I understand if they're not up to par, but she very rudely put down some of my items. Her demeanor was very surly. And by the looks of the other reviews here, I'd say she wasn't just surly to me. Other than the staff, the products here are great. Prices are reasonable and clothes and jewelry are of very high quality for a consignment store. I missed out on selling my items here last season :( The workers seem very nice as well. I've never interacted with them other than checking out, but I've overheard their conversations with other customers and they seem friendly. Overall, a great place to shop for stylish secondhand clothes.

This woman couldn't pick me out of a lineup. As a full time antiques dealer, I'm totally horrified to have another business owner attack me, a perfect stranger, in this immature way. I'm a stay at home mum- I'm not working, so buying 5 articles of clothing and then some for $85 is a little insane. I only make $50 a week from my husband to spend on whatever I'd like. That's my issue though but to spend almost 2 weeks of allowance on minimal items in not so great condition? It makes me feel sad but I'm sure my toddler will love wearing them. So, thank you. I am still disappointed in the value of the old clothes and the new- as they're all far too expensive for the condition they're in.. and the new are more expensive then when they're new. I know your business has to make money, but the whole point of a hand me down store is to make sure your items are affordable. Unfortunately, I probably won't be back until prices lower because I just can't afford the prices.
