Hardware was ordered before I had been asked to confirm. I was shocked to find out that it had already been ordered. We never finalized handles versus knobs and what we wanted where. Unfortunately, their layout and product all have random numbers assigned to them making it difficult for us homeowners to "check" that everything is correct. Ultimately, we were not provided with the correct pieces to finish out kitchen. We had to do multiple additional orders to get everything we needed (quarter round, molding, hardware, etc). The quality of the cabinets is as expected, not fantastic but not god awful. 2 of our drawers do not funtion properly and we were essentially told that they were out of warranty and they could not help us. Overall, not impressed and would likely not order from them again without going in with the intention of picking every single piece of cabinetry, filler, molding, etc, myself. Like someone else said in their review - "they will do anything to get your business upfront but as soon as you have an issue afterwards, you are on your own." Couldn't have said it better myself.

I bought a large bathroom vanity this summer (2024). The sales person Kaitlin P. was very pleasant…read moreand helpful as we ordered a specialty insert to add heating element storage requiring a different drawer on one side so it would fit. There were also ceiling cabinets that would be installed in a way that they'd sit on the counter top. She'd printed out a mock up of what it would look like and the set up was $2800 instead of the $6,000 I'd be quoted elsewhere. It arrived in time-fast forward 5 months, a missing plumber and a stroke in the family and we are finally installing the sink. The countertop does not fit with the ceiling cabinets and the bottom drawer will not fit the heating element. I go to the store with my elderly father, see her at the same desk, and start to explain what happened. She cut me off and was so unbelievably rude I immediately look to my left to see if the store manager that had been there this summer was there, he was not because she is now the store manager. She was a completely different person and no matter what the store policy is there is no reason to talk to people like that especially since I didn't come in with an attitude nor did I develop one despite the way she was speaking. She said through gritted teeth it was the "stores fault" (actually hers because she is literally the person that ordered it) but it was too late from time of sale so she'd call the corporate customer service line to see what could be done. I had initially walked in thinking "Oh good, it's that same helpful person from this summer. She'll help fix her mistake." But she turned into a completely different human being that shouldn't be in a position of customer service if she's going to behave that way unprovoked. I received an email a couple days later from her that was very professional but of course the cabinet could not be returned and the sink could only be returned with a restocking fee. It wasn't that I'm out the cost of that cabinet and have to figure out a replacement counter- there's no discount or any acknowledgment from a store manager because of this two mistakes she made on one order. It's one thing to be inexperienced and make mistakes (we've all done that) and quite another to speak in a way to your customer that makes them and the other store employees within earshot all raise their eyebrows because that interaction is so shocking. It was uncomfortable and unnecessary especially when you're in charge of the store and should be the example of how to behave. If you order any cabinets from this location, make sure your salesperson knows what they're doing, DO NOT ASSUME they were ordered correctly (check them at the store), and if you have to speak to the store manager: gird your loins because it might get ugly.

My wife and I built new construction on New Jersey's Long Beach Island. We had an Architect design…read morea new contemporary home with an open concept floorplan combining the kitchen, dining and living area. This design meant that the kitchen had to be the focal point of the home and had to flow with the rest of the living space. I searched online for modern kitchen design ideas using modern cabinet style. After an extensive search for cabinet designs, materials, and colors, we found Showplace Wired Cobalt and decided that was the look, color and functionality we wanted. After looking at examples from Showplace we found on their website, we saw an example of what we wanted to emulate which led us to the designer Diane Fleming at Norfolk Kitchen & Bath in Manchester New Hampshire. I contacted Diane and told her of our project in New Jersey (which was 354 miles away )and I sent her our architectural plans hoping that Diane would take on the presumably impossible task of designing our kitchen directly from the architect's drawings, our appliance measurements and zoom conferences with us. Much to our delight she accepted the challenge and she designed and rendered our kitchen on computer and did everything without once checking out the construction site! It was perfect! She made a trip down to New Jersey when the cabinets were delivered and spent two days with our installers making sure everything fit, every piece ordered was delivered and instructing the installers exactly where and how every piece fit together. She made another trip to New Jersey to make sure all was perfect and ready for staging and pictures. She was amazing! The kitchen is the centerpiece of the home, everyone who sees it is amazed at its construction, utility, and accessibility to everything a home cook needs. Diane designed it as if a chef were to be using the kitchen and that is exactly what we wanted. I cannot recommend Diane and Norfolk Kitchen and Bath more highly. The expertise, professionalism and customer service were and continue to be outstanding and working with Diane was an absolute pleasure.

What a waste of time that was. We finally made our way to their place. The showroom is located in Pinardville plaza right next to Bartlett Elementary. If you are driving fast on Mast Rd. you might actually miss their store. They are right next to Bagg Lunch and Ubon Thai 2go. The showroom is very tastefully done and surprisingly big inside with many displays and samples to see. Zumra and Lisa are both very professional and both were great help with our project. Zumra worked on our design and even came out to our house to take measurements and was there for our countertops template and installation. Communication was superb and they made our project fun and stress free. We had them remodel our kitchen and 3 bathrooms. We Highly recommend them!

I was looking for standard-sized cabinets that were well constructed and would last a long time. After comparing the cabinets they carried, they appeared as good or better than the other brands I compared them to, and the price for the cabinets and countertop was extremely competitive. Best of all, I didn't get the unwanted sales push that I got from some of the other stores. The owner, Zumra, was extremely pleasant to work with and made several reiterations on the design of our kitchen from my and her ideas to get the best design possible, one that ended up being much better than I was originally expecting.

I even would come back and look at it to admire it in the 2 months it took for the cabinets to come in. We did not get our cabinets there. We wanted to initially but they just seemed asleep at the wheel and like they didn't care whether we went with them or not and didn't help us to make decisions out of indifference. But whatever. We loved the marble slab and they would fabricate it, install it, etc., so fine. When I went to check out the slab a few days before they were to come--we went to see how they had laid out the template on the **2 slabs** we had picked and.......there was only one--and it was NOT the same slab we had picked and had been waiting all this time for. A worker confessed they had given the slabs to someone else and swapped out the slabs for a different lot. This lot, and the slots were darker and had lots of brown in it, which we did NOT want and we intentionally--as I said--had selected the slabs we wanted for the exact color of THOSE slabs. We had selected all the colors of the kitchen based on what we had selected. We picked the cabinets based on it, the backsplash, the wall color, the shelving, the flooring. The slab we wanted was shimmering luminescent sparkling white with streaks of green and blue-grey. This slab was opaque and none of the green or blue. The disdainful women sneered and said it was the exact slab/lot we had bought. I had photos of the original slab and showed them it was different. They lied to our faces and said with a shrug "Don't know what to tell you. You can pick something else but it'll be 12 weeks before we'd be able to schedule. " My Mom is 95 years old--back then she was 92--literally days before Thanksgiving, and we could not have plywood countertops for Thanksgiving and for 3 months subsequently. Plus, there was no comparable stone in their yard to what we had selected, so even if we decided to wait....they had no stone like the one we DID pick out. I started writing this review 3 years ago when this all happened and was so heartbroken I couldn't finish. Three years later....it still is awful and a massive disappointment. My Mom was going for her dream kitchen this late in life, and these ugly white and brown slabs that were NOT the slabs we picked have not improved. I wonder to this day who came along with a wad of money and convinced "Quality" Granite to give them OUR slab. Incredibly sad and kind of sickening. I am embarrassed when people pretend to like the countertops because they're not the magical sparkling counters my Mom fell in love with. Two stars because the installers did a great job and were polite and professional.
