Was going to buy something from here until I heard how the cashier was speaking to a Hispanic customer. Really bad look and made for an unpleasant experience. Service was awful. When I called weeks ago they said I need to make an appointment. The first one available was today May 15 at 2:00 pm. When I got there nobody greeted me so I went to the counter and the woman said that I was at the wrong counter so she pointed to another counter. Nobody was there so I was holding all my clothes that I was bringing to put there. Finally a woman came and said I needed to fill out a form and to leave the clothes. Their brochure said "Consignors can set up an appointment to meet with a staff member" so I was surprised that I wasn't meeting with anyone after having to set up an APPOINTMENT so I asked when I would hear. She said "set your clock for an hour and return". When I got home 15 minutes I got a call that asked me to come back to pick up my clothes because they weren't going to accept them. They could have done that right at my APPOINTMENT and saved me a lot of time. The main reason that they didn't accept my clothes was because they were too big. It would have been nice to have indicated that in their brochure so I didn't have to be embarrassed on top of my frustration with the whole process! read more

The clothes and items they have are great. The customer service is horrible. The person that takes the clothes in to consign is very rude and curt. The owner stays in the back area chit chatting with a friend while paying customers stand upfront either their items waiting to check out which she can clearly see . The store has great items too bad their customer service is non existent. read more

Too bad your sales clerk I believe her name was Lisa was so rude. If it was not for her, I would've tried to make some sort of an appointment and dropped off about 25 to 30 items all in perfect in some never worn men's clothing unfortunately now I will search for another place. After reading other reviews it seems it's a on going thing. Dropping off items should be a lot easier to do with having to make an appointment while standing in your store only to be turned away unsatisfied due to a lengthy process to do business. read more

I come here as both a consigner and consumer. Great service, any questions I have had have been answered in a professional manner. The selection is always full and has a great value. They tell you up front how their pricing works and it is up to you to come get the items that didn't sell or leave them for the store to deal with. I definitely prefer here to other shops. read more

Nice selection of clothing but the customer service (or lack there of) is a real turn off. I was there this morning and the woman working was openly rude to customers and huffing and sighing, which is just really unacceptable. That's not the kind of behavior I want to observe while I'm trying to shop, it makes for an uncomfortable experience. read more

I really like the selection here. They always carried high end things for really reasonable prices. I have found boots, coats, dresses, and other high-end items. I found a hiking backpack here for $20. I also love that they have the dollar rack in the back. I often find things that I really like on it. read more

AVOID! This place is a rip-off and the people rude. I went to try and pick up my stuff after the 60 day period to be told that it was spread among the store and I had to rummage around to find it on my own. I asked for help as I'm 7 months pregnant and did this in the first place brining in a lot of material to make room for the new baby. I was told no one was available to help me, so had to proceed to waddle around the store trying to locate various items. The apparent manager did have time to follow me, and chastise me telling me to describe my items to the jewelry clerk. Frustrated and near tears I took my $9 and left the rest of the clothing in the store and will not be able to retrieve it. I spent a lot of time getting material here and trying to relocate it for very little payout and to be treated poorly. read more

If you haven't visited this store--you must. They have shoes, purses, clothes and jewelry. Everything is very clean. They also have plus sizes and kids clothes. Great prices. read more

I haven't bought clothing anywhere else since finding this store. Even some designer clothing. All clean and in style, and excellent prices! They also have some men's clothing and housewares. They give you a card that they punch for every $5 you spend, and when the card is full, you get $5 off! My favorite place to shop! I also bring them my clothing that does't fit anymore and get to spend that money too!! read more

I have brought my clothes here for many years. Diane and her staff have always been wonderful. Highly recommended.

My favorite place for finding really nice clothes at a very reasonable price. They have a very strict policy in that when something has been in the store for a certain period of time it goes to the dollar rack. Most of the time that rack is filled with very nice clothes that for some reason just did not sell and the consigner did not take it back out. I go at least once a month both buying and consigning. I have been a customer for a very long time and will continue to be. read more

I think that they have too many items on the racks and some of the styles are definitely from a few years back. Unless you live nearby, it is not worth the ride. I have been to many consignment stores, where the associates are much more helpful and pleasant. The owner is quite rude and unfriendly. read more
