The key to customer service is not so much avoiding problems (though that is important), but more so how things are handled when something goes wrong. While resolving our issue took time, everything was handled professionally by both you (the retailer) and Canadian Billiards (the manufacturer). When the first attempt at fixing our pool table bench was not satisfactory, there was no pressure or argument, just the desire to make it right. When spending such a large sum of money on a recreational item it is important to know that you stand behind your products and make sure the product delivered is as expected - perfectly new and without defect. They said corporate would handle damages and get the repair taken care of, and they called the support to start a claim. If I could give 0 to negative stars, I would. Because...GUESS WHAT?!!! Their claims department just denied our claim and tried to gaslight us, so they could be CHEAP and wiggle their way out of responsibility and liability for the damage they caused to our property. They claimed that the damage was due to "normal wear and tear" This situation has been infuriating. So the lesson here is, if you want to have your ORDER MISPLACED, then have the replacement DELAYED, have you PROPERTY DAMAGED upon said replacement, and then DENIED FOR REPAIR CLAIMS, Go with the Natick Bob's Discount Furniture.

Literally the first night, one of the screws on the bedframe was bent. Now this makes me wonder the person who was installing this was thinking "eh, they wont see this." Guess what....we saw it. So we called them to ask can they either send us a replacement part so we can fix it? No of course not. They needed a technician to stop by. That took 9 days. By the time the technician came, he fixed it under 5 minutes. Wonderful! But again, you could have just mailed it to us. We even showed them photos of what it looked like. So ridiculous. With the amount of money we spent on this, these team should have had an urgent need to take care of this ASAP. Not wait 9 days. (When retail, was about $11k!!) The pavers were great too. And BYL even delivered them down the narrow south end alleyway between abutting brownstones which was rediculously stressful. I thought my jaw was going to fall off. We couldn't even get pick up trucks down there! They brought a forklift on the back of the delivery truck, zipped right down and dropped the pallet EXACTLY where we needed it!!!! Needless to say, very pleased with our experience. We have since gone on to work with BYL for 4 projects. We have gotten to know the team very well. I think those businesses deserve our attention right now. Plus most of their pieces are made in the USA. They have a lot of good quality furniture that won't wear out in a year and many of the materials are sustainable. They have this great chaise in a fabric that can't be stained, even by ink! And it's gorgeous too. Alicia was my sales person and she was awesome. She was very helpful with color (which they have plenty of) and really listened to what I was looking for. In the end, I fell in love with the Venus-- a red velvet clamshell loveseat. It's a low pressure place and I was comfortable looking around without feeling like anyone was all over me trying to make me buy something. I was surprised to find out that they will come out to your house and design the layout for you. They help you pick out fabrics to match what you have and they don't try to make you buy everything, they will work with what you already have and try to make you happy. Alicia helped me figure out how to setup the room around the new piece. It looks perfect in my living room and it's comfy too! I would highly recommend Circle if you are in the market for any furniture or accessories. And they're having a floor samples sale right now, so it's a good time to go take a look.
