I was totally impressed from the minute they came to our house to talk about the project. The owner, John Gallagher, came to our house with numerous suitcases full of samples. Every other company I called asked us to come to their showroom, we could select what we wanted, and then they would come out to the house to give an estimate. John brought the showroom to our house!!! We were able to make selections, go upstairs to the bathrooms and actually see what it looked like in that bathroom. Then, while we were discussing other options and issues, he sent the selections we made to a team that was able to render what we wanted so we could see it in the dimensions of our bathrooms. This totally blew me away as we could get real-time feedback and see what our bathrooms would look like. This totally sold us on hiring Custom Bath of Nashua. Then, to have the actual renovation done by totally professional craftsmen was above and beyond expectations. Outstanding craftsmanship by each team on the project and very courteous and clean. If I could give more than 5 stars, I would. I would certainly hire them again and highly recommend them to anyone. It is very clear that John Gallagher and his employees are proud of what they do and aspire to excellence in all they do. We purchased tiles from Artistic Tile, located in Nashua, NH on Sunday, 2/28/15. Ellie Melloy told us we would be receiving a phone call the following morning (asap) on 3/2/15. We never heard from her to place the order or for the update of our tiles, I had to call to follow up. I had the chance to call at 5:45 pm which made it too late for me to pick up the same day. I made alternate arrangements (had to send my parents)! They picked up the tiles and were given the wrong ones (pearl rather than slate) by Diane (the owner). Big difference! Diane told us to return to the store because they had made a mistake. "A MISTAKE!!" She made no attempt to offer any kind of compensation for making us return to the store for THEIR mistake...no discount or small credit for inconveniencing us....nothing at all! How inconsiderate can a business owner be?? This is her business, what they do everyday. Apparently business is slow, and I can understand the reason for this!! Disturbing, disappointing, and aggravating is the best way to describe our experience! Artistic Tile deserves a "0" rating. They do not attempt to make customers happy or to rectify their mistakes. I chose to write a review to save customers the frustration of dealing with this company, Ellie (a customer service rep.), and Diane. Diane is the owner...not accommodating or understanding by any means. Poor qualities to make a successful business owner. The wrong place to make a purchase too! There are tons of GREAT places for an immense selection of tiles. Artistic Tile 650 Amherst Street Nashua, NH 03063 www.theperfecttile.com 603-886-1920 read more
