    Very nice person on phone made my appt today and also greeted me when I entered today. Despite…read morehaving appt for "fitting", when I entered store another customer came in after, who received hearty greeting and spent time talking about her home renovations with 2nd sales person supposed to take my appt, while I stood waiting to be acknowledged by 2nd sales person. Even after first nice sales person told her I was waiting. Was given a bra that didn't fit, at all. Person supposed to take care of my appt continued to other dressing room to 2nd customer while I as trying one on. Think because I showed up in jeans and tee, not dressed up, she didn't realize was about to drop cashola to get right products. First sales person tried to convince me to stay (she was very nice), but, was miffed how 2nd sales person supposed to help with my first time ever appt, didn't handle. Won't waste time going back. Didn't mind waiting a few minutes, but being ignored, didn't make good impression, especially when ready to make investment.

Perhaps it was unrealistic to expect that an appointment meant some level of individualized attention. Clearly the salesperson was more interested in the long-time client who walked in after me rather than honoring my appointment. Evidently, the salesperson doesn't understand how you get long-time clients is by treating each and every customer like they were rather than they are expendable and not worth their time. I selected one bra. Normally good salespeople will ask would you like additional items in that size or a different type. Nope, not this salesperson; because she was too busy picking out items to try on for her other client. I was willing to spend some decent money on a good set of bras. I reluctantly bought the one and really should have just left without buying anything. I will not be back.
