The prices here a deeply discounted for the most part. I've picked up batteries, a few books, kids toys, and cheap pasta here. This store seems to be smaller than other Ollie's I've been to in NY and PA. The selection of product changes often. So so glad I came in! I'm new to leatherworking, and even having read project instructions and blogs, I wasn't sure what I needed or what to do with the tools and dyes. I browsed for a while and when I was ready to check out, Cass (sorry if I'm spelling it wrong!) asked what I was making and helped me weed out unnecessary tools and replaced them with what I really needed. She also took a lot of time walking around explaining what I'd need to dye leather and finish it, what kinds of coatings to use, and gave me a demo of using the strap cutter, dye, top coat, wax coat, gum tragacanth and edge slicker, as well as both edge bevelers I was purchasing. So so useful! She explained why eyelets won't work in belt holes (buckle pins need an oblong hole or they'll get stuck), and was generally really easygoing, full of great tips, and she gave me the leather sample piece so I could remember what to do. Also, she pointed me to their classes which are free if you get a $35 per year membership, totally worth it for four classes of instruction on carving, tooling, dyeing, etc. I have to make time to come back for that! There was a huge selection of tools in an organized and uncluttered store in a mill building with tons of parking. I will say more: this week a friend of mine found, a day after leaving the shop, an error on his bill. Mary quickly resolved it, with courtesy, commitment and generosity. What could have been an annoying experience instead gave one warm feelings about humanity, and a desire to return to the shop. Love this place.

You work for a bargaining store, why you scoff if a customer asked if you can mark a product down for being broken? Even if it's .99 cents off, it's still someone purchasing your soon to be Mark down. And mind you I never purchase anything broken before...I just knew that they can because of my experience with the store. It was a cute vase. Ive shopped here a few times during the pandemic and each trip I've found the store to be completely COVID compliant. It's a large store with everything kind of spread out and at times I've found some really great items. Depending on the day or week certain color tickets go on sale. . Today the 50% off tickets were : white and blue. Green tickets : , .99 Everything is hung up and catagorized. But you do have to look through long racks - sometimes loaded with overpriced items and it takes time. If you have the patience and can deal with the fact that it's an older store, the long racks with some of the stock stained/ripped etc it can be a good place to shop for vintage, modern & anything in between. You never know what you will find! I'll also add that each time I've been here the staff are always pleasant and helpful !

Fred even went out of his way to find a particular item I needed (and at Christmastime to boot!) They are easily accessible, give you a week to pay and even help load stuff into your car.
