Very unhappy experience. If you consign with Classique Consignment, make sure you get an itemized list of all your items. Do not say you want to donate unsold items. Pick up your unsold items because the owner lies and says she donated them when in fact she sold them or has them in her back room. I asked about several expensive items that she claimed did not sell and donated, suddenly she opens her top drawer and says "Oh are these yours?" Disgusting!!! The owner Brenda is a dishonest thief. By far, Classique Consignment is my favorite consignment shop. Brenda, the owner, is genuinely so nice and takes pride in her shop. She has a few woman who work aside her and they are just as nice! They always greet us at the door (my mom and I always visit together). They have a lot of high end items (discounted considerably from retail price) but also have affordable brands as well. You can always find a deal here! They have a sale board that displays different colored tags showing which are a certain percentage off. It's fun finding a super bargain here! I have also brought items here to consign and Brenda is beyond fair with her commission and the percentage you receive when an item is sold. The stock in the store shifts ALL the time so every time you visit, it's like shopping in a new store! Always shop around the holidays. Brenda and the girls have the store decorated beautifully (especially around Halloween, Thanksgiving and Christmas)! All in all, coming to Classique is always a treat. So treat yourself! read more

Owner is continuously rude and arrogant and forgets to realize that it's our expensive Lululemon and other brand name clothing that keeps her in business. I went for the first time 2 months ago with my teen daughter and her friend. While others have complained that no one greeted them or was friendly, we had a very different experience. They said hello and then left us to browse and try on without hovering over us. They were changing over inventory and re-marking items, so they worked at the counter and were available as the girls had questions. When we made our selections and brought them to the front, they were friendly but also speedy in turning over our transaction. While some days I am more chatty with the people working behind the counter in the boutiques I visit, I do appreciate being allowed to browse without feeling watched or pressured. The store has a wonderful selection and was easy to find and get too. If you are looking for a good selection, they definitely have it! Be cautious if you cross this one off your list due to reviewers "not liking the service" (we almost did). I consign shop a lot in MA, RI, CT, and PA. Unless the salespeople are insulting or rude, reviewer's expectations of how friendly staff should be is so personal and not always a true reflection!!! read more

Definitely go check this place out! I've been in here a few times since I moved to Westborough and they do an excellent job rotating their inventory and only selling items that are in perfect to near perfect condition. The selection of items is great and are neatly organized. The sales staff is SUPER friendly but they don't hover and are happy to help if you ask them for anything. They also consistently run sales to help move their inventory so you can find some great pieces for AMAZING prices. Just like with thrifting or consignment shopping, you can't always expect to find exactly what you're looking for but if you go in to just browse, you're sure to walk out with a good find! read more

I was at this shop over the weekend, I saw a jacket I LOVED. I didn't purchase the jacket when there, but I couldn't stop thinking about it. Three days later I gave the shop a call and they held it for me! Such great customer service and great selection of clothing. I will 100% revisit and purchase. I feel the same was as the previous reviewer - they really think they are working on Rodeo Drive or something - you walk in there and the ladies working all look you up and down - they seem to "judge" you and I have found them very unfriendly. Classique Consignment has a good selection. Lots of cute items, but a tad overpriced for a consignment shop. I suspect it is due to the area it is in, it's in a beautiful area and has a great storefront. I found quite a few things I would have bought if the price was right. The store was definitely full of items but not overcrowded. I think they could benefit from a pricing system similar to other resale shops, where the items discount after 30 days and then after another 30 days. I do not suspect I will be back anytime soon, but it is definitely a nice shop that I would love to frequent if the prices were better. read more

This store is really worth stopping at. It is run in a very stylistic, professional manner. And, it is right in the heart of Westboro, at the rotary. It is easy to get to from route 9 or route 135 and is really worth the stop. She has a huge selection of quality items: clothing, bags, belts, jewelry, shoes, home items, and more. The store just accepts quality items that are practical as well. And, there is a nice atmosphere. It is a consignment shop but has a high end shop feel to it. It is always kept so clean and orderly. Some of my favorite wardrobe additions come from this shop! They have a great selection of clothes, accessories and even some home goods, and I always find something to take home. I went for the first time last week. Nice store, great/useful variety [meaning quality pieces that are similar to what you would find in stores today] and reasonable prices. I got a nice Nine West jacket for $15, noticed a new Tahari 2pc suit for $70... and neither were very worn. I DID think some of the items were a bit off in pricing. Most notably: anything silk was close to retail value [ blouse and skirt- $185; dress- $105]... but I will be back. Oh- the 2 ladies running the place were very nice and helpful. The store has some wonderful diversity, color and light. It is in a large, open space too. You don't feel claustrophobic. I like the happy disposition of the ladies who work there. It is also centrally located. I think it is worth traveling to. The layout reminds me of a shop on Martha's Vineyard or something similar. The stock is nice and clean and vibrant too. read more

I lived in Westborough for a decade before going into this store and almost instantly wondered what took me so long. It's such a find. As a customer, I go in a few times a week because there's such a steady supply of new items. The pricing is beyond fair - brands that range from stylish mid-level to designer, and at a fraction of the cost you'd pay retail. For example, I bought my mom an Eileen Fisher cape that retailed for $450 for just $50, and today I bought NYD jeans for $12 - both items in *perfect* condition. If you are a gambler and want to wait for things to hang in the store a while longer, they'll go on sale. Whether full price or sale, I'm always thrilled with the value I'm getting, and I always find something in the store. I've also sold items through this store as well, and I've been beyond pleased with the process. Brenda, the owner, is incredibly fair and upfront about how the process works. She handles the pricing, and all items move through the store's typical timeframe to be sold at full price before being incrementally marked down. I've seen her balance the line perfectly between getting a good price for her consigners and keeping a value for her customers. In terms of the shopping experience, I've always found everyone there friendly without overstepping and meddling - which is what I want. will not go here again, fur coats are sold here. forget it. very snobby for a place with stained and old and ugly carpeting. trash from the street was blowing in the store and not cleaned up. gross. they sell used shoes. staff do not realize they are selling used clothes and they think they are in beverly hills. they think everyone is stealing. very judgemental and unfriendly. get over yourselves. also hubby of staff member burped so loudly because he didn't think anyone was around. really classy. horrible customer service. they need to spruce up the place or at least vacuum. please clean once in a while. a junk place for sure. they need better quality items. ave yourself the headache read more
