My Mom passed on recently. I brought in her clothes on 2 occasions totaling 4 laundry baskets of beautiful clothes my Mom owned. She had very good taste. They send their clothes to a warehouse to get inspected. I only got 22 dollars for everything. BUYER BEWARE. Someone is stealing at the warehouse where they inspect. 2 baskets of clothes dropped off over 2 and 1/2 months ago are still not processed and hasn't even hit the floor for sale yet. Very poor turn around and they need more staff. Along with that the Owners refuse to have a return policy in place even now having online video shopping? Where one can seemproducts to purchase but still can't see, feel or try them on. They organize everything by size which makes things easy, but there's SO MUCH STUFF in the store that it's hard to move around (absolutely not handicap accessible) and when you try to slide hangers to look at one particular item they don't budge because there's so much on the racks. I have been here a few times and they have a big variety. Some consignment shops I've been to are very small and packed with clothes. This place has a lot of space and everything is sorted and organized. There are also a lot of toys as well and they even have a section with used furniture and home goods. They even have an area with a TV and some toys for kids to play while you shop. read more

I love consignment shops. I almost refuse to pay full price for anything. But this place charged me MORE than full price. All I purchased was a plastic measuring cup for $3.50. I brought it home and proceeded to peel off the Cutie Patutie's sales tag to find the original Christmas Tree Shop sticker underneath, with a price of $3.00. I get so annoyed with this place. I have brought in women's clothes, blankets and junior's clothing only for them to go through them with a fine toothed comb and tell me, because of one speck on them, they can't take them. Then I go in to the little boys' section and am sifting through grass stained pants, clothes with huge rips in them, clothes that are SO outdated and down right ugly and I even saw a sweater with a gob of gum stuck on the back. I mean, really?? The women's section seemed to be the same way. Totally faded, worn out clothes with elastic that is completely gone, and things that just shouldn't be up there anyway (a belly shirt with hot pink triangles?) And to top it off, they want too much money for these items. I'm sure they enjoy the huge tax write off of sending all of the stuff that doesn't (and won't) sell to donation. read more

I was looking at the maternity section and they had second hand, pilly sweaters, but they were priced at like 15 bucks, which I think is rediculous for hand me downs... try 10 bucks and under. read more

For handme down clothes they are quite expensive, i understand they are more name brand clothes, but you only seem to get a good deal if the clothes have been there for a while and are really marked down, now they do have a free art class once a month which is kinda cool, alot of it is baby items, nothing really for teen boys or adults, nothing for shoes really, my daughter liked 2 dresses but we couldn't get them because of the price, the do sell some cool toys but those are full price, not bad if you can afford them read more

Gotta love this place! I go here first for all my daughters clothing before I step foot in a retail store. I love the quality and standards they have for their consigned clothes. I find everything from Christmas dresses to rain boots. I always go to the store with a specific item I need and it is rare I leave without what I came for. Not impressed at all. After seeing an ad for Cutie Patutie's in one of the Bay State Parenting magazines, I decided to trek out to Leominster and see what it was all about. The positive? Huge assortment of clothes to choose from. The negative? There is minimal baby equipment. I spotted an old school double stroller, two infant car seats, and that was it. If you're looking for car seats, strollers, play yards, cribs etc.. don't waste your time, they don't have them. If you're strictly looking for clothes, you may have better luck. read more

I love this place both as a shopper and a consigner. What I like best is the huge variety of women's clothing and shoes! I never have time to shop for myself so most of my clothes come from here, and I can consign my own clothes here, too. The only tough thing is shoes- they only accept new-looking kids shoes for consignment and are so picky that there is hardly a selection for kid's boots and shoes at all. Other than that, I have had good luck finding used clothes at good prices for both my kids and myself here and so I come here often! read more

I am so disgusted with this place and the experience I had consigning with them. I brought in boy's clothes, mostly barely worn, many brand names, all freshly cleaned enough the fill seven baskets. I chose to consign thinking I would do better than selling it at a yard sale. BIG MISTAKE. First, I brought the items in August and they supposedly never hit the floor until the end of October. Now the end of January, I have made all of about $26 and no explanation whatsoever about what went out for sale or what has been "donated". No idea where they donate or any proof it was. Do they get my tax writeoff for donating? Then I asked for a list of what sold and the girl who was apparently new printed off a list showing the sell price - which totaled more than what my 40% added up to. The manager said I never should have seen the report and it was a mistake, not what they really sold for even though that's clearly what the report showed. Complete BS. Never ever again. Coming from someone who previously owned a consignment store on the up and up for many years, I have no idea how they stay in business. Think twice before consigning here. read more

I stop by here 2 to 4 times a month and every time I come in here there is always something new. Sometimes it is a hit or miss. But generally I always seem to find something I am looking for or could use. They have very nice home decor that is in great condition, because they don't except items that are not in good shape. Prices sometimes can be higher than what I want to pay so I tend to wait a while longer in hopes that I can get it at a lower price after a month or 2 if its still there. I also do consigning with them which is nice because your credit allows you to put that credit towards items you want when you dont have the cash on you. This is by far my favorite consignment store in the area. keep up the good work ladies. Your displaying of the items makes it sell better than just being put on a shelf covered with dust AND NOT REARRANGING THEM IN A WAY WHERE IT WOULDN'T GET A SECOND LOOK FROM MOST. read more

HUGE fan of Cuties! You can't beat their prices on second hand children's clothing. The store is huge and constantly changing. It's a different store almost everyday. They keep current with the seasons and everything is well organized to make it simple to run in and grab what you need. In the back of the store there is a t.v. with a children's movie playing so your little one can be entertained while you shop! i need to put the word out there!!!!! Do not bring stuff to in cutiepatuties in leominster i brought almost brand new winter Sperry boots. They are quite expensive. I was hoping I could get some money to buy my daughter fall clothes. When I went today I asked why I never saw them on the shelf. The lady I spoke to looked at the file and said they donated them. they said they where not up to their standard. These where almost new !!! I was so upset because I wish they called me before they did this. I know if I sold on a yard sale or different consignment shop I would of made money, this is my fault. I'm not new to the area and thought this was a reputable place. When i went to pick up all my stuff i asked for my brand new co-sleeper i dropped off there. This item was brand new. Not even out of the package. It didn't hit the floor to sell as well. So after much research and posts.. I heard many people with similar stories. My boots didn't even make the shelf.
