Wow what a huge mall. I have never seen so many shops and shoppers at one mall. They have 2 stories and the target inside is huge. Alote of different foods in the food court as well. 10 out of 10. Can't wait to bring the kids back for all the family fun. read more

I love this mall because it's so big, it pretty much has every store you can need and looking for. The parking is always cool there's always somewhere to park. And the fact that it's in New Hampshire where it's tax free makes it all that much better. I don't know what they're doing to the food court though they used to have so much more options, better options I should say. But maybe that's just my preference they do have a Chick-fil-A my kids love that read more

I suppose I'm just that "old grandpa" all the Zoomers talk about, but...c'mon! We've all seen better. Haven't we? Here's the thing about malls. There is plenty of competition. And with competition comes a basis for comparison. I say this to say...I've seen it done better in at least two other nearby malls. But as for this one.. Their food court is a joke, the layout is slightly obnoxious, there's several parts of the mall that are quite desolate, and (of course) driving into this place is annoying as f*ck. I dunno what it is. But it seems like even Manchester did it much better. Still, if you're looking for the typical mall experience and don't feel like leaving the city of Nashua, then this is your place. It's innocuous and nothing special. So, I aptly give it 3 half-assed food courts out of 5. It's pretty sad when not even your teenage son will eat dinner at the mall. read more

This is a very cool funky mall. I visit here at least twice a year. I was just here a couple of days ago and I have a couple of pet peeves. I think they need to add a little bit more decor in this mall to make it seem a bit more warm and welcoming. You tend to walk down these long halls that are gray and not a lot of furniture there and it's just wide open spaces between stores. Another thing is that the elevator that is in the middle of the mall tends to break down every time I come here which is not that often. I don't know if anybody else has been experiencing this problem who frequent here but it's a little annoying. Lastly, in the food court, they have restrooms and I have brought this up to management here where their bathrooms always seem to be out of order. Not to mention, they have two sinks on the outside of the bathroom before you go in that never ever work and are always a big wet Mess. Soap dispensers barely have anything in them and it just looks very trashy. The positive things I will say about this mall are there is a pretty decent variety of stores here. Some that you would not normally see. Some you would see in most malls and you will find other really cool stores here not anywhere else. One of our favorite stores in the mall is called locally made. Every product in the store is made in New England only. There is a great variety of different gifts you can find in the store. I personally love their candle selection. I have gotten plenty of them for my family. Also, they have a variety of different gourmet K cups you can get Along with other cool, funky, art pieces, etc. what is very interesting is that they have a target that is connected to the mall. I have never seen this anywhere else and it's actually pretty convenient. They almost treat this target like it is a department store. It is definitely fancier than any other target you could go to. Good selection of food and the food court and a buffalo wild wings, which is pretty good and a pizza place upstairs. Sephora, which is one of my personal favorites is a very good one so isn't lush. I really do enjoy coming here. I think they just need to spruce up the place a bit and take care of the plumbing issues. read more

Stopped by the Pheasant Lane Mall to waste some time on a lazy Sunday afternoon. This mall is good for what anyone does when its not Christmas time or there isn't a birthday gift to buy. . . just milling around. And thats just what we did. In our group of 5 (but not more!) Apparently hanging around in groups of 5 or more isn't allowed here? Pretty much your average stores here. Although! I was pleasantly surprised to find a Target! More malls should have Target's attached to them. Also stopped into the FYE and Victoria's Secret, among others. Perfect place to hop over the MA/NH border to partake in some sales tax-less items :) I would imagine this place gets crazy when Christmas does roll around! Happy Shopping! read more

This an okay mall. Pluses are that it also has a Target store, a Blaze Pizza, and Charming Charlie's in addition to a Macy's and a few other big namers, so you could be happy being occupied here. Or just walking around to get some exercise... My best score was at the Banana Republic -- 50% off regular items as a card holder plus additional friends and family discount on other things. Got a beautiful cashmere silk sweater that I know I will wear to death when traveling northward for a lot less $. And there is no sales tax on clothes in New Hampshire. This "bargain" I figured I could squeeze in my suitcase! The food court is okay -- not that many restaurants, but you'll find the usual mix. Tables are kept clean. Lighting is good. read more

I love this mall and it's so released and I like to spend time shopping with my family and friends. All my favorites stores are there. Just over the border in Nashua, it provides that tax free shopping experience Massachusetts residents love. The selection of retailers is decent, with a majority of store fronts populated. Some retailers are obviously shuttered as a result of the pandemic, but with the anchors and the retailers on showcase here, there isn't much need to worry about not finding what you came looking for. Food court is sufficient, and has some decent options. All in all, a decent shopping mall, and a great example of the shopping malls of yesterday. read more

This mall has to rank as one of the top 10 worst malls I've been to. The interior was ok! I'm surprise that it's even a Simon mall! Been to much better ones then this. The stores were mostly boring! No Nordstrom and their Macys was just okay. My biggest problem with this mall was that there was no place to rest. They had all these empty spaces but it was missing any couches and benches that you normally see in malls. Their food court was pretty nasty too. I even saw one vender which had been shut down by the health department. I guess this would not be a mall I would ever go back unless they remodel it and bring in better shops. read more

Pheasant Lane Mall - Shopping Centers Near Me - Nashua, New Hampshire

I visited this mall during the pandemic. A few stores were open and were not crowded. Logistics were inconvenient. Target had their doors to the mall closed on both the first and second floor. There was also a big line of cars around Chik-fil-a blocking traffic. The A/C was not on and it was stifling walking around with a mask on. Even if all the stores were open the selection is not as good as at Burlington Mall to the south or Merrimack Premium Outlets to the north. However, I do appreciate Simon Malls reopening so people have the choice to do in store shopping if they wish. read more

The Pheasant Lane Mall is a very large mall with a clean design. It's right on the border of New Hampshire/Massachusetts. So if you're in MA and want no sales tax go to this mall for not tax. There's Dick's Sporting Goods, JCPenney, Macy's, Sears, & Target as main department stores. The mall is two floors and has a decent food court with Chick-Fil-A, China City, D'Angelos, Taco Bell, & more. The place is more upscale than the Mall of New Hampshire & Steeplegate. It has a lot of variety in stores, and I'd come back here again. read more

Here's a mall I've been going to since I was a kid and even the mall where I used to hang out at on weekends when I was a teenager. It's great to come back to it and see that it has progressed a lot and into a nicer mall through the years. It's not immaculate like the mall here in San Diego or anything, but for New England standards of a mall, it's pretty nice, I will give it that. read more

I love this mall! My favorite one yet This mall has got to be the best mall I've been to for a long time, and there are three reasons why. 1. It has a Target inside! It also has an F.Y.E & a Newbury Comics! It has really good stores that are affordable and not them knockoff chains found in other malls. It's quite odd though that I saw 2 Game Stops in the mall, one at each end. I find that kind of ridiculous.. but then again, we're living in a capitalist society aren't we? 2. The food court is amazing! Great selection with a lot of different styles of cooking. I was kind of bummed that they didn't have a Dunkin Donuts.. but then I just saw it in a different part of the mall! My eyes lit up so fast that I blinded the people nearest to me when I spotted it. 3. And the best reason is that everything is TAX FREE! Whoop whoop! for someone who spent most of their lives in Tax hell holes like California and Massachusetts.. that was an awesome perk. Loved it! The parking is plentiful and the crowd was pleasant. I would definitely be coming here often. read more

Wow, this mall is great! My friend keeps telling me that malls are a 20th century concept, and while I agree with him, going to the mall is just so much fun. They really do have everything here: sports stores, a game stop, target, clothes, electronics, a food court, etc etc. On that note, the food court is kind of lacking, due to it having only a handful of options: a taco bell (shudders), a burger king, a generic Chinese restaurant, and so on. Still, it doesn't deter people from coming here. The thing I like the most about the mall is the Dick's sporting goods store, which has an impressive array of products in stock. Virtually any sporting brand you can think of is represented here, and all for a decent price. True, you can get any of these things over amazon and in two days basically, but the mall 1. has clearance sales 2. you pay no sales tax! This brings me to another point, which is the fact that none of NH pays any sales tax, so people come to this mall all the time from out of state. This place is actually situated right on the NH side of the NH/MA border, so it's easy to imagine this place was built with Massholes in mind. Honestly, while going to the mall is an outdated concept, it is still terrible fun. The only drawback to this one is that there is no movie theater. read more

I complained to the woman attendant at the guest services center last week that the music was too loud in the mall lounge areas. Her answer was that it "was still early in the day and as more people come into the mall the music wouldn't seem so loud". I would highly recommend that the management train their customer service reps to answer guests concerns more appropriately. I don't like to shop in a crowded mall in order to not have my ear drums assaulted! read more

Nice Mall but keep clear of Debby's Pet Land! I walked in and was horrified to see the filthy conditions the animals were kept in. I said something to an apathetic employee about the unhealthy conditions. The weasel of a manager made a false shop lifting call to mall security to get back at me. Of course they found nothing in my bag. Let's hope this store/ Puppy Mill get's shut down soon. The mall security guards were very unclear when approaching me. I had no idea why they were cornering me, it took them a while to state what their intentions were. It seemed like a weird harassment at first. But it was just the actions of pathetic little puppy mill proprietor. read more

This is a decent mall. It looks like they've made some renovations inside, which makes strolling around much more pleasant. The carpeting on the upper level helps to the volume of background noise as well as provide more comfortable walking. The layout is unusual enough to be interesting. I would have liked to see some additional areas for sitting and resting in the more common areas. It has your typical variety of anchor and "mall-style" stores otherwise. read more

Granted, I didn't spend that much time in this mall, but from what I hear--it's cleaned up a lot! It is the closest mall to Boston for glorious no tax on EVERYTHING. (When I first came to New England and purchased my first sweater--or whatever--from Providence, my eyes lit up when I saw 29.99... SANS TAX... so imagine that times FIFTY when I see electronics, etc. ringing up for whatever price... SANS TAX!) And while Chick-Fil-A has acted in some morally ambiguous ways as of late... I was able to introduce my partner to their amazing spicy chicken sandwich with pepperjack cheese and those phenomenal waffle fries. I just can't help it. I love their food. I grew up with it. And to this day, I maintain that it's the BEST fast food chicken sandwich out there. But if I agree with its CEO is a completely different story. Anyway! There are some good stores in this mall, and I snagged a few great deals while here, so I'm looking forward to coming back one day. It's worth it to make the trek up, in my opinion, if you're going to invest in something big. Overall, a fine mall! read more

Really the only reason to come here is to buy some tax free goodies, when it opened in the Eighties it was a state of the art mall, now it is ver ymuch dated with no real stand out stroes & appaling food choices. I was however the first place i ever tried Hagan Daz Belgian Chocolate Chocolate ice cream & for that reason & that reason alone it remains a fond memory for me! read more

Has a food court, which I was surprised by. The Yaki Japanese line also has Sushi and pretty reasonably priced hibachi (rice and noodle options). The are multiple entrances to this mall obviously, parking wasn't terrible. The reason it only gets 3 star is that it's underwhelming, at least it has a Macy's I suppose. This mall has a Sears and I don't remember when was the last time I saw a Sears in any mall. I heard the mall in Burlington is higher end, and has more stores, so I will be checking that out. I will come back here if I am ever in Nashua and need to go to Macy's or grab some food at the food court. Otherwise, it's just a mediocre mall. read more

This mall has some decent stores, but needs a whole lot of revamping. There's a lot of empty spaces, only one sit-down restaurant, and the interior design is outdated. I think if they made these changes, and brought some other decent stores in, it would attract a lot of business. This mall is a good go-to for shopping, especially for Massachusetts residents trying to dodge the sales tax. I just came from the Burlington Mall and it's gorgeous! And packed. They have good stuff going on there. It's too bad they won't do something about Nashua. P.S. I thoroughly appreciate Target. read more

I like this mall, but I might be partially biased because there's a lot of carpeting and it's gentler on my feet. Architecturally there's nothing stupendous or outstanding about the Pheasant Lane Mall. If anything it feels a little dated. The interior is a bit peculiar in that there's a food court, but other eateries are kind of sprinkled throughout randomly. I suppose when spaces are vacant and you want to fill it with a business you can't be too picky. I do like this mall because there's a lot available, and the parking isn't too bad. Having the Target is also a big plus, and there's enough variety that you can get a lot of shopping done without having to go elsewhere. read more

I know I shouldn't give this place five stars, but it's left an indelible impression on my psyche, the holy grail of my childhood. I went to elementary school in Tyngsboro and Nashua was always just a hop skip and jump away. The Pheasant Lane Mall is the centerpiece of Nashua's shopping paradise. When I was younger it was a place to bring my dad so he might possibly buy us toys or food. There was an awesome waitress at the Friendly's which used to be in this mall. As I got older it was a place where maybe I would see a girl that I had a crush on. Of course I would just see her and not say anything. Seeing was enough back then. This is where my dad saw an Abbysinian at Debby's Petland and became infatuated with the "Egyptian" cat so much that he decided to go ahead and get us one from a way more reputable breeder. Only magic like this can happen at the Pheasant Lane Mall. read more

No bells, no whistles. It's b-o-r-i-n-g. I was here in July of 2013. I think it's boring. I wish they would add more stores. Why not add a Pottery Barn? How about a Crate and Barrel? I like this mall. I was here, again, last weekend. It's big - got 2 huge floors, lots of different stores, some good big stores too (Target, etc) AND no sales tax!!! Some salespeople in some of the stores are lazy and will more than likely block your way down a crowded isle talking to their buddy, instead of helping you find that shoe you're looking for - but - yay retail america! But I like this mall and usually find something worth my search. Found some decent sneakers at Payless - American Eagle brand, no less. Cool. read more

The Pheasant Lane Mall has some good stores, but overall, there aren't many there that interest me. The place reeks of cheap perfume and cologne, no doubt a result of all the groups of teenagers meandering about. I am a huge fan of the crackdown on loitering teens, especially the rule that says that you can't congregate in groups of 5 or larger. Is that constitutional? Probably not, but it does make for a more comfortable shopping experience. As far as anchor stores, this place has a Target (sweet!) and a couple other of the biggies, like JCPenney, Sears, and Macy's, but it is severely lacking in a Best Buy-like store. There's also no Old Navy which is somewhat inconvenient. There is an Old Navy in a plaza a little further down the street and I think there may be a Best Buy, too, but I just wish they were in the mall. Dining options in the mall are a little limited, with the food court and Joe's American Bar & Grill the only eateries to choose from. Overal, an ok mall for all your tax free shopping needs, but I prefer Burlington or North Shore. read more

Tax free. Moving ahead compared to what it was like 5 years ago. This mall recently underwent a slight remodel and has definitely improved. For the longest time, the department store where Filenes used to be remained a vacant eyesore, as was several stores throughout the mall. The economy was in the dumpster which probably explains it, but the appearance was a little raggedy there for awhile. Tax free. Recently, the place has been improving. It is not the largest mall, but the mall itself is located in a area that is literally plagued with tax-free business's, so if you can't find what your looking for around here, you should have your head examined. The addition of Newbury Comics put a big smile on my face. Tax free. read more

Pheasant Lane Mall is one of the prettiest mall. And, it's continually growing and remodeling. The mall it self, is huge with plenty of stores. It has everything that is needed from sports gears to jerseys, make up, clothes, shoes, jewelery, and yummay food. It is a clean and friendly environment. It gets really pretty during the holidays with the lights, trees, and Christmas decoration. The mall just makes everything feel so "pheasant" :P It can get a little busy with parking spots are harder to find and it may not be like the malls in California, but the mall is great! One of my favorite malls in New Hampshire! Best thing that I love about Pheasant Lane is that New Hampshire is tax-free! A+++ read more

Pretty decent sized mall. I've been going here since I was a kid. There's restaurants, food court, ample selection in shopping. I was there the other week and they actually were selling "Sugar Bears/Gliders" right in the middle of the mall. The gathered a ridiculously large crowd and while I was standing there they sold 2 at $485 a piece. This mall is great to walk around in if your bored and get some exercise. With plenty of window shopping available and people to watch it's a great way to kill some time on a rainy day. 9/10 read more

This is one of my favorite malls to shop at. It has stores I like going to like FYE, Newbury Comics, Target, and others. Really the only downside is there are not many places at this mall I like to eat at. Burger King, Pizzeria Regina, Joe's, all those places I liked eating at are now long gone. But I mostly come here for shopping, so I won't worry so much about coming here for eating out. read more
