They did contact me as they ran about 20-30 mins later than expected time but I was still thrilled as I called on a Monday late afternoon and my junk was gone by Tuesday morning!! I am so glad I called them and will definitely call the next time I need any type of junk removed. He enlarged the hole and he lied a few times about the status of the job when asked how far along he was. He did not complete the job, two other individuals had to do the sanding and the painting. A job that should have taken 4 to 8 hours to complete was finished in 26 days thanks to the help of those two other people who did the sanding and the painting at the last minute. This guy should never pretend to be a handyman. He should not pretend to be honest either because he is very dishonest! I will never hire him again! I wish I had the option to give him zero star!

Leo called and stated that they had found a place to donate it - which I had tried to do before setting up the appointment with them. I was really happy, as the piano was still in decent condition. They also requested to pick it up a day early so they could bring it to the donation site. Because of this I wasn't able to move the piano to the driveway, as previously planned. They came and assisted getting it down the porch stairs and loaded it up. Excellent experience, friendly, and professional. I recommend this company.
