They do an outstanding job curating the shop and displaying the various pieces that come in on consignment (no easy feat when you get a wide variety of items and never know what might be brought in). The shop is FULL of treasures at all different price points. Furniture, JEWELRY, homewares and decor... They have it all! I think their prices are generally very reasonable and you can see right on the ticket when the next mark down will be (items gradually get reduced the longer the sit). I RARELY leave empty handed. I always find wonderful, unique items for myself as well as fantastic, one of a kind gifts for others! David (long time employee!) recently took over the shop after the previous owner retired. David has EXTENSIVE knowledge of the items and is particularly knowledgeable when it comes to jewelry. Their jewelry selection is truly outstanding. Consigning with them is super easy but their calendar fills up quickly so keep in mind that they generally book a few months out!

Pick up your unsold items because the owner lies and says she donated them when in fact she sold them or has them in her back room. Prices are high--even for incomplete items--and there's a serious lack of transparency. I recently looked at a used LEGO set marked "mostly complete." Priced at 25$. When I asked for details, I was told someone counted the pieces, but they refused to share how many were counted or what was actually included. Instead, I got a dismissive comment by the manager about how it sells for more on eBay?? If someone actually counted the pieces, why not be honest and mention it in the description? Is it 100 pieces missing or just 10-20? That's a big difference, and buyers deserve clarity if I'm going to spend 25$ on it. Worse, when I asked questions, the staff were rude and defensive, showing no interest in helping or being honest. It's disappointing and frustrating to be treated that way--especially by a place that claims to serve the community. I'm done. After years of supporting this store, I won't be going back. I won't support rude people who don't care about the community or the customers who make their work possible. I'm starting to question whether this is truly a non-profit store anymore. I've also coveted many of the reconstructed vintage dresses at the shop. The store also carries really funky furniture, textiles and home decor. Its not a thrift shop, so don't expect to find junk items for 10 cents. This place is like a mini Anthropologie...everything there has a certain "je-ne-sais-quoi" and I find it really inspiring to browse and shop there.

Lena (the owner I believe) was nice enough to convert them into a set of earrings for me. She told me to come back in a few days and they were done. Couldn't have asked for any better service. The prices were so reasonable I ended up walking out with more gifts than I thought. I am a guy and its chocked full of women's jewelry, shoes, dresses and girly stuff so my shopping will be limited.
