Often shop the clothing store and find good deals. Have looked at the furniture store and not so much. Items stay on the website for eons even when dropped to the lowest cost. Prices for items are high for used goods, especially when similar are available on Marketplace. It might help if Cuties set the price but allows the customer to authorize a lower price to move the item faster. read more

if you have consignment to drop off "by 3pm" make sure you get there 15 minutes before before they start prepping to shut down. my kids and I drove a long ways and were so happy we made it for exactly 3:53pm but they told us it was too late. I consigned several items of furniture and small items in Sept 2022 I went to the store several times after that driving 30+ miles each way and never saw any of my items on the floor for sale. I couldn't return to the store due to an accident that left me homebound for several months. I called the store and the person who answered said I am not sure where your items are as we are moving the store?? I was told some items sold and others donated prior to the move. NO phone calls about a check or can I return to collect my items. Not sure if it's worth the trip to go to the new location. The store was much better in the Fitchburg location ... with some of the older staff members... I have shopped here for many years and did some consigning those days maybe over. read more

2 baskets of clothes dropped off over 2 and 1/2 months ago are still not processed and hasn't even hit the floor for sale yet. Very poor turn around and they need more staff. Along with that the Owners refuse to have a return policy in place even now having online video shopping? Where one can see products to purchase but still can't see them in person,feel or try them on, till pickup. Big disappointment for local store who claims to work for community. When the owner didn't respond to my email about a consignment check (she didn't respond today, either) my friend and I went to the store. This store said they don't mail checks (saving 58 cents on postage) nor do they even call to say there's a check waiting for you, and my house is 48 minutes roundtrip from the store! I learned all my items sold but one, and for that I received $8. The item that didn't sell was a brand new Ralph Lauren pillow with the tag still on it and they DONATED IT without even calling me first. They told my friend that two of her items were still on the sales floor (consignment period had ended). She spent an hour walking around the store several times; couldn't a staff member have helped her? When the amount received for items ($8) is factored against the time to gather the items and the fuel to drive 48 minutes roundtrip, WE LOST MONEY!! read more

I really like this place! Lots of beautiful items in excellent condition, some still in their original packaging too! You never know what you'll find, and chances are if they don't have it now, they will soon enough. Staff is kind and helpful too. read more

Rude Rude Rude My experience was so similar. Loved the place, was waiting to make a purchase when I made a comment (a wow! I love that lamp type of comment) so when the seller of the lamp (someone was bring it to the store to consign, I guess) asked if I wanted it the sales staff accused me of soliciting the person who was there to consign. I didn't say anything other than I liked the lamp. Never offered to purchase or anything. I asked for an apology but these people do not apologize. They are rude and very unprofessional. This had been advertised as one of the largest/ best consignment shops in all of New England, so I decided to take a drive out to see what it was all about. I was less than impressed. The store space was not well utilized leaving me feeling as though it was a big empty room. There was nothing I was even remotely interested in, and it was very overpriced for a consignment shop, or any shop really. Not worth the trip. read more

I love this Consignment shop and it's HUGE. There is tons to see, everything seems to be in decent condition, and the prices are fair. Need to furnish a new apartment? You can do that here on the cheap! I fell in love with a set of vintage dishes. Place setting for 8---just $30. A bargain. There's plenty of used furniture, from desks, dressers and, dining rooms to tables, chairs and pictures for your wall. I love the feeling of the "hunt" because you'll never know what you can score there. Probably the thing I like best about this place is besides buying cheap furniture and whatnot, I can sell the stuff in my house that I no longer want and make some real cash. There's no appointment needed, Just walk in with your stuff and they'll access it right there and tell you what they will take. Stop by a few weeks later and pick up your cash for the items they sold. read more

I looked and looked everywhere for a tall wicker laundry basket. I happened to go into the store for something completely different and found my perfect Landry basket for my massage room. I've learned to always check here first even when it's an item I wouldn't think they would have. read more

Wow. Wow- you know it's bad when you create an account on yelp for the first time just because one staff member is so insulting. I drove about 40 minutes to this shop and arrived at 5:50 on a Saturday. The website says they are open till 7pm. I walk in, super friendly, and say that I'm excited to have discovered this online, we have a new fixer-upper house, and an older stout woman with short dark curly-ish hair taps her watch, scowls (I mean SERIOUSLY Scowls)? Taps her watch? doesn't say even Hi?! And tells me I have 3 minutes. Shes the only one there. I smile and say, I drove a while, just holler when I'm getting the boot. She vanishes so can't tell me prices of unmarked goods in the first two minutes (clock is ticking!!), then when I finally yell 'ma'am??'can you please tell me how much this settee is? She sighs and lumbers over and crosses her arms, looking at me like I'm an idiot. The price, obviously, is stuck to the back against 60 other breakable items. I'm totally friendly and trying my best to win her over, saying that I have a healthy budget to find unique items for my new house this weekend - and could she maybe give me just 10 minutes while she finishes closing things down? She literally ignores my Q, takes the one item out of my hand and says 'that's it.' I was totally shocked - I usually love these kinds of places...I may have only ended up spending $100-300 there if I had a chance to look around (i spent $20) since the products are very granny, but Her rudeness alone, the fact that no one was there to answer simple Qs, and the stuff is not that cool (you're better off going to the Salvation Army in Hudson, Ma- amazing!!), and this woman actually seemed offended that I wanted to be a patron....just skip it, for real. I was under the impression that they had clothes & jewelry too but i didn't see any. Picture going to your mean great Aunt's house who clearly hates you. Apologies to whoever is the owner for this horrible review (unless its the scowler) - the owner may be wonderful, but if this is standard staff service, it's going to be tough for nice people to support this small business. read more

I am both a shopper and a consignor at Cutiques. I've been doing both for years and have had only good experiences with the store. If you consign with them at Cutiques, you can opt for cash or credit. The credit is also good at their store, Cutie Patutie. Sometimes I end up consigning household items I no longer want at Cutiques and then spending the credit I get when it sells for gifts for grandchildren, nieces & nephews at Cute Patuties. Both stores carry new Melissa & Doug toys, so I know I will be able to find something. I've also gotten a lot of things for my house that I like. Lots of hours and consignments now taken whenever they're open, so no making appointments. Owners are often on the premises, emails are answered promptly. There are less used toys than previously and I do miss those. I like that they give you a yes or no on the spot as to whether they'll accept items at Cutiques. Cutie Patuties no longer does that and I do miss that, as I have other means of making $ off my unwanted clothes andwould prefer to take them back if they're not going to be offered for sale. I discussed this with one of the owners and she said it was due to the high volume of clothes coming in. There is an impressive amount of consigned children's clothes. read more
