And I expected better from Bethany and the team. The reason behind this one star is I am going to come out as a Karen. The people came over, delivered and put everything together. Literally the first night, one of the screws on the bedframe was bent. Now this makes me wonder the person who was installing this was thinking "eh, they wont see this." Guess what....we saw it. So we called them to ask can they either send us a replacement part so we can fix it? No of course not. They needed a technician to stop by. That took 9 days. By the time the technician came, he fixed it under 5 minutes. Wonderful! But again, you could have just mailed it to us. We even showed them photos of what it looked like. So ridiculous. With the amount of money we spent on this, these team should have had an urgent need to take care of this ASAP. Not wait 9 days. Bethany, I hope you are reading this because I will make sure I would never recommend this to anybody every again.

Less than one week after the delivery the chair would not recline. Started to make a grinding noise. We contacted Bernie and Phil's and they told us that there was no coverage, no return, no nothing. We still have the tags on the chair so contacted the manufacturer and found out there was a warranty and it should be fulfill by the store. Bernie and Phil's said no coverage. Basically we bought as is. That was not how it was advertised. It was advertised as "last one". I am very angry because the chair had NO issues in the store hmmm?. Mom and dad would be very disappointed with the customer service their company. We paid $1000 for a recliner that does not recline and we were not told that they would not stand by the sale. Very shady service.

I ordered a sofa based on assurances from the store manager that the down cushions were exceptionally comfortable. I also checked with the owner of a comparable sofa who was quite happy with the feather and down filling--though she cautioned me about the need to plump up the cushions after use Unfortunately, the cushions that arrived with my sofa contained not a shred of down but were filled with a lumpy mess of cheap poly fiberfill with no dacron or down wrapping. It's hard to believe that I paid five figures for a sofa that is uncomfortable to everyone who has tried it out. The store manager has expressed willingness to correct the problem but it's been three months and I'm still stuck with an unusable piece of furniture.

Bought $2100 chair and they screwed up button placement- how did this leave the warehouse without anyone noticing? To make it much worse, rather than simply replacing the chair because it's the right thing to do, they are putting us through the ringer sending "technicians" out to the house to move the buttons because it's cheaper for them. So many phone calls and much time wasted. The "customer experience associate" was actually hostile- never been treated so badly as a customer- and they are 100% in the wrong here. Never again, they do not care about their customers just the initial sale. In addition to this issue with the buttons, we also had issue with the couch we bought-they delivered without the brackets that held it together and had to come back.

We ordered a pair of "quick ship", "ships in 5 days" chairs in October. We've now been waiting two…read moremonths. Three different delivery timelines have come and gone. MG+BW do not communicate in any way. Every time they miss a date, we have to contact them for an update. At this point they won't even give us a new estimate. Meanwhile, these very same chairs are still advertised on the website as "ships in 8-10 days". That is a straight up lie! We called to cancel our order, they promised a call back within "3 to 5 business days" to confirm. It didn't happen. We were not surprised. We have, of course, not received a refund. We've now filed a dispute with our credit card company and a complaint with the BBB. Total nightmare. We just hope we get our money back some day.

Then, on delivery day, we learned that our arrogant salesman placed the WRONG ORDER for the King bed frame. When Bob's customer support got back to us, turns out, switching the wrong frame for the right one, with drawers, (which is more expensive than the basic frame without drawers and requires a box spring), would take an EXTRA TWO WEEKS. Then, on delivery day for the RIGHT bed frame, one of the delivery men BROKE ONE OF OUR STAIR BOARD STEPS! They said corporate would handle damages and get the repair taken care of, and they called the support to start a claim. If I could give 0 to negative stars, I would. Because...GUESS WHAT?!!! Their claims department just denied our claim and tried to gaslight us, so they could be CHEAP and wiggle their way out of responsibility and liability for the damage they caused to our property. They claimed that the damage was due to "normal wear and tear" This situation has been infuriating. So the lesson here is, if you want to have your ORDER MISPLACED, then have the replacement DELAYED, have you PROPERTY DAMAGED upon said replacement, and then DENIED FOR REPAIR CLAIMS, Go with the Natick Bob's Discount Furniture.
