The customer service line was at least 10 people deep, the checkout line was about 20 people with only two registers open, the merchandise displays were a disorganized mess and their wifi went down for a short time (so they couldn't take returns or process purchases). Two years ago, I was diagnosed with a debilitating nervous system condition that has completely changed how I engage in fitness. But being the stubborn "gym rat" that I am, I have refused to give up lifting and sprinting. My condition has caused major changes in my gait, proprioception, and running mechanics, which have been causing me a lot of silly injuries. (Never believe that for a second). When you ask for the managers name the rep., did not know it and actually sounded more confused than I was. It was like talking to plants. one of the most ridiculous experiences of my life.
