Ordered jeans that were on sale. It was my first time purchasing and I was happy to find an online boutique that I haven't shopped at before. I read the return policy and it said 14 days from date from purchased. I missed the fine print that said all sale items are final sale. I would have not purchased if it was final sale. I sent the jeans back because they didn't fit, still thinking I had 14 days to do so. Then I get a very abrupt email saying "We have gotten your return however as stated on our site (under return and exchanges) all sale items are final. We will need to ship these back to you or I can donate them." I understand rules are rules and this was my fault, however, I asked if they could make an exception. I would have even taken store credit or a different size. She stood firm and would bend. I have friends that own 2 different boutiques and they mentioned that there are rules, but they would make exceptions for customers for honest mistakes. Andover shop- Poor customer service, unfriendly. For the price points, I would expect associates who are more attentive. No greeting, no request for assistance . Good product and designers, but can get online or at the better department stores. read more

I have gotten the most beautiful shoes, boots, bags, and jewelry at SoleAmour. A somewhat hidden gem on a side-street in downtown Andover, this is a must-go-to shop especially if you are a shoe-a-holic. The staff is VERY helpful and I rarely walk out of there without something fabulous. I recently saw a bag that I wanted but it was just a little too big and the strap a bit too long. Stephanie, the owner, had one custom made for me...at the same price and it's perfect. I get compliments on any jewelry I've gotten there and I've also gotten beautiful gifts of earrings.
