They did contact me as they ran about 20-30 mins later than expected time but I was still thrilled as I called on a Monday late afternoon and my junk was gone by Tuesday morning!! They pressured me to schedule a date or lose that prices (they said I could cancel if I wanted, which I did easily). A friend recommended this company. First, they did not try to gouge me. They gave me a rate (under $100 BTW) - no pressure - and the guys who came were amazing and sweet (even took a small piece of furniture I was also trying to get rid of). I wanted to tip the guys but had no cash, but they had venmo so easy peasy.
