When I got there nobody greeted me so I went to the counter and the woman said that I was at the wrong counter so she pointed to another counter. Nobody was there so I was holding all my clothes that I was bringing to put there. Finally a woman came and said I needed to fill out a form and to leave the clothes. Their brochure said "Consignors can set up an appointment to meet with a staff member" so I was surprised that I wasn't meeting with anyone after having to set up an APPOINTMENT so I asked when I would hear. She said "set your clock for an hour and return". When I got home 15 minutes I got a call that asked me to come back to pick up my clothes because they weren't going to accept them. They could have done that right at my APPOINTMENT and saved me a lot of time. The main reason that they didn't accept my clothes was because they were too big. It would have been nice to have indicated that in their brochure so I didn't have to be embarrassed on top of my frustration with the whole process!

I love the feeling of the "hunt" because you'll never know what you can score there. Probably the thing I like best about this place is besides buying cheap furniture and whatnot, I can sell the stuff in my house that I no longer want and make some real cash. There's no appointment needed, Just walk in with your stuff and they'll access it right there and tell you what they will take. Stop by a few weeks later and pick up your cash for the items they sold.

I took everything back that hadn't yet sold. I'd rather give my belongings away than be robbed.

But you do have to look through long racks - sometimes loaded with overpriced items and it takes time.
