Unbelievably snobby owners, I filled out their online form and then drove 45 minutes here to drop off 5 bags of clothes to sell, the woman tells me when I arrive that they don't really take Carter's which would've been nice to know ahead of time (there were no details like this on the online form) but whatever. She also said they're only taking spring/summer right now so I offered to go through my stuff before I left and take out any wintery things since it was all mixed together and she said "no no it's fine we desperately need infant stuff so we may take it anyway!" They called me the next day and said they didn't want a single item, out of 5 bags of clothes. My friend picked my items up today and they told her that if there's any winter items in the bags at all they won't even look through it. Are you kidding me? So incredibly rude and a complete waste of my time. Also, I left this review on Google as well and the owner replied stating that most of my clothing was stained (which is a blatant lie) and that they "weren't even good enough for donations" which just proved my point. Don't waste your time on this pretentious place. read more

Idk, I'm trying to be nice. The woman was very nice. The store was packed with clothes and neat. They have some nice finds and high end brands but the prices are wild. $56 for a used mini Boden coat? I literally just bought a brand new one on the Boden website sale for $40 (and there is always a sale) . Boden used tshirts for $15- $20 when new ones on sale on the Boden store are $16 to $22. The store doesn't have the best lighting and when I got home a few of the pieces I got had a lot of wash wear and wear on them. $20 for a used swear shirt to have cracking on the print and significant piling is about $15 too much. I usually shop on whatnot, poshmark, and go to savers all the time. You can get almost all the things here at savers for $3 to $10 and a lot of it is in better shape. I bought a bobo chooses "nwt" sweatshirt for $50 and while it's a pricey brand and popular (which is why I splurged) when I got home I noticed it was definitely not nwt.... The tag had been pinned back on and the sweatshirt had wash wear. Again, lighting isn't the best in the store. So I paid $50 for a used sweatshirt at a consignment store. All in all, if you don't want to go to savers and go through all the racks looking for all the high end finds (and there are a lot) and you don't mind spending high prices for used kids clothes, they do have a decent selection and the owner was very nice. But I'd rather spend an hour looking through the thrift store and find the same stuff for 1/5th the price. read more

Great business! I was able to get two Vineyard Vines ties for my teenage son, which I never would have bought for full price! They have a great selection and the staff are very helpful. I've sold some items too; they only take higher end items, which I think is great as everything is more desirable in the store. Whatever items they can't sell, they either ask if I want them back or if I want them to donate the items. read more

Buyers, but especially sellers, beware! The owner of this business is a thief and is super snotty and rude about it. We dropped off bags of clothes to consign and got an incredibly rude email that nothing we brought was in sellable condition. We do have cats, and I have no doubt that the top layer of clothes had cat fur on it. Our bad for not shaking it off. However, hardly unsellable and hardly deserving of the snotty refusal. Except when we came back to pick up our things, imagine our surprise when we saw some of our items on the shelves tagged to sell!! The staff person who is there, who was new, had no idea about the situation and was very apologetic. The owner, however, continued to double down on how nothing we brought with sellable and it was an accident that those items were put on the shelf. She paid for the items that we identified but claimed nothing had sold that we didn't know about. I think that's an absolute lie. I'm contemplating filing a complaint with the Better Business Bureau. So just watch out if you shop there -- you might be buying stolen items. And if you decide to consign with her, take careful inventory of what you bring into make sure she pays for what she takes. read more
