copies I have seen In eons. it needed some minor repair, but they made the price ridiculously low (versus the ones online that are bad copies starting at about four to five times the price!) they helped me load it I to the car and it now lives at my place. I will definitely be back - and I only wish I'd known about this place a few years ago during our remodel!

That being said, if you have the money for it, you may see a beautiful piece you can't pass up. There was a brass tea pot light hanging from the ceiling that was so lovely, I wish I could have purchased! A lot of items have been restored or repurposed beautifully. It's the fun of the hunt to find something different. As I walked around, there weren't many "newer items" which is okay in my book! It was a fun place to look around, especially after being cooped up in the house during the pandemic. So a very special thank you to A New Leaf for saving my sanity through the monotony of these past few months! Would come back to browse if I was in the area!

We ended up with a sectional and new family room set, including area rug and cocktail table (and even some decor items). The owner was VERY patient with us, and took the time to explain all the different upholstery and throw pillow options, as well as working with a color scheme to complement the room. He made suggestions and guided us, while accommodating our needs and preferences. Delivery and installation went smoothly. Even after purchase, the owner was willing to answer new questions we had. An added bonus is supporting a locally owned business, instead of a private equity-backed chain which may or may not be around tomorrow (see: Mitchell+Gold). Overall, I was very satisfied with my first shopping experience at Hedi's, I hope to make other furniture purchases from them in the future.

New to…read moretown, I was looking to furnish my apartment with some antiques (better than IKEA, not as expensive as CB). I found myself at Past Prezence a few weeks ago, and I'm surprised I ever left! Past Prezence, run by Gina and Herb, is a true haven of wonderfully eclectic home furnishings, purses and articles of clothing. Each item has a rich story in its past, which I'm sure Gina and Herb will tell you about if you ask. Aside from the antiques, Gina and Herb also sell (and make!) original coffee tables from unexpected materials. Brimming with creativity and stocked with the right tools, Gina and Herb make custom pieces, too. I can claim, with absolutely no hyperbole, that Gina and Herb are artists. And, at that, some of the kindest, most interesting and inspiring people I have ever met. Visiting Past Prezence, from a completely selfish perspective, got me so much more than I bargained for: an artful coffee table, a beautiful mirror, a mellowed dresser, and a few of Gina's vintage purses (that already lived a memorable life, but are in great shape to live again)! Find yourself tired of mass-produced, low-quality furniture, purses and people? Visit Past Prezence for quality furnishings at great prices, interesting conversation and a little bit of inspiration. You will not be disappointed. And lastly, an important note on location-- it is in an industrial park (Building 5, I believe?) and is listed under "Sensation Wear" (for now) on the sign near the fire department. Follow your GPS, and when you get on the right road, take a "right" right after the fire department (you'll see the sign on your left) and continue down the road. It will be the building on your left. It may be a little difficult to find, but if you're lost, give them a call and they'll kindly help you to the right place. To Gina and Herb-- If you're reading this, thank you thank you! Wonderful meeting you. Best of luck :)

I can't imagine how many pieces of Pompanoosuc Mills furniture that we have, but it's a lot, some of the pieces as old as 15 years, and the style of the furniture seems to stay current (and not "age"), the quality of the furniture is superb, and the woods and finishes are quite spectacular. The majority of our furniture has been "customized" to our specifications, and we are very pleased with the process and outcomes. I would enthusiastically encourage you to visit a Pompanoosuc Mills showroom, and to buy their furniture. I imagine Pompanoosuc Mills furniture and service will satisfy the most discerning customers.

I ordered furniture in August 2025 and paid for it in full -- only to learn seven and a half months…read morelater that the company wouldn't be fulfilling the order. In the process, Pompanoosuc Mills' owner seemed to show as little regard for a longterm employee as for me as a customer. To me, the company's self-professed promise was not kept: "... If you ever have a question or concern about your order, we're here to help--every step of the way." Few will want to hear the gory details, but here goes: When I needed some new stools, I saw a sample in the Copley showroom that was exactly what I was looking for; I ordered three stools in August 2025, paying in full. Erin, the Showroom Manager, told me that it might take 4 months or more to take delivery, which was OK with me. I asked if I'd be able to order a couple more in the future; she assured me 'they still make everything they've ever made', so it wouldn't be an issue. email from Erin on October 19, 2025: "A quick note to let you know your stools are in production. I will continue to follow the build and update you when they are near completion." email from Erin on 11/28/25: "The stools are currently in the assembly department - a fire at the mill set us back a bit. I will contact you again when I see they are near completion." (from Valley News coverage, the fire was October 13, before the first note). I asked Erin for an update 1/17/2026. Erin: "...I have been asking about their progress since then, most recently on the 8th of January. I have yet to get a response." By this time, I was beginning to hear there was a problem sourcing spindles for the stools, since their prior supplier was no longer making them. Not sure how that squares with the "in production" message from October and the "assembly dept" message from November, but it was evident that Erin was getting no better information than me. In the weeks that followed, there was a series of messages (generally with delayed responses from Erin) where there was an effort to get me to switch to a different style, or switch to a different wood. I returned to the showroom to consider, but neither would have matched anything in my house. email from Customer Service 3/5/26: Good news! Your Pompanoosuc Mills furniture order is ready for delivery. We have you on our white glove delivery schedule for 3/12/2026 between 12:00 PM - 3:00 I waited dutifully that day. In the late part of the delivery window I got a call from Erin: "Did they call you?" I said they had not. She said the stools on the truck were walnut, not the oak I had ordered. So...no stools for me. email from Pompy Customer Service on 3/26/26: "First, thank you so much for your recent order. We hope you love your new Pompanoosuc Mills furniture! To that end, we'd love your feedback. Our survey takes about 5 minutes. We'll ask about your experience in our showrooms, our website, your delivery, and your first couple of weeks living with your new Pompy furniture." Somewhat amazed by their poor record-keeping, I filled out the survey by saying I had not received anything yet and was still waiting. I forward the email to Erin saying it was further evidence of the company's dysfunction. Incidentally, my critical survey submission got nary a response. You would think somebody on the other end would have been embarrassed enough to reach out with an apology. email from Erin on 4/1/26: "I finally had a face to face with the owner after I sent this to him. He thought I said you would take the walnut stools. I reminded him I would ask you and you decided no after coming in to see what the walnut wood looked like. He has now definitively told me we will not get the parts for these stools because the people who made these in the past are no longer doing it. It would have been nice to know this last August......Apologies are hardly enough." I'm not in the furniture business, but I find it hard to believe there is no one they could find to sell them oak spindles to fulfill a properly placed and fully paid order. But it's more the careless attitude that is galling.

Extremely Disappointing & Unprofessional Experience…read more I am writing this review due to the many concerns and inconsistencies I experienced with this store. When we initially visited, the sales representative was helpful in assisting us with choosing a bed. However, things quickly became concerning during the payment process. We were told that to avoid a card fee, we could send payment through Venmo but the account provided was not under the business name "Better Home Furniture," but under the store manager's personal name, Bruno. This raised serious concerns about professionalism and security. At the time of purchase, we were not provided with a proper receipt, only a handwritten one. After requesting an official receipt, it took three days to receive it. We were told delivery would take approximately two weeks, but when I asked for a tracking or order number, I was told they could not provide one because the item was supposedly coming from a manufacturer warehouse--which did not make sense. After waiting the full two weeks with no update, Bruno stated he would call me on 4/21/2026 with an update, but he never followed through. Additionally, I was clearly told that if I needed to cancel the order, I could do so by calling. However, after attempting to cancel, I was suddenly sent terms and conditions stating that cancellations are not allowed, which directly contradicts what I was told at the time of purchase. At this point, my calls are being ignored, and the only communication I receive is policies that were never properly explained upfront. This entire experience has been misleading, unprofessional, and frustrating. From questionable payment practices to lack of communication and inconsistent information, this has been by far the worst furniture buying experience I have ever had. I strongly advise others to proceed with caution
