Just about every shop had customers and the food court was very busy. It has a good mix variety if shops including bigger well known names and some smaller brands too. Food court offerings although we did not eat anything had some good looking choices too. The value/deals and service both depends on what stores you visit. Some stores we entered we were nicely greeted and others lacked that friendly touch. Overall a mall worth visiting for some buying or browsing.

First visit was a year ago and it's changed a lot in that year, even larger than it was before. Tuscan Village has many food/dining options as well as drinks including a wine bar, and even a large beer garden with plenty of seating. Variety of shopping places too from big names including LL Bean, Williams Sonoma to smaller spots like an art studio that was even hosting a water painting class. Lastly they have some hotels, apartments and more housing too. A worthwhile destination for those looking for a specific destination here or just wanting to explore the vast offerings here. Most won't understand the comparison, but to me this feels like what Rock Row in Westbrook Maine wants to be (still in progress so we will see what it becomes).

But when I arrived at the Rockingham Mall, unfortunately the boots were not my size, but 1/2 size too big. Many thanks to Paola for calling multiple stores to locate the boots for me. Finally she located them in Florida, and had them shipped. I am so happy! Paola did a great job, and is very customer service drive. I cannot thank her enough for helping me get these boots!

For Christmas, I had picked out a Michael Kors bag that I thought would fit my work needs…read more Unfortunately, although advertised as the laptop bag, it did not fit my laptop (13" Macbook Air). When I went to the Salem store, Maria was working and helped me right away. She listened to my needs and what I was looking for and went right away to get some options. She came back with 2 different bags for me to look at and compare. She let me put my laptop and all my belongings in the bags to try them out. She then went and found a 3rd bag that I might be interested in. She spent all her time focused on just me and my family, not other customers. Maria made sure that all my needs were met and that I found a bag that I would enjoy and use. She also took pictures of my computer in the bag that is advertised as a laptop bag to share with her manager to try to fix this issue. I highly recommend the Salem Michael Kors store and ask for Maria!

I have even been asked here if I needed help in the soda aisle. Some might be annoyed by this, but I saw it was an employee actually caring about a customer; a rare thing these days for sure! If I had a complaint, it would be that some items get picked clean pretty quick. This isn't exactly shocking, as I am sure others have the same idea we do what with the tax free mentality.

I ordered a drive up order since I have a sick toddler. I forgot items and made a second order 30 minutes later. The second order was ready 5 hours later and had to be picked up by the end of the day. The first order was ready the next morning and I had til Friday to pick it up. Why the first one was ready second, I do not understand. I ordered 2 guaranteed pickup since I needed the help with the groceries, but when I arrived, the drive up "is unavailable." They could easily just turn off the feature as other stores have done. Save the headache and go to Methuen, or just skip all targets.

Whenever I need of some men's dress shirts, ties, and dress pants, I'll sometimes check out Marshalls at The Loop when I'm in the area. This is a typical Marshalls store which offers women's fashions, men's clothing, kids clothing, shoes, housewares, toys, packaged food, luggage, and other miscellaneous stuff at discount prices. Like over in "sales tax free" NH, clothing is also tax free in MA, but the other merchandise such as housewares, toys and luggage has a 7 percent sales tax. I've found the selection of dress shirts at this store is pretty good, but the selection of dress pants in my size seems very limited compared to the Marshalls in South Nashua, NH. Also, the luggage selection is okay, most full size luggage is $89.99-$99.99. I purchased new luggage recently, but ended up going to the TJ Maxx in Londonderry, NH where there was a better luggage selection and I picked up a 29" Samsonite Luggage case for $99.99 (tax free), way cheaper than Macy's. I check out Marshalls and TJ Maxx (different stores) often since the merchandise changes frequently and I'm ready to score some good deals!

However, if I have the choice to pick another Marshalls to go to, I do so and only go to this one if I'm in the Loop. Employees are decent, but very hit or miss. Sometimes you see the lovely, polite employees and sometimes you run into the rude ones that blab to other employees loudly instead of focusing on the customers. The store also could definitely be more organized. Also it's very disappointing how much inventory is stolen from this location. I was in the makeup isle and the amount of empty boxes was quite sad.
