Not only did he over promise and severely under deliver on his services, but we came home to damaged and missing items and services paid for but not rendered. He was not able to rectify the situation when given additional time and has since stopped responding to my requests to discuss the situation. I have requested a refund so we can pay another company to do the work that he was unable to complete and have yet to receive a response. This was supposed to make life easier for two working parents with children and instead we are stuck with damaged appliances and a dirty house that is scheduled to be put on the market on Monday.

I received Email Confirmation a day prior to my upcoming appointment as a friendly reminder in the morning of, I got an email as well as a text message confirming the appointment. Tim arrived on time in a noticeably marked well kept company vehicle. He followed my instructions as to where to park. He was made aware that I do have two indoor cats which he said he loves cats. Tim was very professional appropriately dressed in a company logo shirt. He was respectful of my property. He worked with me in regards to a pricing change Which was very much appreciated. He did not have to do that that was above and beyond his service. I asked him about the product he was using which he said was an all green product because I wanted to make sure it was safe for my cat and he said it was safe for everything. I'm sure if I wanted to know more detail about what he was using. He would have provided that he also provided us with some booties to wear in our property. Once the cleaning was finished not to track in stuff on our freshly clean carpets.
