Even after first nice sales person told her I was waiting. Was given a bra that didn't fit, at all. Person supposed to take care of my appt continued to other dressing room to 2nd customer while I as trying one on. Think because I showed up in jeans and tee, not dressed up, she didn't realize was about to drop cashola to get right products. First sales person tried to convince me to stay (she was very nice), but, was miffed how 2nd sales person supposed to help with my first time ever appt, didn't handle. Won't waste time going back. Didn't mind waiting a few minutes, but being ignored, didn't make good impression, especially when ready to make investment.

Evidently, the salesperson doesn't understand how you get long-time clients is by treating each and every customer like they were rather than they are expendable and not worth their time. I selected one bra. Normally good salespeople will ask would you like additional items in that size or a different type. Nope, not this salesperson; because she was too busy picking out items to try on for her other client. I was willing to spend some decent money on a good set of bras. I reluctantly bought the one and really should have just left without buying anything. I will not be back.

I recently went to the store to purchase a few tops for my daughter. I was assured by the…read moresalesperson the items could be returned if they did not fit properly. The tops needed to be returned because they did not fit. When I went back to the store with the receiptI, I was informed that they could only be returned for store credit. The salesperson showed me the yellow sales receipt stapled to the cash register sheet. On the yellow paper receipt was stamped "returns for store credit only". My issue is that the yellow store receipt was not submitted to me for review prior to running my card through for payment. There is no way I would purchase anything for Store Credit Only.
