The class was $60 and each person made two large candles. Normal candles from the shop are $32 each so this is a great deal to get a custom scented candle. The candles were ready for pickup next day and I've enjoyed burning them at home. They also have a great collection of premade candles with even more scents. I'm partial to #76 which had a watery floral scent

We had their last time slot of the day and it was a full class. Before the class started we were able to explore the shop a bit and there were so many candles and accessories. It's so cute inside! Our instructor Mossi was amazing and very knowledgeable about the different types of scents and combinations. It was so much fun figuring out which scents I resonated the most with. We also got to smell everyone's scent combinations which was cool knowing that scents smell different to every person. After the class, we got a small discount on any additional items we wanted to purchase that day. I got this really cool dirty martini candle and a wick dipper. Heads up that candle pick up is the next day so the wax can settle. They will hold your candles for two weeks but after that they will burn them in the store. During the workshop, the store ran out of one of the scents my friend wanted to use. We made it work and found a substitute but the during pickup we found a note, a slip for another workshop and a small candle to make up for the inconvenience. That was so nice of them! As for my candle, I don't think I can recreate it anywhere else. It's only been two weeks and I've already burned through most of one of them because it smells so good. The scents actually last and linger in any space you put them in. I 100% recommend this place whether you want to try a workshop, give this experience as a gift or just stop by to smell the candles. Heads up it's BYOB. You don't have to drink but you're able to bring something if you want.

These are the candles that everyone copies. They try to make their candles look like Yankee…read morecandles, they try to duplicate the scents, but no one duplicates the candle in performance. I have been buying candles from here for years. One candle can burn for 3 or 4 full days, 24 hours a day. i bought a clone once, and after 4 hours, it was gone. These candles are expensive, but worth it, as they last much longer.

She was very professional, very informative, knew her candles like nobody's business!!! Knew things about candles that other people should be aware of with regard to burning them ...how long to burn them the first time you burn ..what the toppers were used for...there purpose and what to expect! From A-to-Z this girl had me sold!! I walked out after purchasing seven candles and I brought one of my best friends with me and she bought just as much if not more than me!!! This girl is definitely an asset to your company and I just wanted to share my good experience with you!! I'm not sure if your employees are privy to these reviews but if they aren't they very well should be because she deserves a great amount of praise for her job well done!!! I'm in the service industry myself and she exemplifies what I would want to see in customer service at every business where I'm spending my money!!!

My return turned out to also be a little weird (paid via Paypal as part of a much larger order) and the system couldn't connect to PayPal (definitely error on the PP end), we chatted while waiting for the system to do something and he asked if I would like a gift card instead? No problem, I will use it soon. He thanked me and I was on my way, big shout out to him (and the amazing shirt he had on that morning with flamingos)!

First things to note. I have been coming to this Ulta for a number of years now. They used to be on another plaza, and again. I've been going to this store In Natick since. In that time, I've built a decent rapport with the staff. I'm in a wheelchair, so shopping is always a bIt involved. While they have previously had display cases, it's never been as bad as now. Maybe it's the holidays, I don't know. But one side of the store was completely inaccessible. It was thanks to other shoppers who helped me get something that was completely blocked off. Now, I am aware that it the holiday season and things are difficult. That said, this is beyond what I've ever experienced in a store Before. I had put an online order. But while there, I remembered to pick up some other things like lotion and shampoo. As I get to the line, the cashier yells for the next person, I am making my way in the narrow check out, she sees me and yells again. As I am speaking to her, I explain that I have a pickup order, i bring up my email to show her the order and the barcode. I forgot my ID, which was silly but the rest of my wallet is on my phone. So, I ask if my husband's ID would work. Yes, except now, he needs to be added to the pick up order. Which, if I weren't there, would be understandable. However, I am right there with him picking it up. So now, despite having email, order number/barcode and two people to pick up, that's still not enough "for store policy". (I did call the office and they confirmed that this did follow their policy.) -it didn't help that she very visibly had distain for me as soon as I was rolling up. I know being a cashier during this season is especially difficult, I'm not asking for fake smiles or cheer. But some basic thinking and empathy skills. Like, I'm not here buying liquor, cigarettes or weapons. I'm just trying to get my basic cerave lotion and a lipstick. Things are hard enough for us all, why make it harder? Anyway, most of the stuff they sell can be found at Target or Amazon now. But if you need/want to shop in person I've had a better experience at the Hudson location.
