The selection is unique and I believe that it's fate if you happen to find something that resonates with you. The staff here (now) have been courteous and honestly very helpful - so I've been splurging a lot more than usual. When a store offers amazing customer service, and great deals, I can definitely see the boost in sales - at least out of my wallet at least lol. A Dollar Tree in the Town of Acton? Seriously? Well, even…read morethough the Town of Acton wouldn't be a place that I would think of having a Dollar Tree, there is one, a brand new one in fact, sitting in a weird shopping / business complex right off Route 119. It seems like a really weird place to have a store like Dollar Tree, but it also seems like a nice place to have for residents of the area or people who work in the area. Store is very clean, new, and spacious. Lots of selection and very friendly employees. This store seemed to have an extraordinary section of seasonal finds. Always lots to love about the Dollar Tree, mainly being that you can fill your cart and still not come out with breaking the bank! I was able to find everything I was looking for, didn't have to wait long in line and was in and out of this place quickly and efficiently. Located in the Nagog Park off Route 119 in Acton, minutes from the I-495 split. Convenient as there are very few discount stores in the area. 4 stars for the new Acton Dollar Tree!

I was planning on purchasing a two tier cake, with the character of choice, a specialty filling in each layer, and 72 cupcakes. I had been chasing since April 10th, 2026, and in May, I began calling TWICE a week. I even contacted Corporate to express my dismay in this location. Nothing was done. I contacted a former employee friend of mine who worked at this location, they said to contact the DM and provided me with the number and I was told by the DM they no longer were the DM because they were fired for correcting consumer complaints. ARE YOU FREAKING KIDDING ME!!!!! I toke my what would have been $115.91 order, to BJ's Wholesale Club instead. People don't have time to wait for "Ghost" stores to not have any employees. I had an extremely distressing experience at this location while attempting to return an Amazon…read morepackage. What should have been a simple and quick process turned into one of the most unprofessional and hostile encounters I've ever had at a store. When I politely asked if anyone else could assist with the line (since the cashier was taking an unusually long time with one customer), the employee at the front desk, Alex, responded with rudeness, gave me a dirty look, and then joined the customer at his desk in laughing at me after that customer made a disrespectful remark. When it was finally my turn, instead of professionalism, I was met with hostility. Alex raised his voice at me, pushed my return box so that it nearly fell on me, and told me he would not accept my return. He continued to argue and speak negatively toward me, escalating the situation instead of resolving it. I asked for security to be called and made it clear that I was prepared to call 911 due to how aggressive and unprofessional this employee was being. At this point, the line behind me had grown long, and many other customers were visibly frustrated. Thankfully, the supervisor Renee stepped in. She was calm, professional, and processed my return quickly. However, Alex continued to be disruptive even while she was handling the matter, ignoring her request to step away. This kind of treatment--mocking a customer, refusing service, and acting in a physically and verbally aggressive manner--is completely unacceptable. While I am grateful to Renee for her professionalism, no customer should ever be treated this way. Amazon and Kohl's management need to be aware of how damaging this behavior is to their reputation. Customers deserve respect, fairness, and safety when visiting this store.
