Every time I go into that store, there's a certain area I like to go into the electronic store where the headphones and all that kind of stuff is every time I go there it is blocked but other items on carts every single time I go there to look at anything of that item they have other items blocking the view of those items I would say this is in proper management because these things are quite pricey and range and these are the things I enjoy most in life and I can't even see them Guess what I'm gonna avoid your store for that reason avoid everything I did with that Company has returned to you 100% un satisfactory. Too high of prices on low quality, junk, and no real answers to what you're doing. Zero tolerance for junk and blocked items in your store that are most necessary. I'm super upset about how the target workers responsibility level. I had a target worker swear multiple times at a ten year old girl for moving a box on a shelf. I get that she shouldn't be moving a box but she's only 10 and doesn't know better. she also said thing to her like "your parents didn't raise you right" and "you look like you loosing some hair up there". We handed Michelle the cashier at the self check out a $20 bill for one a travel size lotion. She only handed a few dollars back. Our change would've been much greater that a few dollars We told her that we gave her a $20 and she said that we gave her a five and that we shouldn't pay cash anymore and walked away. We tried to talk to customer care and they said they would reach out the next day when they able to collect the video footage. They never reached out. Several days later we went back and they said who ever has access to the cameras is out of town for the week and that they would get back to us before we left town. Never did. We left a separate review stating all of this and they said that this would be taken care of and customer service is their top priority. Nothing was resolved. We still don't have our money to this day. So if any one uses cash. Keep a good eye on it because it seems like to pick pocket. read more

I can't stand this Target. The shelves are constantly bare. Target.com will say they have things in stock but they don't. The mannequins always have clothes on the. That aren't available in the store. There are never enough people working registers so, unless you go as soon as the store opens or late at night, there's regularly lines all the way past the registers. It'd help if the cashiers didn't spend 10 minutes chit-chatting with customers, and the credit card computers weren't so slow. read more

I couldn't possibly complain about this Target. It was clean, it was bright, it was well stocked. I was able to pop in and grab the couple of things I needed without trouble and then pay for them. It's not quite a SuperTarget, but they do have large grocery and frozen departments with some fresh vegetables and some meats. I normally enjoy this location, until yesterday. I'm in line at the self checkout and the female employee is talking-to a male about how she had to get carriages for two hours. She is VERY LOUD!!! She starts yelling about how she drank 4 waters, and she doesn't even like water. It was so awkward for me and the other people in line. This is one of the best Target stores. EVER! SO organized. SO clean. SO new. and SO friendly. There is really NOTHING they could possibly do to make the East Marlborough Target better, and the other store in Marlborough NEEDS to be more like this store (as it has some major things to work on!). Staff are all friendly: Jake at the service desk was very friendly and helpful with a price-match that I had, and the people throughout the store were just as helpful and friendly. The store (as I said) is super clean, organized, and is fully stocked, and isn't ever very crowded (being the only city with 2 Targets in the state). Good parking lot and convenient access from Route 20 East and Dicenzo Blvd. Great store that would definitely be my preferred if I lived in the area. This target opened a few months ago and it has a lot going for it. 1. It is a super Target that offers an extensive grocery section (although it won't replace the grocery store) 2. The employees keep the store very clean - it still feels new 3. Because it's set back from the road or perhaps because it is new the store is usually not busy which means infrequent shopping cart jams or long lines As always there is a downside to Target but not specific to this store. Target always seems to cost more than Walmart so if price is your No. 1 priority than you probably want to skip the store. But if you like Target and have been waiting for one to open nearby then you certainly won't be disappointed (except for the Starbucks - but that's for a different review). read more

One year later, I am back and the same f'in thing happened again! This time i had my kids in tow. We had our overflowing cart broken into two transactions. The first, abut $165 went thru no problem. The second, about $330, there was an error with the chip reader. After 5 times, it wouldn't go thru. I called my bank and verified it was an approved charge. They had flagged it as fraud due to the number of tries. They cleared it and said i was all set. We tried again on 3 different registers, tried re-ringing all of the merchandise, and tried manually entering the card. The problem is on Targets end. This is a disaster. Again, 2 hrs of my time that I cannot get back. I left the second part of my order and am now going home with no Christmas lights, what i was planning on doing for the rest of the weekend. And i will have to trek back to another store tomorrow to attempt to buy all these again. I lost 2 hrs, I missed an event tonight with my kids because this ate up so much time. Not to mention, I lost my mind. I will say that the staff tonight was marginally more helpful than last year. And they did give me a $25 gift card for my trouble. Jury is still out on if that is suitable for my frustration. Target Corporate, you have some work ahead of you. Between last year and this year, you lost $1000 of business from me. That may not be a lot to you, but to the average household that is a ton of money! read more

I decided to go to target tonight late and I just wanted to take a moment to recognize a worker that helped us out at the self checkout line. His name was Francisco an older gentleman with salt n pepper hair and he was very polite. Not only that one of our items weren't registering so he allowed us to give the price which was a dollar less I believe cause we were unsure. Regardless with an organization as large as Target I think it's great to see an employee provide that kind of service still and I will absolutely be going back there because people buy from people and remember a great service when they receive one. This particular Target is pretty nice. The staff is friendly, it's clean, and the location is convenient. Groceries and other household needs in one place is a great draw. The prices are slightly higher than other area grocery stores, but not enough to really matter. The only problem is selection. There is no bakery, deli, meat counter, or seafood counter. Produce is extremely limited. I do like that they have a store brand available. I would say their private label food items are better quality than other stores. They also have a bulk buy section that's great for stocking up on things we run out of quickly. The bulk pricing is nice too. I would love to give this more stars, but going back to the lack of selection I just can't. A slightly expanded produce, bakery, meat/seafood section would make all the difference. For a quick trip to the store it's nice to have though. read more

The actual store is fine, clean and stocked. Just as you would expect from a target. Some of the employees however are horrible. Luckily some of the most troublesome and bitchy employees have been fired (she now works at CVS in Sudbury). I was there once and an employee yelled at my friend to stop texting, she had mistaken her for another employee. Ridiculous mistake to make, to yell at a customer for using their phone is unheard of. read more

This is the best Target out of the other two in Marlborough, always stocked and ready to go. Every time I walk in there and appear dumbfounded, an employee is always there to help me out. The only concern I have about all the Target stores I have been to is, when there are multiple customers in line there's usually only one to three registers open, it's a rather pain. This Target is right around the corner for me and gets visited frequently. I like it because it's usually empty, has a big grocery section and has a Starbucks in the front. The store is always clean and the staff friendly. If I were to nitpick, I'd say that the produce can be hit or miss some times. Also every now and then they are completely out of cream. This is my favorite Target in the area. Always plenty of close parking, the store is neat and clean, and the lines move quickly. My recent great experience involved the sales person in the electronics department. I was looking for a hard-to-find smart key battery. I've looked in several stores, and even though Target did not have it, he referred me to another store in Marlboro that did. Attention to customer service does not seem to be a priority for many businesses, so I like to return to those places that do it well. read more

I am usually an avid target fan over any other store of its type but my experience to day was horrid! When I walked in I had to walk through a group of team members all standing around in a group talking, not one of them welcomed me or asked if i needed assistance. I shopped around and saw most all team members just lolly-gagging around and chatting it up. I was still not approached . I found my items and made my way up to the registers. At this point this took a even worse turn. I was paying with check because my debit card is being replaced. The older woman that was ringing me up asked if i wanted a target debit card. i explained how i was all set and just didn't have another form of payment for the day. She then said " Then you are pretty stupid not to sign up, its like you don't care about your money." I was appalled.
