Rick's crew was professional, friendly, punctual, worked diligently throughout the project, and cleaned up at the end of every day (one of my pet peeves). I was very comfortable leaving them alone to work each day in our home. Rick was knowledgeable, easy to work with, and communicated well on every aspect of the job.....from selecting the product, to the timing of everything, to being very patient with all of my questions/concerns. (He even had one of his crew members fix a small section of my wood floor that needed repair. Perfectly done.) Rick's pricing was very fair, and we are thrilled with how the floor turned out. It was a pleasure to work with Rick and his team, and I would not hesitate to hire him and his team again for any future flooring needs.

I recently had to have carpets removed because the carpet had stretched and left " bumps" on the flooring. Cardoza came out and before long I had the carpet removed and replaced at no cost to me. They have not. As I walked into their store, there was one salesclerk and a customer. I browsed around the store for a few minutes and the clerk never acknowledged my presence. I did not expect her to stop waiting on this person, but I did expect a greeting or "Hi, I'll be with you in a few minutes." Nothing! She didn't even look at me. Needless to say, I won't be going there again and will take my business elsewhere.

He even drove back to the store and rescheduled our second installation because he wanted to make sure the job was done right. He even made two carpets for us out of the leftovers from the job free of charge! A big thank you to the Rug Depot owners. I wish every store was like yours. You guys are awesome.
