If I could give zero stars, I would. This has been the shadiest experience with a "company" (I use…read morethat term loosely) that I've ever dealt with. I gave them about 10 purses to sell and in turn they gave me a login to their consignment website to track my items. I logged in and couldn't find any of my items (it seems like a beta version of an application, not easy to navigate at all - couldn't find any information about my actual account at first) but eventually things started showing up of mine that they'd sold. So I figured, ok they'll pop up here when they sell and then they'll let me know when the time is up on the contract and I come to pick everything up. I try calling them multiple times because I realize I haven't heard from them... not once. They never answer. Finally I talk to someone who says "I don't usually work in this store and I can't get to the screen I need to see to tell you what's going on". I get it, the application is awful, I tell her I couldn't get there either. I finally get in touch with someone who knows how to get in there and she says "Your things became our property in May. Our hours are "....". This is how you navigate the system. This is all property of the store now." All while talking over me, not listening to my concerns, and YELLING about her store hours and the contract I signed. She ended by telling me she didn't need to hear this (me telling her this was crazy) and hung up on me. I'm blown away that this lady is a manager. I've never talked to someone so rude, so unprofessional, so unwilling to just stop talking and listen to the issues I've been having. It was clear by how defensive and quick to anger she got that she hears these complaints often. Stay away from this place - I feel like I just got robbed, yelled at while I was getting robbed, and then told that the robbery was ok because I chose to walk into her store. Super super super sketchy place! You'll have much better luck with Poshmark and eBay.

This shop is definitely more high-end than your typical resale store. They have a glass case full of wallets and sunglasses from high end names like Gucci & Louis Vuitton. The consignment clothing racks are well organized with a large sections of tops, dresses, jeans, resort-wear, prom (seasonally), and shoes. The racks are full of Michael Kors, Frye, Lilly Pulitzer, Tory Burch, Patagonia, Madewell, Free People and more! I have been happy with the quality of everything I have purchased. Most of the items are "like new." If consignment isn't your thing, don't worry! Chic Boutique does more than just consignment. They also have "Chic Exclusives!" These items are new, but in limited quantity. Some past exclusives have included "Sunday Football" tank tops, layered hoodies, leggings, and tunics. These have been some of my favorite items. If you're not local to Tyngsboro, they also have a location in Bridgewater, MA. The owner Ashley is often present at both locations, and very helpful! The girls also post items DAILY online, and hold great live-sales on facebook! For even more deals, you can join their VIP Facebook group. We had a great sales and service experience at the Leominster Gardner Furinture Outlet! Giving this…read morea solid 4.5-4.8 stars. Great show room in Leominster, MA. We found the sectional (replacing a 2014 couch) that we wanted and put in an order including an extra piece for our great room. The sales person told us it would be 4+ weeks to receive this (it was less than 3). I had to postpone the delivery due to extreme ice and snow in our driveway and walkway. After praying we had a mid-winter "spring heat" wave and made the paths safe for delivery. Great communication! One of the sectional pieces we ordered didn't recline, and they didn't have the correct one in stock. To make it right, they provided us with a reclining piece at no extra cost. The delivery guys were AWESOME! They spoke ENGLISH, were friendly, and very professional and NO questions on taking away our old sofa (this was an issue with the Lowes appliance delivery which I would rate a D- ). Come to find out the back porch was better for them to make the delivery so in the end I didn't need to wait. Product is perfect. The only downside is the furniture credit card is at 35% but 0% if you pay off in 1 year (interest accrues... already have a $95 accrued for 1st month). I plan to pay this off by the summer. Also I think the "haul-away" fee was rather pricey compared to past fees. It use to be free (but this is TAXachussetts). We looked at Jordan's and they also had a high fee. Overall we love the new sectional except for I can't stay awake when we watch our movies and shows.. lol.. it is so comfortable.

The shop itself is quite large with many booths (They supply a shopping basket at the front counter) but you really have to give yourself time to actually look in each booth. Everything is priced very low in comparison to other regional shops. The parking lot is fairly large and essentially a dirt road. The staff at the main counter were very nice and prompt with check out. I would highly recommend bringing cash.
