She suggested snipping one skin tag and freezing the other area (cryotherapy). Quick and easy. She suggested I return annually for skin cancer screening. I made my appt for next year- it had been years since my last skin screening. It never seems to be included in my annual physical. Office was clean, well organized and well-staffed. Very efficient. Her assistant Lara is also as kind as can be. It didn't occur to me to LOOK before I got dressed, but now I know I should check out the handiwork before leaving. I can tell that it was washed, but the stain was so obvious that they should have not trashed the robe instead of continuing providing it to customers.. They did apologize for it after I point it out and offer me a clean robe. Second, my session was cut short to about 65-70 mins. As I was about to pay, I realized that I didn't have a 80 mins session.. After bringing it up, the woman at the Clarins counter went to talk to the aesthetician who then said that she read the clock wrong. They did charge a slightly cheaper price for the shorter session, but it would still be nice to just get what booked. Also, be aware that the aesthetician may "recommend" (a bit of force selling) products for you to buy. I know that I didn't have to buy them, but it was very hard to say no given the way they were selling them. I ended up spending over $150 which I did not plan to (ok.. I know that it's my own fault for not saying no...). I might come back as the facial itself was good and I am a loyal user of Clarins' products.
