Unprofessional from the get go. From the measurements, to the communication, to the customer…read moreservice, to the final product. We paid the premium price as we were looking for what their motto said. "Effortless" This was anything but. From a hard to read contract that had to be revised so many times it was hard to keep track. No itemization. don't know why. We were told it would take two days, and the installers would arrive around 8:30. I didn't know they lived 4 hours away and no way were they going to arrive at 8:30. They arrived at 2 pm with a variety of excuses from the company. The installers were actually the highlight. Turns out the measurements were wrong and the company said it was our fault somehow. So, after tearing out the old shower, they were not able to finish. They started every phone call with, I understand you are requesting a larger shower base. No, I want the correct shower base. When I said that no one has even said sorry, they said, because they haven't done anything wrong. So much for the customer is always right. I could go on, they finished a few weeks later. The final product was fine, not amazing, a little rough around the edges. Do not use this company.

Michael at Queen City was amazing and a pleasure to work with. He had the design done within minutes and the quote within a day. The quote was very reasonable and what we were hoping to spend. I can't say enough about Michael, John and Queen City Cabinets. Professional, courteous and a pleasure to work with! They still believe in true customer service. What a waste of time that was. We finally made our way to their place. The showroom is located in Pinardville plaza right next to Bartlett Elementary. If you are driving fast on Mast Rd. you might actually miss their store. They are right next to Bagg Lunch and Ubon Thai 2go. The showroom is very tastefully done and surprisingly big inside with many displays and samples to see. Zumra and Lisa are both very professional and both were great help with our project. Zumra worked on our design and even came out to our house to take measurements and was there for our countertops template and installation. Communication was superb and they made our project fun and stress free. We had them remodel our kitchen and 3 bathrooms. We Highly recommend them!

I selected Cabinets For Less for my kitchen remodeling project after getting quotes from 5…read moredifferent companies as well as going to a big box store. I was looking for standard-sized cabinets that were well constructed and would last a long time. After comparing the cabinets they carried, they appeared as good or better than the other brands I compared them to, and the price for the cabinets and countertop was extremely competitive. Best of all, I didn't get the unwanted sales push that I got from some of the other stores. The owner, Zumra, was extremely pleasant to work with and made several reiterations on the design of our kitchen from my and her ideas to get the best design possible, one that ended up being much better than I was originally expecting.

We said no cause we didn't know we needed one to have a question or 2 answered. And there were no signs anywhere saying you needed an appointment to talk with someone.
