Actually disgusting is being kind. I'm not sure what happened between going on contract and then for our walkthrough, but yeah... not good. Not good at all.. I was recommended this company though and wow. It's a different home! We were very close to ripping up all of the carpet to replace them, and we can now get at minimum quite a few more years out of them. Not only did this save us thousands, the gentleman (Chris) who cleaned them for us was very sweet, to us, our son and our pup. He also saw our time kitchen floors as I tiredly grabbed my mop and told me they also do tile cleaning. I will be booking the first appointment available! I wish i had before and afters, but take my word... amazing work. Highly recommend!!

Thank you, Paula, for being so nice & in-service and pro-active and thank you, John, for the amazing job on our YUCK carpet today. Custom Bath of Nashua did an outstanding job with our two upstairs bathrooms. Both needed total…read moreremodeling which included replacing a bathtub to a shower in one and tearing down walls and complete renovation of the other. I was totally impressed from the minute they came to our house to talk about the project. The owner, John Gallagher, came to our house with numerous suitcases full of samples. Every other company I called asked us to come to their showroom, we could select what we wanted, and then they would come out to the house to give an estimate. John brought the showroom to our house!!! We were able to make selections, go upstairs to the bathrooms and actually see what it looked like in that bathroom. Then, while we were discussing other options and issues, he sent the selections we made to a team that was able to render what we wanted so we could see it in the dimensions of our bathrooms. This totally blew me away as we could get real-time feedback and see what our bathrooms would look like. This totally sold us on hiring Custom Bath of Nashua. Then, to have the actual renovation done by totally professional craftsmen was above and beyond expectations. Outstanding craftsmanship by each team on the project and very courteous and clean. If I could give more than 5 stars, I would. I would certainly hire them again and highly recommend them to anyone. It is very clear that John Gallagher and his employees are proud of what they do and aspire to excellence in all they do. This is the quality of work we should all expect but is far too often not provided by many.

Appalling! The range is the range is the range. My guess is that the business is one of those slimy places that has no prices written down anywhere so they may scale the total based on what they think the customer would pay. My recent experiences with the paint department have been mediocre at best. They are extremely slow…read moreand obviously under staffed. I recently called-in my paint order and still had to wait 45 minutes at the counter to get service on a Friday , just to pick up my paint. To add insult to injury, I spoke up in frustration as a number of people came in after me and were served while I was still waiting. I was basically okay to wait until this happened. My suggestion is for you folks to is use a ticketing system similar to what grocery store deli's use. it's extremely simple...or, the paint department counter person could simply ask "who is next?" Leaving your customer to self-manage when they get service is always bad business.
