I was totally impressed from the minute they came to our house to talk about the project. The owner, John Gallagher, came to our house with numerous suitcases full of samples. Every other company I called asked us to come to their showroom, we could select what we wanted, and then they would come out to the house to give an estimate. John brought the showroom to our house!!! We were able to make selections, go upstairs to the bathrooms and actually see what it looked like in that bathroom. Then, while we were discussing other options and issues, he sent the selections we made to a team that was able to render what we wanted so we could see it in the dimensions of our bathrooms. This totally blew me away as we could get real-time feedback and see what our bathrooms would look like. This totally sold us on hiring Custom Bath of Nashua. Then, to have the actual renovation done by totally professional craftsmen was above and beyond expectations. Outstanding craftsmanship by each team on the project and very courteous and clean. If I could give more than 5 stars, I would. I would certainly hire them again and highly recommend them to anyone.
