We had them install a new door at the entry from our garage into our house. When we asked for a quote, Kelly got back to us right away. She asked lots of questions about what we wanted, and then she gave us a quote and made sure we understood the scope of work and how long it would take. Once we accepted the quote, both Kelly and Ben came out to our house to measure and make sure everyone understood what was going to be done and how things would proceed. After we put down the deposit Kelly stayed in touch with us about the schedule and was even able to move up the start date because the door came in earlier than expected. Kelly and Ben showed up when they said they would, reviewed the details of the project, and blocked everything off to make sure that no dust or dirt would get into the house. Ben worked carefully and quietly, installing the door, the hardware and all the trim, and then painting everything to match the rest of our house. Once the work was completed and ready to be signed off, both Ben and Kelly did a walk though with us and made sure we tried everything out to be sure we were completely satisfied with the work. Once we agreed, they sent us the final invoice, which we paid by credit card with no fees. To say we are happy would be an understatement. We are EXTREMELY pleased and would recommend Rothrock with a 5-star rating. Their communication and workmanship are great, and they are wonderful people as well.
