After my consult with Dr. Davidson, it was the tipping point for me to make a decision to move forward and I'm so glad I did. Dr. Davidson took quite a bit of time to evaluate me, explain the various options available and also used software and digital photos to show me what my outcome could look like based on my goals and options. His entire staff from my initial phone call, the consult, the procedure itself and follow-ups have been flawless. Post surgery when I had questions that popped up, I would email Dr. D and send a photo of what I was concerned about and he responded almost instantaneously even on weekends. The atmosphere is extremely professional and efficient but at the same time each and every staff member I encountered was genuinely kind and personable. I've since been back for other services even though there are options closer to home. Highly recommended! Tips: GPS programming make sure you use Wellesley "Hills" and not just Wellesley Parking lot is confusing to get to. Enter from the side street and ignore what looks like barriers to the driveway to get to it.

From the very first moment I walked into the office, I was greeted with warmth, professionalism, and genuine care. Every single member of the team made me feel at ease, supported, and valued--through every pre-op, post-op, many phone calls with questions, and today's follow-up appointments. The office itself is pristine--clean, modern, and welcoming, with a calm and positive energy that instantly puts you at ease. But what really sets this practice apart is the people. The patient care team (from the amazing nurses to the friendly faces at the front desk--who greet me by name with a big smile every time) are simply phenomenal. They are kind, compassionate, and truly invested in your well-being. And then there's Dr. Davidson. He is incredible--kind, confident, and truly gifted. During my consultation, I came in with a long list of questions, and he had already answered every single one before I even had to ask. His bedside manner is unmatched--he exudes warmth, professionalism, and a calm confidence that instantly builds trust. I knew I was in the best hands. This entire process was seamless, and I couldn't have asked for a better experience or better results. I am beyond grateful to Dr. Davidson and his team--I cannot recommend them enough. 10/10 doesn't even begin to cover it!

She botched my liposuction procedure. When I tried to point it out to her and her staff, they tried…read moreto convince me it was my fault. They said I didn't follow post op procedures, which is not true. One arm looks great, the other awful. I cut a slit in the bottom of my arm garment, well below my elbow, where it was so tight around my lower arm muscle that my hands were going numb. They tried to tell me that was the reason my whole upper arm is messed up, even though the other arm is fine. They tried to convince me my messed up arm was actually fine and I must have body dysmorphia to think it is't. Only after I presented them with another Drs review of the work (which also confirmed it wasn't my fault) would they consider fixing it. She then did a fat transfer, but the tissue in my arm seems to be still so damaged from the liposuction (a year and a half later), that the fat transfer didn't take. I still have one liposuction wound that won't heal, a year and a half later, it still is scabbed. The other wound is deeply scarred on that arm, although the okay arm healed right away and the scars disappeared. Of course the office says I must have some kind of picking disorder. Everything, my fault. Of course when the office was selling the procedure they said they would laser any scars, which they didn't follow-through on. Now when I write them, telling them the fat procedure didn't take, for 3 weeks now I've been writing and sending photos, and I've been ghosted, no one writes me back. You may think that I must have gotten rude, but I tried to always be kind, I just wanted them to help and tell me what to expect with my healing and what was normal and what wasn't. If you ask AI what is wrong with my arm, it says, ask your Dr. Well, mine won't talk to me after a fat transfer for a liposuction procedure she botched, so what do I do? See another Dr? But Dr. Chung has $10,000 of my money, won't help me, won't talk to me and won't refund me so that I can get help from someone else. She has done both physical and deep psychological damage.

I suppose I am the typical run of the mill client here- I'm 31 years old and I want to look…read moreyounger- who doesn't! I typically get non-surgical lip enhancement (aka: filler for my lips)- primarily for my non-existent top lip & annoyingly crooked smile (what we notice always bothers us- even if others don't) and don't judge me - I don't ever judge YOU. If you're looking for someone who actually knows what they are doing then I HIGHLY recommend Laura Kimberley, RN/BSN of Esthetics Center of New England. Her title is advanced nurse injector/owner and I immediately connected with her personally and professionally. She is highly professional yet also really fun and very friendly- I HIGHLY recommend Laura if you're looking for any type of 'injection'! It took me about an hour to get to this part of MA from my home in Rhode Island. When I walked in- I was immediately put at ease (these sort of places can make you nervous because what if they make a mistake & they work primarily on word of mouth- my friend Deanna suggested I go here- and I'm glad she did). Within the first five minutes I KNEW Laura was highly intelligent as her paperwork (few pages I had to fill out) genuinely reflected what 'filler' really is/does/represents. She was extremely knowledgeable about the brands (Restalyne, Juvaderm, etc., and she primarily specializes in lip correction saying that around 75% of her clients need some type of correction. She told me that she could tell I had filler done before (without my mention) as it had moved and that the person who did my last injections- practically ruined my Cupid's bow! Most medical spas have doctors on site who have extremely high fees and genuinely have no idea what they are doing, I've had a dermatologist PCNS do them and a doctor and they both did not know what to do regarding my lips- whereas Laura immediately knew exactly what to do! This is my third time I've gotten filler and I've never once been asked about smoking (which apparently is a big no-no before injections) or my skin type and if I've recently gone tanning or been in the sun. I was then asked about cold sores which if you've ever gotten them- you know that pain/injury can cause them- so if you're being stuck by a bunch of different needles then your chance of getting a cold sore highly increases and if you get a prescription for Valtrex (yes it's used for genital herpes AND cold sores) before your appointment and take it that day- you're chance of getting a cold sore decreases by almost 95%! I knew the information about the cold sores but I had no idea you were not supposed to smoke or ran prior to the injections. I LOVED the way my lips came out! She more or less corrected them (as they were extremely crooked) and I'll be returning in 3 weeks to get them enhanced a bit more. Laura TRULY is an EXPERT on non-surgical procedures - face lifts, lip enhancement/correction/filler, and her prices are great ! I don't care if this place was 1 hour or 2 hours away- as I will never go to anyone else beside Laura Kimberley! If you are hesitant/weary or considering or are thinking about a non-surgical procedure - specifically an injectable- then pay Laura a visit- you will feel comfortable within minutes and the results speak for themselves!!! I know that if you like her IG Page- she takes off $$ from your total. I'm completely satisfied and the picture shows what they look like (RIGHT after) so they have gone down significantly but I will definitely post an updated picture when I return at the end of the month! Very satisfied & happy!

Laura did my lines on my forehead a few times and laugh lines not to much that you can't move anything very natural. Loved it, I wanted try my lips because as you know they go away!!! Third time was a charm I let her do them and I couldn't be happier they looked wonderful I was so surprised let me tell you. I'm definitely a big fan of hers and will not go anyplace else. Love her personality and her professionalism. And she definitely dosent over sell you on stuff, she lets you go at your own pace however snail slow that might be.

I absolutely loved not only my look, but I loved meeting them and spending time in their hands! They are beyond talented and exactly what I was searching for. Planning my wedding for 14 months, I continually pushed off booking hair and makeup artists and instead focused my time elsewhere - centerpieces, photography, linens, etc. There's not a shortage of projects to finish or vendors to book, right? Well, before I knew it, we were 30 days until Wedding Day and I was still without hair or makeup. We were at the point where my Mother-in-Law-to-be was actually booking trial appointments for me. Website after website I searched - every single vendor on the Knot, suggestions from family, friends and former brides, etc. Although I loved some of the work I saw, I didn't love enough of one artist's gallery to pull the trigger and book... until Stacey Frasca of Studio 28. Not only was her website informative and her gallery uber-impressive, but her 6 consecutive years of the Knot's "Best of Weddings" (It's now 7-years!) and 4 years of Wedding Wire's Bride/Couples Choice Awards could not be over-looked. If I needed reassurance my vision would come to life, this was certainly it. I contacted Stacey and when she replied with my date open, I was ecstatic. She was even able to offer a friend and colleague to do my hair! I met with both Stacey and Michelle DeCosta from Jesamondo Salon & Spa at Stacey's Wellesley Studio just 21-days before my wedding (cutting it close, huh?). Both ladies looked at the Pinterest pictures I brought, listened to my ideas, likes and dislikes and ultimately put together something more beautiful than the vision I had in my head. Once the veil was set in place and I looked all bridal, I booked them both on the spot. On my wedding day, both Stacey and Michelle arrived right on time (8am) to the hotel and quickly got to work on 4 bridesmaids, my mother-in-law, aunt and of course, me - the bride. Together, they worked seamlessly, keeping on their set schedule which allowed us to get to the ceremony on time. What I thought would be a stressful morning, wasn't. Stacey and Michelle were both able to keep the atmosphere relaxed and positive and fun. I told my girls I wanted their hair up, but the style was completely their choice. Their hair ranged from short and straight to very, very long and frizzy. Michelle definitely had her work cut out for her and she was SO on point! Every up-do was clean and neat and exactly the look I was going for. Most of my bridal party wears very little makeup and I was really worried about looking at my photos later and not being able to recognize anyone. Stacey was able to beautifully accent everyone's features and make us feel glamorous. The airbrush make-up was light and left our skin flawless all night long. Oh! And the artificial eyelashes definitely made our eyes pop perfectly. I can honestly say I've never felt more beautiful and everyone's confidence shined in both our pictures and video. Stacey and Michelle are a Bride's Beauty Dream Team. Thank you, ladies!

Patient Feedback: I…read moresaw this ENT for a minor ear issue. While I don't expect every doctor to have perfect bedside manner, my experience during this visit left me uncomfortable. The doctor asked about my profession, but before I could answer, he interrupted and guessed that I was an administrative assistant. While I've held that role before and respect it deeply, the assumption -- and the way it was delivered -- came across as dismissive and unprofessional. He also explained post-care instructions in a tone that felt overly condescending, including how to avoid getting water in my ear as if I'd never taken a shower before. I came for medical care, not to be talked down to. Additionally, the office staff didn't inform me that the doctor was running 30 minutes behind. A simple heads-up would have gone a long way toward showing respect for patients' time. I recognize that other reviews speak highly of this physician, so perhaps I caught him on an off day. Still, the interaction felt unnecessarily patronizing and left a poor impression. I will not be back. It's also worth mentioning that the office requires a credit card to be kept on file "just in case of charges." In all my years of visiting various doctors, I've never encountered that policy before, and it felt out of step with standard practice.

Dr Kieff seems like a pretty good ENT. The audiologist is very nice and (as far as I could tell)…read morevery competent & thorough. The admin staff, however... For some reason they use both MGB Patient Gateway and AthenaHealth, and it appears that they don't have either one set up properly. As a result, they besiege patients with reminders, confirmations, and early check-ins. Seven calls in less than a week. Text after text. (After STOP after STOP.) Emails upon emails. I called to make an appointment. No sooner had I hung up than the phone rang with their number. Thinking they were calling back to let me know there was a problem or something, I rather foolishly answered. Nope. Automated reminder about the appointment I had literally just made. Productive! And their response? Breathtaking lack of empathy, self-awareness, and responsibility. It's not their fault. Nothing's their fault. Never. Why are you even talking to us about this? Can't you see we're not interested? Twice as frustrating as all the calls and messages combined. "The computer did that, not me." Um, actually, only half the calls were from the computer. The rest were from two of them sitting five feet apart who didn't coordinate. Can't blame the computer for that! "We don't control that." Really? Who do they think controls it? Because we're old enough to see a lot of doctors pretty often in this house, and they're the only ones with this problem. And, as has been elsewhere observed, they have a bizarre obsession with having a credit card on file so they can bill the patient for whatever, whenever. On my first visit, I pulled out my Apple Card (which does not have any visible card information) and they just about lost their minds. They nearly refused to keep the appointment because they couldn't make a copy of it in case they needed to charge me later. (Spoiler alert: they didn't.) They had to get Dr Kieff to make a special exception to their policy. And, as with the notification problem, this appears to be entirely because they don't know and don't care how the technology the practice depends on actually works. While I was in the waiting room, the person ahead of me checking out was complaining about the exact same thing. And they got the exact same dismissive response I eventually got, along with some very unnecessary sarcasm. When my turn came, the minute I told them I was frustrated by this, they sternly told me to leave. (Which I did, never to return.) I think they knew I was going to ask to speak to the Doctor about it since they clearly didn't care. They're also the ones that answer the phones and open the mail. My guess is that while they surely generate a lot of these types of complaints, they're also able to keep those complaints from ever making it to the doctor. So I suspect Dr. Kieff, who, again, seems like a pretty decent ENT, is not aware of much of this. Which is a shame.
