I appreciate that they have JC Penny here as it's a good store that you don't find now in all the malls. I was very happy to find it here. Then they have lots of other stores, some you don't see at regular malls. I have to say the prices at these other stores are not too pricy. So it's reasonable for a family to come to. That I liked very much. The food court is rather small. Not much restaurants to choose from but the ones I did go to were fine for a mall food court. They do have a place for kids to have fun right in the middle of the food court. A carousel to ride on. Lots of horses, ponies to sit on for a fun ride. Aw,to be young again. I would come to this mall if you have never been. It is part of the Simon malls and they are usually good to come to. Very pleasant and clean. A must if you are visiting Marlborough.

They recently renovated the entire plaza, which was a nice update to the previous, sub-par design to this place. Some of the stores in this complex include Savers, Ocean State Job Lot, Marshalls, Price Rite, Auto Zone, Perfect Dental, CVS, XCited Nails, Spare Time Shop, Barber Shop, Puritan Cleaners, Sal's Pizza, Fruitti Fro-Yo, Sherwin Williams, Plaza Liquors, and Acorn Self Storage in the rear section of the building. The store was pretty quiet and that made for a nice, relaxed shopping experience. I browsed around in the women's clothing department and they had a great selection of Spring and Summer clothing at very reasonable prices. They were running a good sale. I also shopped the cosmetic counters and found a nice moisturizer so I ended up buying that. The employees were friendly and eager to help. The store was kept well stocked and clean. I would like to come back and shop at this location again.

It was shocking because nothing happened to cause that reaction except for the quick look my husband and I exchanged. The whole thing felt disrespectful and completely unprofessional. We walked out right after because no one should be spoken to or treated like that. This was honestly a terrible experience, and I would not come back. I will not be sharing a name or any identification, because I do not want to be attacked personally outside of the mall. I am unsure if the job is fit for that worker, as he clearly has outbursts.

I have only visited this new and upcoming shopping center twice and am unsure exactly when this Michaels opened, but boy, it's so large, new and spectacular! And needed, there wasn't ONE art store throughout the Hudson / Marlborough area until this place opened. Every time I was in the area, there wouldn't be any store to get all the art stuff I would be looking for, and finally there is! And this Michaels is the only one I've found that is comparable to the amazing one near my house. It's huge and provides such a wonderful atmosphere and ability to provide customers who shop at this specific location with the most inventory. Cement flooring and very organized in total. Staff are friendly and the best thing are those coupons that are never nonexistent! I actually feel guilty not using a coupon at Michaels... I only normally buy one thing (and would suggest it to others) here, and come back so frequently so that I ultimately get everything I need for 50 or 60% off! Make sure to never come to this store without a printed coupon or smartphone to use an online coupon.... paying full price for anything in this store is absurd! I have yet to walk in there without having to settle because they don't carry the item I'm looking for. The yarn selection is poor, the canvas and paint selection is poor. They didn't have a good selection of glitter. They never have white sheets of felt. No needle felting supplies at all, siap making and candle wax limited. And now they have self check out registers which are always a problem. And they hound you to open a credit card. I went there two days ago and I'm pretty sure that was my last visit. I can get better quality items on line.
