Wayside Country Store has a great selection of Linda Lou sink strainers, my mother was searching for a few designs she didn't own yet and we found them on Wayside Country Store's website. We placed an order for four different strainers (hummingbird, kitty, fishy & butterfly) but due to a storm and outage the store was unable to process the order. I gave them a call and they happily processed my order over the phone. They were extremely apologetic and friendly. Once the shipment arrived we found that we had received two kitty strainers and no fishy strainer. I emailed their customer service and they immediately offered a replacement or credit. We asked for a replacement stating we'd be happy to pay for it (just hoping maybe Wayside could cover shipping) however they shipped out a replacement to us at no cost. We will be ordering again!

As I walked over to the JellyCats section, another associate approached me as if I was going to steal the jewelry. This made me feel disrespected and uncomfortable. When I entered the store and went to the jewelry section, I felt like all eyes were on me as if I was going to do something illegal. So, if you plan to look at jewelry in this location, be prepared for them to assume you're going to steal it.
